Quality of work is not good. I got my phone screen fixed and back of phone crack fixed. Shortly after a month, it shatteredworse than before after just one drop. BEWARE! The second time I got it done, dude was watching YouTube video. It was an emergency so I got it done but not going back.

Good place to get your phone fixed. But prices fluctuate a lot in short time span. Cheap one minute,super expensive the next, so be aware of that.

First time I went he said he needed or order a battery, which was totally cool with me. Eventually when I was able to get the battery he was able to fix my battery in no time. The amount was a little high but in my opinion I think you should definitely give the place a chance.

Easy access right next to AT&T, went to get my LG Stylo 6 phone crack screen repair, this guy does a really good job it was average about 150, its worth it if you dont want to go through all the transfers from old phone to new phone, and also losing a lot of data, even though its backed up as they say, the phone was fairly new, this was a better option to get the crack screen fixed.

We went to the hayward southland mall location because my daughter had broken the tip of the charger in the phone and there was nothing sticking out to pull it. The guy helped with a quick fix and we were on our way. They definitely fill that need for phone mishaps.

I will never ever go back to this cheap place, i went to replace my screen they didn’t do a right job, called, then the guy he said you have a problem with your phone not the screen while i had no issues before, my phone was disabled after he change my screen, i asked him to factory reset my phone in the computer due to his fault he said take it somewhere else and do it because i will charge you extra for using my internet data!!! Like really!!!! You will never get your phone fixed here properly,I highly recommend to spend 10$ more and fo it right .Very bad experience and worst customer service

To expensive. And also he said he had to order the parts from Amazon And that they costed 75 bucks and I looked on Amazon Right after the call and found the same replacement product for 20 bucks so I feel he was trying to get over on me. So I wouldnt recommend this place at all

My phones screen was all broken I couldnt see anything. I went there and with in 40 minutes i got my phone fixed as new. Employees are nice and helpful, Quality of screen is real good, but by mistake I gave wrong password to them and my phone was disabled even after I tried right password so make sure tell them right password.

Update: Was able to get a full refund. When I went to get my refund l they handed me my phone that they lost, cause somehow they were able to find it out of nowhere.NEVER ANY DEVICES HERE FOR REPAIR.NEVER come here to get your devices fixed.Some context: I came here on the 19th of July to get the screen of my phone fixed, when I explained what was wrong with my phone to the guy. He then goes to his computer and said he ordered the part and itll be there saturday or monday the latest.He tells me that itll $180 but i only had $140 on me, he says thats alright and pay the rest when I come pick up my phone. I ask him If I can leave my phone there, and he says yes cause when the part shows up the phone can be fixed that day.A week passes by, so I go over there with my dad to see what is up with my phone because they havent contacted us at all to see if its ready.THEY LOST MY PHONE AND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT! Luckily I have a copy of it. He then proceeds to tell me that I never left it here and I never payed the full amount, which I reminded him that he told me that I can pay the rest when I pick it up.I went there yesterday with my brother to see what the situation with my phone. He tells me theyll get me replacement, and thatll take a week then theyll contact me. If doesnt show up im going over there and demanding my money back or im reporting them for theft.
