The most incompetent shipping store you will come across, even if you prepay labels be prepared to waste time while the old guy at the counter talks to his wife about airline flights while not being able to figure out how to use his own system. Also, the guy scanned the label, was not able to give me a receipt for shipping, and now I can’t even get it refunded because it shows as scanned. Even before he scanned it, the guy was asking me to email him a label, because he couldn’t read the barcode (that’s because it’s for a machine to read genius). After I pushed him to TRY scanning it, it showed as scanned. Magic right ? I spent 20 minutes in line trying to ship a prepaid package which should take 30 seconds. Do yourself a favor, go to the UPS store across the street.

I like the service the owner is very nice

From saving money, this place is much better than the nearby UPS store. I came with a box without tape closing and need to print label. They give a label slip and print my return label for only total 25 cents. While nearby UPS store charged me $1 for 1page and $1 for using computer and $2 for tape usage, totally $4.

I reccommend this Postal Annex whoke heartedly. They are cheaper than the Post Office and Safer. With all the mailbox theft, porch pirates out there I now have ZERO stress over my mail and packages. It is run by a family who are always courteous, friendly and efficient.They also do paper shredding, printing, copying, notory public, passports, binding, laminating, and scanning.One stipulation that is NOT their fault. When I chose PA, I received a letter from the US PO saying if I ever moved, they would not forward any mail from Postal Annex to the new location. It was a snippy letter.

I only came here for quick copies. The place needs some organizing but the service was great.

I have always found the folk at Postal Annex to be helpful and well-informed. I have been going to them for notarization of certifications in work as a translator, and have spent some time watching their interactions with the local community. I full recommend them as shippers and for the work of notary public, copying, etc.

Costomer service sucks big time, the guy who helping us thought its funny to insult customers. They have to learn some manners on treating customers, started showing off as if he knows everything only thing is he doesnt even know how to process the shipment. I was wondering what hell he is doing in there. I was traumatized with their service.

Personally, he helped me and behaved very kindly and took his time to look for an address that took 15 to 10 minutes to find but he got it and I left happy because I was urged that those documents will arrive the next day package
