ZERO STARS for HerbsPro. Ive used them twice - - the first time they shorted my order (only sent 5 of 6 identical items). That time they credited my CC upon request. The second time they didnt ship for over two weeks (which was past the original estimated delivery date), and then only because I sent 2 update request emails to customer service trying to find out when my order would be delivered. I finally received my order exactly 4 weeks to the day from the date ordered!. The outside of the box was fine. Inside the box it looked like my products had exploded! The entire order was unusable. I asked customer service for a refund. NO REPLY from HerbsPro. 2 days later I received an email asking for feedback on my order! It takes DAYS for this company to read emails to their customer support, and WEEKS for them to ship your order. DONT ORDER from HerbsPro - - it doesnt matter how good their prices are if you never get your order or its destroyed during transit.

Ordered a case of Canadian sparkling water. It came in a timely manor and was very very well packed. The idea of recycling older boxes and uses as strong durable packing/shipping material is what is honestly wanting to give you all 10 stars, but I can only give 5. I placed an order five weeks ago for three items. A month later, I received a shipping confirmation for all three items, but only one item was in the package when it arrived. I called and emailed to inquire and could not get any response. Eventually I got a random autogenerated email giving a refund of a random amount with no description that didnt seem to be the right amount to me. I finally wrote this review and got a call in less than 24 hours asking me to change it. Um, no thanks. This stupid order has taken an hour and a half of my time. Definitely avoid herbsro.

HerbsPro only sent 1/2 my order. The description CLEARLY states 2 case of 12x 2.9oz. each case consists of 12 boxes, each box is 2.9oz. Customer service was no help in resolving these issues. Pros - Great price, arrived 7 -8 days after the order, adequately packaged.Negative was in addition to the expected notice of shipping and tracking they started to send me an email every day for a sale item or 10% off but it was easy to unsubscribe. Bought 6 30 oz bottles of suave shampoo from herbspros Amazon store for $31.17. I only received 1 30 oz bottle shampoo. When I messaged them about it they claimed it was an error in the listing even though absolutely everywhere in the listing that pertains to weight and ounces corresponds with the listing being for 6 bottles not 1. Now they refused to do the right thing and send me the 5 bottles that they owe me. Ive added pictures of proof that the listing is for 6 30 oz bottles and not just one

All customer service from start to finish/shipping was fine but the liquids inside could have been a bit more secured. One had a cracked lid. Nothing spilled but it could have been no bueno.

The product was delivered reasonably quickly and HerbsPro was great communicating the shipping status. However, they sent quite a few discount emails before I ever got the product which got be annoying. How about waiting until the product is delivered before hitting customers up to buy more?

They stopped selling the chips I love near my home. I couldnt find them anywhere! I found them at HerbsPro and was thrilled! They had wonderful communication and both cases arrived with nothing broken. Woohoo!

No accountability whats so ever. The shipment was sitting at the warehouse for over a week before creating label. It took almost 3 weeks to deliver. The worst part is that the rep continued to lie about the delivery. The representative attitude was atrocious. I would think that at least the shipment cost needs to be reimbursed. The customer support is impossible to reach. If you are getting the response, its never to the point - its another run around. Just terrible support. Will never order from them again.

Terrible. I received the wrong item. I emailed and still have not received a response. I called up and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I got ahold of anyone. The guy on the phone which you can barely understand. I asked for a full refund including shipping and was told he will have to check on that. I told him that its not my fault that the wrong product was shipped and requested a full refund. He said he will send me a shipping label and still waiting for it.

HerbsPro has a good price on the product I get from them regularly, and the shipping rate is good as welI - I live on the East Coast and they are on the West Coast. The one gripe I have with them, is that it takes 3 weeks to get the product; mainly because its back-ordered most of the time. I get 4 bottles at a time to try to avoid this issue, but its usually unavoidable.

I was sent inaccurate items compared to the website information and photos. I contacted the company via email with photos showing the difference which comes down to different ingredients. Instead of hearing back from the company I was sent two emails to write this review saying “ Thank you for confirming the receipt of your order.” Clearly no one read my email. They even asked for me to leave a 5 star review here and on Facebook.

I tried calling 4 times and after being on hold in line to talk to someone, it ultimately tells you no one is available and tells you to leave a message, which i did with no return phone call. I have emailed them twice and have not received any reply. I have not received my order and now will have to go thru the hassle of calling my cc company to get the charge taken off.
