Everyone was very kind and professional. The sales person was patient and polite. He simply showed me the car and answered my questions, no pushy sales pitch. The finance manager, Tracy, was friendly and competent. She worked really hard to find the terms I was satisfied with. I also appreciate how she effectively communicated every step of the process.Allen was also very welcoming and made sure I was happy with my purchase.
Very professional, gave me great trade in value for both of my trade ins. Bought my dream car from them. Its a wonderful feeling.
I came here to test drive a 2017 Ford Focus RS not anticipating a purchase. After test driving the car I was never pressured by anyone to make a purchase and it was made clear that if the car was right for me then great but if not then no hard feelings. This was such a refreshing approach to not have a sales person pressure me into making such a big investment without strong consideration first. Before I test drove the car they needed to jump the car which I didnt think much of at first, but turned out the car had a bad battery. The team switched out the battery without hesitation which is to be expected from a good dealership, but where they really won my respect is when my shifter became loose. I thought the transmission went out and had the car towed to a Ford dealership to be fixed under manufacturers warranty, but turned out it was the shifter that went out. Since it was after market they did not cover it under warranty, but Tracy from Premier Motors covered the expense without hesitation. She also payed for an alignment of the car to be sure this wasnt what caused the shifter to pop loose.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality sports car with the peace of mind that they will have your back if something comes up.Thank you Tracy and company!
2019 Corvette Grand Sport. Good price, excellent condition, great, friendly team! Alan got me the deal I wanted with no runaround and Tracy got us through finance quickly.Easy, seamless and fun transaction.Highly recommended.
The service was fine the car was not. Beware they will sell a car that doesnt pass smog!! This business falsified smog documents to sell a vehicle. They knew it was missing catalytic converters and sold the car with an illegal smog.
Wanted to buy a vehicle yesterday.. without hesitation, I had 26k cash on me or financing with my bank whichever they preferred.. Looked at the vehicle, was excited to purchase. The salesman seemed uninterested, to talk to me and was possibly judging me due to my appearance.. would’ve been the easiest sale of his life if he showed a little enthusiasm about selling a vehicle.. Goes to show you, how terrible these people are with their customer service...Me and wife just left and are never coming back
Came here to look at a GT350. Allan was very kind and professional and low pressure. When he had to help another customer he very professionally past me to another associate.Unfortunately, despite the fact that I was very seriously shopping, I was denied a test drive without confirming that I would buy the car same day. I apologized and said that I could not lie and guarantee I would drive a car I had never driven, and that put us at an impasse. I left without getting to drive the car.
Very rude and poor service. They should let people know ahead of time that they require a credit check before you can test drive.
I bought a car from here in May of 2021 and still have not received my permanent CA license plates! Weve been driving around with temporary plates all this time and they expire after 90 days, so for the most part weve been driving the car illegally. The office manager has been giving us the run around for the last year, so we are now filing a complaint with DMV Investigations Division. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Best car dealership ever
These people buy crashed cars, then sell them. Beware..
The couple of cars I came to look at where a bit dirty, so it was hard to judge the condition. Nice shop, and variety of cars, just not in the condition of what I bought Friday night.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.. PURCHASED A 2015 GMC YUKON IN SEPT 2020... NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH ONE OF THE BACK WHEELS LOSING AIR..TURNS OUT THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE ACTUAL RIM..INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, THEIR MECHANIC PATCHED IT..I ENDED UP SPENDING ANOTHER $700 TO HAVE THE WHOLE WHEEL REPLACED...TODAY I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THEY OR SOMEONE REPLACED THE CONTROL ARM ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WRONG AND MY WIFE AND KIDS HAVE BEEN RIDING IN A POTENTIAL DEATH TRAP..IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR FAMILYSS SAFETY ...DO NOT SHOP HERE.. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD
Went to this “dealership” expecting a great experience but left with no words. The salesman was incredibly rude. I went to look at a 370z that was priced at 17k. They bought the car for less than 14k in the streets. I know this because it was posted on Craigslist by the owner!!! The out the door price in this “dealership” was 20k. There was many damages to the car and needed full maintenance/clutch. Do not come here! I am a salesperson myself at an actual dealership. DO NOT COME HERE! Pls come informed before getting robbed.
I purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from this Dealership. The truck has a lot of extras. Very well taken care of, ran my own CarFax report and it matched the dealerships (clean). I got it for a very reasonable price, with zero hassle. I even enjoyed talking with the friendly staff. Every single question I asked the salesman, was politely answered with no attitude. My personal experience has been wonderful and I have recommended the Dealer to friends. Generally they sale fairly high end vehicles, and I was lucky enough to find the truck Ive been looking to purchase for a while now. I would definitely purchase from them again.
I just had my Subaru outback repaired at Premier Motors (my first time using their services) and will definitely use them as my go-to in future. The issue was not initially apparent, and the mechanic, Maurice, went as far as to talk with my old mechanic to figure out the problem. I really appreciated their professionalism and consideration. Really went the extra mile to get my car running again.
I bought a 15 mustang gt convertible from these guys with 20,000 miles on it and let me tell you it was super clean. Ive had it about three weeks now and been enjoying it ever since I drove it off the lot.I dont know about these 1 star reviews because I can honestly say I had a 5 star experience.
Rude and horrible customer service. Scheduled a test drive and drove 30 minutes to the dealership. Was told when I arrived I need a credit check for a test drive.
I recently bought a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Allen Shamshayoo. When I first arrived with my family I told my wife. This does not look like a dealership. I was greeted when I arrived by Allen. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He escorted me to the warehouse when the garaged opened up all I seen were nothing but top notch cars. All luxury Vehicles Everyone of them Super clean. It was like being in a candy store. I felt like a little kid.The whole place and staff is very professional. Tracy was awesome too. She was able to get me Financed and ready to go.The service they provide is 2nd to none. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new used car. They really took good care of me.
Very unprofessional business. Went to have a trade in appraised and they ran a credit check after it was said not to. They also claimed the vehicle was in a accident, when asked to show how and where it was hit they couldnt say anything besides I know what to look for.
I bought a thirteen year old AUDI from Premier and had a fine experience. The paperwork portion of a car purchase is highly indicative of the experience. Premier made it all easy. Their document fees are very reasonable and Collette who handles the paperwork is a pleasure to work with. Jae Young was my salesperson, he was also easy to deal with. In terms of price, I had done a lot of research prior to purchasing. I felt the price was appropriate. I bought the car from out of state and they were great at helping me with the shipping. I am happy with the car, it was fairly described. I would buy a car here again. They do have a pretty impressive selection of upper end vehicles.
Purchased a my new used car with them today and had an overall positive experience. We came in because they had a low price on the exact car we were looking for. We worked with Gianni who was friendly, Tina in fiance is great and hilarious - she made the numbers really clear. These guys have pretty good prices so they are VERY firm on price, not much room to negotiate.
Had a good experience here, I purchased my vehicle almost a year ago and have had no issues with it. Not sure why so many people are upset about having to fill out a credit application to buy a car, if you need a loan, you have to do it or find some other bank or credit union to give you money. They are pretty firm on their list prices, however, I thought the tires on the vehicle they were selling were a couple months away from replacement, and they didnt want to budge. Still solid service, finance lady was very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.
This Dealership was the WORST THERE IS....Haha just Kidding ! This dealership is actually very awesome. They Treat you very well here with respect and mutual trust. Im sorry to hear that other people had a bad experience here but I had a GREAT experience. This is where I purchased my 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500. It came with so many extra things that I don’t think they even realized was in it lol. So I definitely Got a Huge Win 🙏 These people take you seriously and put in a lot of hard work to get you in the car you want or need from them. Hats off to you guys ! My truck is still running awesome to this day. Love the way it Sounds in the morning when I first turn it on . THANK YOU PREMIER MOTORS 🙏🏁🏁
Premier Motors was the best customer service I and my wife have ever had. We had called the dealership prior to inquire about the vehicle and since we lived out of state, the owner Bobby was willing to negotiate the price of the car and give us our asking price of our trade in over the phone. We drove 7 hours and when we arrived the process was quick and painless. The car was perfect and Bobby honored everything we had discussed over the phone and even offered to buy us lunch!! Allen in financing was great and did his best to get us the best interest rate than any other dealership. We were told when buying the vehicle that one key did not work and may need to be programmed. When we got it checked out we were told that we needed to buy a whole new key. We called Bobby and once again, expressed his generosity and offered to reimburse us for the new key!!!! If you want to buy a vehicle and dont want the usual dealership runaround, then Premier Motors is the place to go!!!!!!
