My experience with Millennium Honda was a very informative and great one. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is no hidden fees or hassle with sales manager and salesperson. They were honest and straight forward with pricing, no games played. They were generous with extras for my car at no charge. I would recommend them for your next car purchase or lease.
To come here is to spend your whole day off sitting wondering when they are gonna decide to do anything to your car. I’ve been here for over 3hrs waiting on a simple oil change. Yes I know I can take it anywhere for that but just to have history of the car being maintained only at Honda I come. I just went to ask the person who took care of me about how long more it would be and he asked me if I dropped the car in the morning. The guy forgot that he just took care of me then he checks real quick says it might be ready soon cause you been here for 3 hrs already. I said well it’s just a oil change and he’s answer was well I did tell you it’s was gonna be 4 hrs or so. It’s like they are trying to keep for the exact hrs they tell you just for fun. They should wear name tags that way you know who to write a good or bad review about. The person that took care of me was a tall black older man with glasses which be the way was eating a big bag of chips while taking care of me. Professionalism is not present here. Good luck to whomever decides to come here. This might certainly be my last time.
Let me first start off by saying the website and the express purchase experience is very appealing but it’s not what it seems believe me . This dealership is a example of lack of communication. I spoke with a manager 10/25 about a specific car and they informed me it was available so I preceded to do a credit application and see a obvious fake approval and monthly payment . I was told that a representative would contact me and no one ever did so I reached out to which a manager told me I would have to send over my ID after already uploading it on the purchase website ! First red flag, he told me he would have to submit it to the bank for approval which this false website suggest is already done during the purchasing process . 35 minutes later someone from sales text me to say the car is already sold and has been sold since the night before so me even doing the application was a waste of my time and also running my credit . They went on to suggest other vehicles that weren’t even close to the one I was interesting in and their lack of compassion for the customer is off the charts . I definitely believe this had everything to do with me being a out of state customer
Got a airbag safety recall for my civic. Made an appt with Millennium. This is my first visit. The service center is bright and clean and the staff courteous. Service writers are friendly and professional. Buy your Honda and have it serviced here.👍👍👍👍👍

This is a bait and switch shop. I went there with my daughter to buy a car for her. When we got there we met a salesman. We worked out a price that was good for her. Then the next day when we went to pick up her new car. The salesman said we had to talk to the general manager. I already knew what was about to happen. I told my daughter when the try to raise the price. We’re going to get up and walk out. Sure enough no sooner than we we sat down. I’m sorry but the price we gave you and we set. Has to go up around $58.00 a month more. So I looked at my daughter. And we got up and started to walk out.he couldn’t believe we were leaving. And I simply said. Your a chop shop. And if I weren’t there with my daughter. They would have ripped her off even more. If I were you I’d stay clear of this scam business. Too bad I can’t go lower than one star.
My experience at Millennium Honda was pleasurable, friendly and professional. The staff is friendly and not pushy but informative. Mark Morel represents the five stars I gave as his customer service was great from beginning to end. Hector Garcia was my initial contact and he was professional and courteous.

