The Cricket store in Hartselle Al is terrible. Very little selection of phones and devices. The app is awful! I can never pay my bill early. The app always tells me my card info is wrong..... its the same card Ive been using for well over a year. If you call customer service youre going to wait an hour before you can get through. The last time I went into the store the manager was out front of the door smoking and he kids and husband were just hanging out. 🙄🙄🙄 Totally unprofessional!

The clerk in store was one of the nicest, patient people around, trust me from experience the public is not always easy to work with....that being said the customer service help line that you call really, really needs help, I wish the store clerk worked the help line

They way over charge. I added a line on my existing account and it cost 100.00. If you pay your bill it cost an extra 4.00 to pay in the store or on your phone. The service is not worth the Hassel.

We upgraded our phones and were told that it was hotspot compatible and payed the extra money to have the hotspots since we live in a location where its hard to get wifi. My hotspot didnt work so I called care services and they said our phones are not hot spot capable and the store gave us false information. They also added phone insurance to our plan without telling us even though our phones already have a warranty.

Poor experience. Customer service rep rushed, was rude, not helpful. My mother did purchase a device and prepaid plan anyway. I would not have, because the reps attitude was so poor. Hopefully it was just the time of day and weather, and our future visits will be better.

Cricket is the best too me because if you are getting more then just one line, you get a excellent price! I have 4 lines with unlimited data, text and talk for only $100.00 per month for all 4 line WITHOUT any hidden fees or taxes! If you are switching from another company, you can keep your old number if wanted And get a new phone!

Im enjoying my new phone but the service isnt as fast as I was hoping.. Plus hotspot isnt unlocked.. Meaning your phone may have it but it wont work without you paying an extra $10 a month.... Oh & I do love my Otter box case that only cost $9.99😮😉😆 ....

Always great customer service, and when I bought my new phone I also purchased a case and paid my phone bill at the same time. And BC I was asking about the memory storage they gave me a memory card for free. 💜💙 cricket

I like my phone and they were nice but very slow also bought screen protector and what i thought was a hair i found it to be a cracked. When i took it back there was nothing they could do

Was one of the worste experiences ever at any kind of retailer.told them soon as I came through the door,had 300dollars to spend if you can help me,an hour later I purchased one phone and wanting two more.when I seen it was gonna be way more than I was gonna spend I asked for my 135 back from the lady I just gave it to 5 min before...she informed me I could only get 30 dollars back,at that point I had to leave store and my wife got phone anyway...three days later decided to try use phone and no service...Ive tried to reach the owner Malik on numerous occasions with no luck,even if I would use there service which I absolutely would not they still owe me 79.00 for a phone or a phone and still havent gotten one after a month now!!!

Employees are helpful at the store ; on the phone NO ONE Speaks Good English & employees are RUDE

They dont disclose all important charges till when your ringing up and they charge you for them to take theyre own products (they sell you) back