I went to Premier Motors to test drive a Subaru wrx sti. I’ve been eyeing this car for a while but have yet to drive one so I scheduled a test drive.I was helped by their salesman, Alan and he was very quick to ask me how I plan on purchasing the vehicle. I told him that I wanted to get a feel of the vehicle and I’ll be ready to buy soon but not today. He immediately told me to turn around right after we left the driveway. He was extremely rude and stern with me about not letting me drive the car and left me with a terrible experience with them. I tried some small talk to ease the drive but he still did not care to be in the car with me. I will not be returning to this dealership to purchase a car.
Drove 3 hours + from Reno NV to look at a vehicle to get the typical used car dealership run around. Many Red Flags were popping up after dealing with salesman Patrick. I read the reviews on google and yelp before hand. So I wasnt sure if they were just angry people etc. I should have known better. Run while you can!
Horrible company to deal with, a salesman was lying an oil pressure low indicator as a maintenance issue!Be careful! They will also play with you on the interest rate!Simply walkway from the dealer, they will call you every 10 seconds to get what you want for the interest rate. I still went to a different company and spent $85,000.00. I did not like their dishonesty.
Extremely unprofessional interaction. Short story - called to see if car was available, was told it was. Drove 40 minutes to see it, but was sold the day before. See full story below.I called before noon to ask if a car was still available. The lady answering the phone informed me that it was and asked if Id like to make an appointment. I declined because I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to make it in that day.As it turned out, I was able to make it to the dealership that night. I called the dealership on my way to inform them that Id like to see the car. They said that it would not be a problem. When I got there, they told me the car was sold the day before. I drove 40 minutes through traffic to get to this dealership and had called two times before coming. I was absolutely stunned. The person informed me that the lady answering the phones was not at work yesterday, as if to excuse her from telling me a car is still on the lot, when it was not. I dont know how this place likes to do business, but I know I would not go back because who knows if the car you want is still there. Obviously, calling to ask is not enough.
We were there for less than ten minutes and we got the vibe that they were not interested to sell us a car. We walked in really excited to see the 370z nizmo tech and immediately got disappointed with the level of customer service. We were not dressed in Prada but we definitely have the income to purchase any car in their lot. Instead of showing us the specs in the car they wanted us to prove we were interested in actually buying a car.The representative would not let us test drive the car unless they could run our credit. Why would I let them hurt my credit if I opted not to make the purchase after the test? They wanted to make sure I could afford the car.. nothing is more demeaning than the assumption that I could not afford the car and have taken the time to drive over there to view. I mean we did enough research to find the car, we were probably aware of the price and whether we could afford it or not. When we laughed it off and left, they stepped out of their establishment to see what kind of car we were driving. I hope they see that theyve made a mistake and that they could of made a sale for their expensive car as they mentioned it to us. Current car was purchased for $36k, price of the 370z was $37k. Easily affordable.
I dont even remember the sales persons name to be perfectly honest. Rude and agressive right off the bat. They repaired the paint chips with sharpie and even told me to fix the messed up front splitter with plastidip. He refused to look at me. The whole time he looked at my guy friend that went with me and tried to speak only to him. The car is overpriced and i was pre approved by my credit union and so i tried to get them down 3k which is pretty reasonable considering how much damage was on the car from dents and dings to bad fixes. But i test drove it and it drove fine and i was willing to play ball. Until he opened the trunk and as it turns out the subwoofer was missing. It was advised with the premium sound package. It shouldnt have been missing. This is when he started getting angry and lying about it. I was already done but then he wouldnt let me speak and he started YELLING at me. Do yourself a favor and find a place that wont treat you like you are the scum of the earth.
I bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler not too long ago.The car had very good pictures on the website, enough for me to practically make a decision on the spot to buy it. The price was very comparable and the carfax was on the site as well for me to check out. Complete transparency on the dealers part.My wife and I went to the dealership around 9:30AM and we walked in and was greeted right away. Since they knew we were coming, they had the car out there ready for a test drive. I got the keys and my wife and I took it for a spin right away. Car drove very well.We noticed a couple things with the car and without question, took care of it.Went through the paperwork and was out of the dealership by 12:30PM.We highly recommend this place.
