I went in to get my father a new phone. Michelle worked with us to get the right phone for my dad. Michelle was very pleasant. She had us laughing and made the experience a lot less stressful. She explained every step she was doing and really made sure I understood everything she was saying and doing. I will definitely go back to Michelle if I have any other questions or concerns. I came into the store needing a new phone because my old phone had no service. Vic and Michelle were amazing to work with. Although there were major issues with switching to T-Mobile from sprint, they were so patient and didn’t give up until the issues got resolved. I really appreciate all of their help!

Yancy was great, he spent HOURS (seriously) trying to resolve a ridiculous problem with our account. He was patient, soft spoken and articulate when dealing with the corporate people, he needed to call to figure stuff out. Other customers who came in while he was trying to resolve our problem, were treated respectfully and he didn’t lose sight of the multiple solutions he was trying to craft.He is a huge asset to the TMobile family.

The store manager at this location, I believe her name is mindy, is not pleasant at all. She’s not professional and doesn’t have a willing to help attitude. One of her employees made a mistake and informed me and my mother of wrong information regarding a plan. We went back to the store and never received an apology from her end. She doesn’t seem like she knows everything she should. She was present when the mistake happen, but she didn’t take responsibility for what her employee did. Knowing that I’m in her store with a problem she pulls out her phone and starts scrolling through it and begins talking loudly over her headphones. I will not be going back to this location due to her poor customer servicer

We just went into this Sprint store to pay our bill and to purchase a new phone. We walked I to the store and started looking at phones we were never greeted, there was only one person working and he had someone he was helping and another customer waiting, but as we were looking he said Ill be with you in 20 minutes. My husband said what was that sorry I didnt hear you the guy said I will be with you in 20 minutes Im busy I have this guy and then he is next . You could tell the employee was annoyed and I get it you close at 8 and want to leave and we would have gladly just paid our bill and came back tomorrow to look at phones but because of how rude he was and short with my husband we are not going to be returning to that store . So frustrating!!! But I have to defend the poor kid working there because he should have had some help especially on a Friday night . Its overwhelming to be bombarded and have all these people coming in at the end of a shift right before closing so I dont blame the poor kid but managment needs to have some extra help !

The people that work in this store are a bunch of liars, typical of any sprint employee, they told my mother she could bring an iphone 7 unlocked to sprint and that it would work, but it turns out that it was a lie. Not only my mother lost money gertibg a phone that womt work but sprint wont compensate my mother for the inconvenience of getting lied to. Do not make any business in this store, or do not make business with sprint.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I called wanting to return a phone that was within 30 days and the guy over the phone said I had to return to corporate since he jumped to the conclusion that I had it for a over one month. Then he said that he couldn’t accept the phone because they don’t do returns unless it was bought there. I called corporate and was told I could return it at any Sprint location. When I get there the guy was super rude and said the system was down and kept repeating what he said on the phone. Then I told him I spoke to corporate and asked if I could come back tomorrow once the system is working. I don’t recommend you to call or step foot in this location. They are a royal waste of time with absolute no manners or customer service experience.

Great third party store. Staff is friendly and engaging. Plus it can fix your problems. If you do business with them. . . Do not go to the corporate store in Lawrence. The lawerence store needs to be closed.

Ive recently been having problems with my phone for a few months. The phone has seen better days i can say. Until i woke up one day and the phone would not charge. I finally had enough. I walked in this store and the young man working alone that morning helped me emensle!. He looked my accnt up. Letting me know i was eligible for an early upgrade. Answered any question i had in regards to my phone, accnt, &new phone i walked out with that afternoon. i absolutely love my new phone! He transfered all my info,contacts, apps etc to my new phone. I didnt have to do not a thing but pay for my phone and walk out a complete happy customer. he was very knowledgeable on his phones and above all he did everything in a timely matter. Like anyone not everyone knows everything about phones. But this is a great location to stop in and see if you can be helped before running to corpret store..because i know myself thats the last place i wanna walk into if i can help it.. thanks again hilldale sprint.
