Christina was very easy to work with and she is very knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing the finished product with everything that was selected.

We had to replace our water heater and Brian handled everything from logistics to getting our warranty covered. Brian has been incredible to work with. His level of care and attention to detail was amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. General plumbing Hawthorne has earned a customer for life. Recently purchased a home in Hawthorne which Im fully gutting and renovating. Came to this store to support small business as oppose to going to a big box store. I was in there for way to long I asked for help and was told no one was available right now. The only person available was already helping someone who had an appointment. I thanked them and just left. This store has very poor customer service. Ended up going to the big box store.

My experience with GPS plumbing in Hawthorn, NJ has always been great. I met with the Kohler Showroom representative Christine today and all went well. Returns and purchases are always handled very well by the guys behind the desk. My only comment here would be that the resources that handle the payments behind the desk can be a little more customer friendly. I have been in sales for over 25 years and I know how important it is to be thank the customer that youre dealing with and at least have a smile.

Worst Customer service ever. Got there 7:20 am and told the guys what I need. There was only 1 customer inside before me and 5 employees. They said they will help me right away. Couple more people came in after me and got serviced while i was told just a moment and give me a second usual phrases. I waited 30 min and none helped me. Left the store. Such a shame for 5 employees having fun coversation between them and ignoring the customer...

Poor customer service. My experience i was the only one in the store to pick up something simple and the employees were more interested in having conversations with each other than ringing me up. I hate to post negative reviews but unfortunately this was my experience, it seems as if these guys had more importance to their corporate customers than just regular guys.

Knowledgeable, attentive, helpful service. On two ocassions, I arrived just prior to closing and the workers helped me to get supplies that I needed rather than turning me away. They answered my questions proficiently and knew exactly what parts I needed for home projects! Great level of service! Highly recommended!

Worst experience of my life. Stood around for 20 MINUTES while 3 people ignored me. THREE PEOPLE. No one acknowledged me when I came in, no one acknowledged me after 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me after 20 minutes! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least 1 person should have said something... like we are all busy we will be with you. NOT ONE PERSON!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER go to this place again. If you are managment, or if you are the owner please listen ... none of these women in this place act in a customer first manner. NOT ONE. You have to train your customer representatives to help customers standing in front of them. Not ignore them, not act like they are not there., not act like they are too busy, ACT LIKE A customer first culture rep. Once the man behind the counter was free, he helped me immediately. Not one of the other three behind the counter even acknowledged my presence, even though THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE PLACE. I have never been treated so badly.

Stopped in for a random part, and they were able to find it. Very knowledgeable and they have a great supply of items.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They also price match. Didnt seem to have much of a selection though. They can special order but be prepared to wait a while for it.

Dont carry white kitchen faucets

Nastiest sales people around called for a quote on the air handler they couldn’t even give me a price. Don’t ever do business with this joke of a company