Best experience to date! My husband buys more cars then I have shoes and his recent purchase of a 2013 C63 AMG was the best in 10 years. He is really happy and said he will be going back to Premier for his next 10 cars...not sure how I feel about that ;)
Nice Jeep Cherokee well
Went in to look at a vehicle and they had the worst attitude Ive seen. They acted like they didnt even want to sell the car, the salesman became defensive when asked questions about the car. It seems as though they just expect someone to purchase their vehicles without asking anything. Took the car for a test drive and the individual sat in the car as though he didnt even want to be there. Terrible customer service. Never seen a company have more 1 star reviews than any other rating. Do yourself a favor and go some where that offers better service and that act like they want your business.
I was at work got confused by Google and drop the parts off to the wrong place but you can look at Premier Motors and know if you can afford to buy a car there theyre very nice and its a very clean place and very respected around Hayward I go for what people respect and I respect everything in existence
Im not sure whats going on here with these low star rating so I am going to write a real review. These guys are AMAZING! I drove an hour to this dealership only to find out the car i wanted to buy was in the service department. i was disappointed but hey Chris the salesmen explained to me that they normally work by appointment only. Oh well live and learn right...? No he asked me if i could wait a few minutes and I said sure. He called over to the service department then decided to go get the car out of service so I could see it. I had been looking at it all week so i pretty much knew I would buy it, I just wanted to drive it to make sure nothing major was wrong. The car looked even better in person than online and drove great! I told him I wanted it he told me that they wanted to finish servicing it before they sold it to me. He got me over to Tracy in financing who was just as great as Chris. I had a pre-approval from my credit Union and she told me I didnt need that. I said why? she said because I can get you a better rate, and she did! with another major Bank! Basically she got me Gap protection and a powertrain warranty for the life of the loan (which i wanted) no this was not an up-sell for less than the pre-approval i got from my credit union. long story short I bought my car, left the car with these guys so they could fix the minor exhaust leak, they put me in a loaner car for a week as parts needed to be ordered, I came back picked up my car and it is running even better! They entire staff was great in my opinion. As I waited for my turn I got to talk to all of the guys about the great cars they had on the lot and we had a fun debate on what was faster than what. Easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car. This was a month ago and my car is running great still! (2016 Nissan 370Z Nismo)
They were rude and gave the run around. I spoke to someone after submitting my application. They said they had sent it and were waiting to hear back from the banks. Called a few days later and said still waiting. Then called again and I am told it was never submitted.
Easy purchase I ever had. Quality job. Friendly helpful sales and financial people who will work with you. The car was well detail in great condition.
They tried to tell me that a car that had most panels painted and bad bodywork never had any work done to the body or paint. Lying comes naturally to them.
Very personable and Tracy did a fantastic job helping me with financing. Very glad I went there and would highly recommend them
Excellent service and a great deal on my Rubicon...
This dealer is a scam artist. Read other reviews on Yelp, etc. They will tell you anything to deceive you into submitting a loan application though it hurts your credit. I was told by salesman Robert, on two separate occasions, that my wife and I had a good chance of being approved (lie--we were not even close), that the bank inquiries would not show on our reports (lie it dropped our scores), that they would not submit our application without having the Finance Director call me 1st and get my approval (lie--they submitted with no call or approval), and Tracy (Fin. Dir) even defended her fraudulent sales guy and gave me no apology, but was rude and argumentative...so the conduct will continue until they are stopped. Bringing legal action.
Bought a used BMW from them. Drive home was nice but the next morning car wouldnt start, blew it off as maybe a uncharged battery from sitting. Next day the car completely cuts off while Im driving it with my new born in the car. Not cool. I call them and they agree to check it out. Took them 3 months of jerking me around and putting me in any loaner they had laying around. Yes! They had my car for 3 months and still couldnt figure out whats wrong with it. Eventually I tell the owner I want my money back this is complete BS he agrees to give me refund minus a RESTOCKING fee? Not much I could do seeing court costs would of tripled any money I would have been awarded. BAD BUSINESS!!!
I recently purchased a hard to find car from Premier Motors. I LOVE the car, and the sales team Mike C, Al, and Allen in finance were terrific. In fact, all the sales staff were helpful and friendly, with ZERO pressure. I had some extra stuff done, like a protective wrap for rocks, etc. They dealt with the third party. All questions and concerns were answered... and I was a pest! They are busy, and everyone doesnt work 24-7, so give them a break if they cant get back to you immediately. Oh, and even after purchase, they are still there to answer my new questions!!
