This is the place you wanna go to buy a used car. Especially if your new to the experience. My credit is repairing, went in with a down payment and they took great care of me. Walked away with a beautiful 2018 Honda Civic sports touring. What really makes them great is the customer service. They are family oriented and operated and they are honest and good people who will not try to scam you. I highly recommend this place!

I visited here last Friday 7/23, spoke with a salesmans named Jose. Prior to going to the dealer, I spoke with Jose over the phone, telling him my interests and my status of high credit score and income. He then proceeds to ask me whats my nationality? Why, does my race matter to purchase a car? I was not even able to look inside the truck nor test drive the truck I was interested in before he tried to rush me inside and apply for the truck.I then ask for the Carfax report on the truck, he gives me a carfax report on a 2019 doge challenger versus the 2014 dodge ram truck i was seriously looking to buy. Which is a sign he thought I wasnt going to read it. And, when I told him, it was the wrong report, he still didnt provide the correct one.Overall, my experience here was poor and its so sad, because as a young black, professional woman, with the perfect credentials to purchase a car, Jose lost out on a sale, had he just treated me like he would have a white man or white woman and not try to insult my intelligence.

These guys are awesome!! I strongly recommend buying from here. I worked with Steve and he went above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a 2018 F-150 Raptor from them. Steve took the better part of the day to come with me to the Ford Dealership, as I wanted to have them do a presale inspection. This ended up taking at least 3 hours and Steve hung out with me and was extremely patient. Never once was he annoyed or tried to push me not to get it done. He said multiple times he wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. After completing the inspection we rode back and hammered out the final details and he made sure I was completely happy with the deal. A few days after the deal was done he followed up with me to make sure everything was good and I was enjoying my new ride. I will definitely be back to buy again from them and I will be recommending Steve and his team to anyone I know looking for a used car.

Steve is terrific! After I drove the car that lm interested in and told him that I have a bad credit and immediately work it for me and got approved! In top of that while we are working in the paperwork, he had the detailed and by the we completed the paperwork, the car was ready! I highly recommend Steve! He will make sure that youre satisfied!

I was looking for a 2018 Shelby GT350 for a while, after playing stupid games with all the local ford dealers (because they wanted 10k over sticker) I flat out gave up. Also when you goto the big dealers it takes them HOURS to get you approved.Mission Autos had a Brand New (only 220 miles) 2018 Shelby GT350 on their lot for 3k off sticker. I walked in at 12pm noon and they not only treated me good, I worked a great deal and they had got me a good loan and approved within the hour. These people are dirtbags. Made a 2 hour drive to look at a mini cooper, checked in with them the whole way. 5 minutes before we arrived they sold it out from under us. Absolute worst customer service, and all they did was offer a different model, year, color, completely different Mini. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I spent about 3 months just browsing and looking for one of the most wanted cars i wanted which was a gt 5.0 premium. Went to many dealers disliked many pricess. But lucky me i ran into Mission Autos and it was just a way better price and experience. You wont be pressured unlike other big dealerships to try and make you do the purchase, very friendly open minded people. I would recomend you visit here first before pulling the trigger any where else. Just bought my 2012 Cadillac cts-v coupe there. Super fast Transaction, they gave me more than i expected for my camaro ss trade in, and sold me the Cadillac for 3,000 under expected bluebook value! And, threw in a 8 year/ 80,000 mile warranty and even with the cost of that it was still cheaper than every other CTS-v in California!!!
