Overcharged every visit. Requires you to pay 25$ to activate new devices purchased from them when its free and easy to do it yourself. They DO NOT LET YOU ACT YOUR OWN NEW PHONES. Mostly they just lie to you about the rules of boost, they make money off telling you things that arent true

I had originally given a bad review of the guy that worked there, but that was a while ago. There is a new person and he was so polite and very knowledgeable and even when customers kept coming in he stayed polite and didnt get stressed. He pulled out extra chairs for people to sit. There were two rude customers and he still was so polite to them. I saw the way the they were. One was just rude to him because she had to wait and the other said racist things to him just because he didnt like anyone of his ethnicity. I was so shocked but he stayed nice and even after the guy left the store he didnt even say anything rude about the guy when he was gone. he was working there completely alone and there were alot of costumers coming in. He managed to wait on two or three people at one time depending on what their need was. He would set up a new account, take a bill payment and troubleshoot and fix a problem all at once. All while staying calm, not getting stressed and being polite. I know sometimes you go in and there are different people working so other people could have a different experience. I went on Dec 3rd. I hope they keep him there permanently.

Slow it took more than a day to activate my phone. I wanted to take the phone and activate it online for free. I was told I had to call customer service and get the phone through them. I tried that was told I could purchase a iPhone 7 for $49.95 through customer service. I called them 4 times got hung up on twice. Their customer service sucks too and no iPhone!!

I bought a new cell and needed a new SIM card. I have been a Boost Mobil customer since before they had a local store presence. They had no boost mobile SIM cards and offered no help. Went to the Seabrook, NH boost store and they provided the SIM card and installed it for me. Will be using the Seabrook store from now on. And its a much nicer store also.... really no comparison.

This continues to be an ongoing problem for this location. They are never open when they say they will be. Today I showed up at 12:30 p.m. when their sign on the door clearly states 12 to 5 which is only a six-hour window. And whoever is opening can never make it on time. We had five customers outside waiting and we all laughed at 12:45 p.m. . If you cant open it noon, change the hour. Not a way to run a business. And I dont even want to call their corporate because its probably a privately owned business and that guy doesnt care

This is about the worst service I have ever received and thats what you will get here. I am a Boost Mobile customer and they had no Boost Mobile SIM cards to put in my new phone. And didnt really seem to care about keeping a loyal Boost customer. I then Went to the Seabrook, NH store and the store & service is wonderful. And they had plenty of Boost Mobile SIM cards and he put it in for me. Will be going to Seabrook from now on because the Haverhill store has gone way beyond downhill.