Very professional and courteous. Worth the trip.
Now sharing my experience to warn others.Had car troubles not even a month after financing a car from them. Constant denial of any issue with the car when I brought it in multiple times.Ended up getting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to investigate the dealership because I found out that they sold me a vehicle without a catalytic converter, which is illegal.Horrible process that went on for months and I was miserable with the car.The owner did a stand up job in taking the car back and refunding my down payment, but that was not without pressure and argument from Bobby the sales manager that they wouldn’t take back the car.Save yourself the trouble, buy elsewhere.
Great place to go for your next car.
Very helpful sales staff! Very good selection of vehicles!
Worse dealership ever! They deserve a -0 rating!Mr Jeffrey BowensI like to get a hold of you to hear a follow-up on your lawsuit agaist Premier Motors in Hayward how can I get a hold of you? Can you send me ur email addrress please... I like to join you in the lawsuit... thank you in advance!
If I could put less than one star I would. Single handedly the most shady place ever. The owner said its a clean title but was in a minor accident so I wanted to go take it to a Goodyear to see if there by chance was any frame damage they were trying to hide. He said the car is as it is and it will not be leaving here. If its a clean title then what do you have to hide!? Especially since I was able to take it on a test drive for some 20 or 30 minutes without any salesman or associate. If that doesnt raise some red flags then i dont know what would. I strongly recommend that you do not trust them what so ever and should never do business with them. Easy as that just avoid this place all together.
Excellent mid to higher end used car dealer .
Extremely unethical, this company sells personal information. Do not give them your information. When asked to delete information was told it cant be deleted. Filed a complaint with the CPB. Unethical and dishonest people
Please avoid a headache
As far as customer service goes, ok.However I bought my 2006 Audi A3 from them about two months ago (August 2015) mechanically it looked good, and the car fax looked good to as well, until I got it home, thats when the problem started for one when I spoke with them on the phone they where more then willing to negotiate a lower price which got me to drive from Fresno (about 3hrs), THAT WAS A LIE, COMPLETELY UNWILLING. Al was pretty much you get what you get or you can leave EVEN THOUGH the car didnt start when we first got there the navigation didnt work the sunroof latches where broken the center console latch also broken the rear center console in the back seat also broken and the seat had a tear in the driver seat OH and the only give you one key WHICH STOPPED WORKING! anyways my headlights started having issues so I had a mechanic look at it only to find out there was shady wiring hooked into a module which turned out to be a wheelz drive box so they FAILED TO MENTION that my car was used as a taxi..... There was also a live/hot 12 volt wire hanging there uncovered.. My suggestion ask for Al if you want to be tricked into buying an $11k taxi.Thomas Almeida and Mike C however have truly amazing customer service, Thomas was very helpful in the buying process.--called premier motors--Spoke to receptionist, she said that Bobby would be calling me (he never did) the next day I called back and the receptionist again said that some one would be calling me, later that day David called me asking what the issue was, the Receptionist didnt relay anything I had told her.. So I re-explained what this issue was he seemed kinda in disbelief.. He then said he would have Thomas call me (Thomas is the one who sold me the car) the next day due to the fact that he was off on the day the David called me.Ive already racked up $600+ (Ive only owned this car for 2 months) I strongly suggest you to look elsewhere for a car, the cars and customer service may look nice but the grass isnt always greener.---UPDATE----I have spoken with Mike C since this update. Mike has been very comforting during this inconvenience and has offered his services due to the inconvenience Ive experienced in which I am very grateful for. I am having my navigation fixed and will keep this updated till all issues are resolved.
