I found this place on line in Hayward California to fix iPad mini that hade a lot of sentimental value to me they fix it like brand new .they where very nice and honest people about what need it to be done with iPad and they also keep me up dated so important to me that I can trust them.. and they came through with a working iPad mini so happy 😁 thank you 🙏

Im kind of mad at myself because Ive been driving by this business, walking distance from my home, to go to another place for iPhone screen repair. For years.When my daughter needed a screen repair, she looked up on Yelp and suggested we come here. Amena was friendly and quick, at a competitive price. We did have an issue with the battery after the screen repair, and they took it back and fixed it quickly without issue. While one never hopes for problems, I think how a business responds when something goes wrong is a true test of its merit.

The store has a really good collection of phones and accessories and are cheap/affordable. The owner of the store was very sweet and prompt, addressing to my needs. Satisfied one hundred percent.

Horrible experience! Took my phone in to fix my broken camera, twice! Second time i took a look at it, it came out worse. I asked the owner to give some sort of refund or at least take responsibility for scamming us. Owner started yelling and telling me i’m “lying”, horrible customer service for that. Lost my time and money. Would recommend anyone to go to a professional repair store if you care more about quality than quantity!

Honestly, one of the best shops in the vicinity. The lady who owns the place is extremely kind and professional. When they give you a commitment, you can be rest assured that your product will be deliver by then. The collections for purchasing phones and accessories is also really good.I even suggest my mates to go to wifi wireless for of their phone needs.

Would not recommend to no one! If need of a fast service call Puls. Went in to get my iPhone screen fix and the end, they messed up board. She was nice to take it in Apple to see if they can fix it. She told me she will call me but never did. I came in asking for my phone back and told me the technician quit. So, I had to wait another week for them to “take out” the new screen.I came back a week later and she told me she lost my phone. She told me to call before coming to the store to see if she found it. 3 days pass, and she haven’t found my phone. I had to tell her I’m calling the cops due to the circumstances of playing this wild goose chase and she quickly told me she will replace my iPhone with money. Later that day she calls saying she found it. I came in the next day and she started telling me how professional they are and have never lost a phone.You have have been warned!

Wi-Fi hilltop cell phone repair took me on Easter Sunday to repair my shattered iPhone 6s screen and placed a glass screen protector on top of it. All of this plus fast service for less than $150. After calling around at other phone repair locations in the area, I realize that this was the same price as many other spots. I appreciated him working with me to get the color screen I wanted to match the rest of the phone and he was able to do that within an hour of me calling asking for the repair.

Having 5 girl teenagers at home it gets expensive to keep buying them new phones every time they break the screen or break the phone luckily for me I have found this place that helped me out alot, they have fixed 4 of my daughters iphone screens in a really quick manner. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady that even lends my daughters iphones so they wont be without a phone while they get there phones fixed. I definently recommend this place you will not regret it. They have a fast and reasonable price for there services.

This place is a scam. They advertised that they have the ability to fix broke screens. However, in the process they actually broke my phone permanently. I brought in two phones that had cracked, but still working, screens. One of those phones had Touch ID. They replaced it with a generic part. I found out later from Apple technician that due to security issues, each phone only works with the original touch button, which they carelessly discarded. How does this stores technician not know this? The other phone is in even worse shape. It shows only the rebooting screen at startup! I have made at least five trips back to the store to fix these issues. Now, I have a phone in which the home button does not work, and I gave up hope on the other one, simply left it at their store because its now completely useless. Cannot believe I paid close to $300 for NON-repairs!

Wasting time they don’t know what they doing

Asked to buy my phone, made me drive to meet them twice after seeing photos and decided not to buy it. Would not recommend.

Brought in my phone to fix a broken charging port. Their ordered the wrong part, but when I went back to pick up my phone, my screen was shattered and there were chips and dings all over the casing. The technician insisted I brought the phone to them in that condition (which, of course, I didnt). Luckily, the owner gave us money to repair the screen. But I am taking my business elsewhere.

He was efficient and fast. I would definitely recommended him for phone repairs.
