I wonder if the franchise owner is racistThe young man who was helping me was about to sell me a battery by doing a price match, when the owner stepped in and refused to do so, and changed the price to something outrageous, added installation charges (free installation be damned), clearly giving me the vibes he didn’t care for my business.Least he could do was give me a jump start so I could get out of there, which he begrudgingly did.I’m also going to complain to Interstate corporate about this franchise. Sorry this is not how you treat your customers.

It was great customer service but the cr123 batteries that I bought or sold at 600 milliamps but when I went home a test of them they wouldnt hold more than 30 milliamps. I took him back to the store and they gave me my money back but Im rather disappointed that a company like this cell such crappy batteries in addition to that I bought some 18 650 s and they were literally 2 mm larger than the standard size of an 18 650. They had some kind of a computer sensing chip on the back of it that made him too large. I had to cut the plastic and remove it to get it to fit in my equipment. I assumed it was some kind of a battery monitoring system that is required by interstate so its safe. Thats all good and all but if it doesnt fit its freaking pointless. I had to return those as well. The return policy is forgiving however and I had no problems returning either of them after I open the packages.

I see that one coustomer says they are poor quality batterys and they dont honer their warrantys ...that sucks. I thought i found a good battery store i wont be getting a battery here in hayward for sure or any interstate outlet.