If you want the stereotypical used car experience, this is where to go. I went here to look at two used Volvo SUVs they had in stock. I called to set up an appointment and they were really quick to answer my questions about pricing and getting pictures (one of them was just uploaded to the site). When I came in to look the first time to look at a 2010 Volvo XC90 R-Design (the 2011 XC60 R-Design was not ready) they were friendly and courteous, probably because they knew I wanted to see the other car before buying. The second time I went to look at both SUVs they were luckily both ready. Only thing that was strange is that he kept changing the pricing, he told me the XC90 was supposed to be $18,900 and that theyd honor the price they had told me over the phone at $17,900 and that the XC60 that they told me was $18,900 was actually $19,900, but they would not own up to it. My salesman, Chris, was super pushy and trying to get me to use their financial institutions even though I came pre-approved with US Bank for their original pricing, not this new, suddenly changed pricing. I told him I possibly wanted one of the SUVs and that I had to think about it over lunch. While at lunch I received the typical used car salesman text, Nick, someone wants the XC60, waiting for your decision. Manager doesnt want to hold the car! Whats your decision? (Exact text). After that (I used to sell cars), I texted him back saying that I will go elsewhere. The cars were okay, but not worth the stereotypical abuse encountered by the aggressive staff. I bought a Volvo somewhere else the next day.Funniest part is that I checked today after nearly a week and both cars are for sale still. XC90 is $17,900 and the XC60 is $19,900. The XC90 also says single owner on their website and factors that into their no-haggle pricing even though the CarFax says 4 owners.Good luck buying from them, you could do better elsewhere though.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY FORGED A CARFAX THAT SHOWED NO ACCIDENTS/DAMAGES WHEN THERE WAS. FOUND OUT YEARS LATER!If you would like to have the classic used car salesmanship experience then by all means, get screwed over at this establishment. These dealers are by far the most dishonest and thieving people I have ever dealt with.We purchased a BMW 328i from this dealership which Zia Hamid (no longer works here) was handling. We explained to Zia that we would not be interested in the car if it had any accidents or damages recorded on the history. Zia assured us that there was absolutely no damage or accidents on record and that he had to get rid of the vehicle soon. We went ahead and bought the vehicle but during the transaction he sent us only the first page of the Carfax. We signed the document because first, Zia told us outright that the vehicle was clean and no accidents/damages were reported, and the Carfax gave no indication otherwise.About a year later after the warranty had expired we went car shopping and had an appraisal done to our vehicle from Premier Motors. The BMW Dealership explained that they had to cut their appraisal value (into the thousands) because the car was involved in an accident. We immediately called Premier Motors and asked to speak to Zia as soon as possible. The lady that answered said that he would call us back ASAP. Two weeks later after not receiving any call backs we called them again. This time a man told us that Zia was no longer working there and hadnt been for a while. We explained the situation and asked for the full Carfax report. He agreed to fax it over to us but they never did.We eventually got into contact with the Owner, Bobby. He explained that Zia lying about the vehicles condition and basically forging a Carfax report was not illegal. In fact he claimed that his attorney confirmed this as well, within a couple of hours. We pressed him on the issue and told him that we would like him to buy the car back and give us a good price for a different vehicle to keep our current loan the same. He agreed to help us out and told us to give him some time to figure things out. He comes back with a plan for us to refinance for $15,000 more and to buy a vehicle from him at MSRP value while he buys the car we purchased originally at $30,000 for $12,000. This guy had the nerve to attempt to make even more money off of us after one of his prior employees did something completely illegal! He claimed that he couldnt give us a deal and that we should get a lawyer to speak to him.We have a Carfax that Zia sent us showing that the car was free of damage or accidents but he made a mistake. He forgot to change the logo beside the declaration from an exclamation mark (indicating accident or damages) to a check mark (indicating conflict free). When we sent these documents and correspondence over to our attorney she stated that the dealership had absolutely forged these documents and deliberately lied to us to unload the vehicle. She also said that the vehicle had been in a MAJOR COLLISION and there was structural damages reported. She came up with all of this within a matter of twenty minutes. She recommended a case be brought against Premier Motors for the full amount of the vehicle plus compensatory damages. Based on her review of the documentation she said its a pretty open and shut case. BUT this could expand to others if they too have had this happen to them.Zia was a smooth talking liar and screwed us over for a lot of money. These shady dealers got screwed over buying the car from auction and passed it along to someone else while pocketing money for themselves. If I were you, Id move onto the next dealership. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.As of now we are in the process of suing Premier Motors and would welcome anyone with a similar experience to ours to contact me and possibly join our lawsuit. In the meantime, save yourself the hassle of being screwed over and purchase from a dealership far away from this one.
Update: So, after the issue started with my bmw. I checked all paperworks including warranty and noticed on my contract it stated that i traded in a mustang...... never traded in any vehicle. I contacted the dealership after multiple transfers from their employee’s and got a hold of a finance manager. Long story short he basically told me that should of checked everything in which i agree but at the end of the day thats fraud on your end to tell the banks i traded in my alternate vehicle. Several days later i brought back the p.o.s. BMW and received my whole down payment and my two payments i made. Oh and not to mention they supposedly fired the finance manger who did my deal 😂People look at the reviews prior to doing business here. They have more 1 stars than 5’s.Purchased a 2010 BMW 335i with 21,000 miles not even 1000 miles later it needs a new battery and overheats. Dont go to this dealer its not worth it.
My fiancee and I drove to Hayward, CA yesterday, March 31st, 2013 and spent a few hours test driving 2 beautiful cars from Premier Motors. The 2001 Black on black Audi A8 that we ended up buying was simply and utterly A W E S O M E..!Zia was very easy to work with and the car pricing was so spot on that there wasnt even a need to haggle. Today, I turned many heads and felt like a King driving my new bad-azz ride. Thanks again Zia and Premier for a wonderful experience..!James BennettRoseville, CA
The best place to purchase and or trade in a vehicle. By far this is the best customer service i have ever had. I went in to trade in my scion xb and got a 07 subaru sti effortlessly. They back up everything they say and take great care of their customers even after the purchase. So far I dealt with Zia, Thomas, and mike and all have been very courteous and a pleasure to deal with, im a 100% sure everyone else in their work crew is as well. Its easy for anyone to make a complaint but when customer service is outstanding like this place i like to give recognition to the people that deserve it (everyone at premier motors) thank you guys!
This is going to be a good one. This is my second car buying a car from these people. The front of this store is great great customer service super nice get you done as they are on your side. Boy is that a lie beware I will be taking this place to court and reported them to bbb and the case just got open today.Sales person for me was Allen also the dealer principle and manager so makes everything worst. How I know? Im a Sales Manager for a dealer myself so seeing this in person of how this is played out would get them sued and if anyone else has a case go ahead and message me and I would love to add you to report. I traded in my 2009 R8 so its not like Im trading in a honda civic or anything for a 2014 Audi s7 they have as no longer need it due to because I had 2 r8s and didnt need the second one any longer. It all started with me calling them at about 6 pm as they close at 7 and they said they did have the car still so I drove there to look at it and it was late so the car was parked in the dark couldnt see some scratches which is fine it is a used car as they did try to paint it to hide it.This is where it goes south. They signed me up and then ran my credit 30 times knocking my CREDIT down more.first strike.Second one was when I went home during the transaction they said no problem on coming back to go get your stuff. When I came back they said oh its not there I think my techs and detailers took it? The heck? took it so I said ok you are going to find out who took it and get it back or pay for it. Allen said no problem and its been over 2 months so this is why Im now writing this review.Three. They signed me up for 73 month term when it was a 72 month term getting an extra 1000 dollars or so into their pocket and until today they wont return my calls and I still dont have dmv plates. So if you want to get ripped off. Rob of your stuff in your trade ripped off this is the def the place to check out! if still in business after the BBB case goes through.
Great place to buy a higher end car
These people are crooks when it comes to dowpayments. Stay away from this place
Very Bad
Sold me a car with broken AC and tried to tell me it had to reach 65 MPH to kick in. ??? I flew in to buy this car and drive it cross country in 2 days. They have a service department but said they couldnt take a look the AC until the next day. Also took over a month to get my tags in the mail. Staff was friendly but the AC situation was messed up.
Great selection of luxury cars
Cars are overpriced more than the market value and most of them have been in an accident or some kind of previous damage stay away
Great cars
Dude wheres my cars {sports coupes & sports sedans} about how many of them?????????
I bought my car there more than a year ago and I still do not have my permanent plates, I call and they always make senseless excuses or do not respond, customer service is terrible, I continue with this car without my permanent plates, and the ones that they gave me provisional carry months expired and they dont even send the new ones
It has beautiful cars of very famous brands, in relation to the attention, I think our seller was a little aggressive in relation to wanting to close the sale. Ups a little difficult experience, how much you like a car, you want to buy it and you feel that you cannot make another type of query as a reference for the credit application. I hope I can return on Tuesday and the car is available 😏