I am a HONDA lover. no matter what i will always drive a HONDA. so i had a horrible experience withthe service. i went for an oil change mid April and the tech forgot to close the value and 2 days later my motor was done. i needed a new motor for a 2020 hybird only 9k miles on it. unbelieveable and worst part is i purchase another vehicle and honda rolled over 14k into my new car. horrible. Today I went into service for my 1st oil change to my 2021 Honda Accord, I was still so upset from the last oil change issue I asked the assistant manager Greg to make sure they do the change correctly. The same day at around 2:30pm I got a call from the manager why did I write this google review and I explained and he told me it’s best they don’t service me anymore. I told him what would be best is that Honda pays for the roll over of about 14K they rolled over into my new loan. And that I will continue to go there and the service will have to be 100% at all time. I will continue to keep these people in point. Because I am the wrong person for them to threaten. Yes I was treated by the manager instead of help. Horrible service by the manager.
I walked into the dealership last weekend with no intention of buying a car . I was approached by Francisco Abreu who welcomed my family and myself into the dealership. He listened to all of my requests and helped me find a car that was suitable for my needs as well as within my budget .Francisco worked with my family and I to explain an estimated price of the vehicle I was interested in and he even gave me idea of the payments I was going to receive. Francisco was attentive, respectful and most of all he listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me on something expensive. He’s the best sales representative I have ever encountered and I would definitely do business with him again.The finance representative that worked with me to get my car is named Warrell Wilson. Warrell was accommodating and kept me up to date with all of the details when it came to organizing my insurance binder before purchasing my car . Warrell checked in with me and was available to take my calls/ emails. Warrell didn’t over charge me and there weren’t any hidden fees on my contract . Warrell broke down the pricing of my car, my monthly payments and he explained my Honda care package to me. Warrell was absolutely amazing to me and my family and we are grateful for all of his assistance.Both Francisco and Warrell made my experience of buying my first car amazing. On Sunday I stopped by Millennium Honda to possibly find a car I was interested in and a week later I was driving off the lot with my new car . Everyone I encountered at this dealership was kind hearted and respectful. If I ever need to buy another car, Millennium Honda is where I will be going .
Do not come here! This place is a scam run by scam artists. You would think they would hold themselves to a higher standard being that theyre Honda services, but nope! In September they had my 2017 CRV on two different occasions, charged me over $2,000, forced me to rent a car because they were behind in service jobs and kept my car for over 3 days. Mind you, they kept telling me that my car would be ready the next day only to find out they havent even looked at my vehicle! Despite all of that my car STILL is not operating properly. During the service process I got the run around from the floor manager Paul, store manager, and even the mechanic. This shop is a mess. Now I have to save up money (not made of it) to get the car fixed AGAIN, but I will not be returning to this location. Probably will go to my local shop, at least theyre honest.
This place sucks, the customer service here was literally trash. They asking us to pay 4,000 dollars above the online price tag and the salesman kept making up stories about how he sold a Honda CR-V for 39,000 and he was asking us 37,000 dollars for a Honda CR-V while the online price tag was 33,000. Wish I could give them 0 stars. 100% do not recommend!!!

No games, no run arounds, no bait and switch. He keeps you in the loop through the whole process. While I did deal with a few setbacks that were out of anyones control, I will say Edgar and Millennium Honda did an awesome job in helping me find a car. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car and went through every possible spec to ensure I knew everything about the car. There was a miscommunication about insurance, but I will give it to Edgar, he stayed on the phone with insurance when they kept screwing up so I could finally get my car. Erica in finance went over everything with me, and even though I again had concerns about the payments, she helped me figure out how I could afford them every month. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that it took almost 3 weeks to get the car and there were several delays I felt could have been taken care of earlier, but they did admit where the mistake was and worked tirelessly to correct it, so I cant fault them too much.

My experience with Millennium Honda was great. Everyone was very helpful and up front. Very straight forward. Juan was very accommodating.
Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.On first day, past promise time after 3 hours of waiting on-site after drop off with no contact or estimate of costs of service. Called later that day, was told agent would follow-up, there was no update at end of day.Next day agent continued to string along empty promises of calling back with work estimate/cost. No update by end-of-day and had not been seen. Third day, we called and agent was off. Other employees said the service could not be started without original agent.Fourth day, estimate of work finally given but now a part would need to be ordered for this service to be done. Now we can’t get that done by day we need car. I do not understand why this parts order or cost estimate couldn’t have been done on first day. This was to add a stock part that was external and did not require investigation from a technician.Fifth day, part of service is ready final price is almost double of estimated price. They we’re including cost for part that was not available and service that was not and could not be done.On pick-up car is greasy and garbage from service was still in the car. When requested to be cleaned, employee is dismissive. After requesting from another employee, the previous employee becomes aggressive, threatens and tries to fight client. Staff ends up having to hold his employee back to prevent having the cops called. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never thought they would treat a paying customer like this, especially after having to put up with the disorganization displayed throughout the week.This location has many problems to say the least. Avoid at all costs.
Great service and nice staff! Way better than Valley Stream honda. VS was going to charge me $150 for diagnostic when the car was still under warranty. Millennium Honda did not! Service was fairly quick. Dropped it off 9am and it was ready by 9am the next morning
They customer service is POOR. They dont care anything about the customer. Ive called many times in regards to a refund and have been getting the runaround for over 3 weeks now. They need better customer service skills from management down. I work for customer service and if I treated my customers like that I wouldnt have a job. During these difficult times holding on to someones refund is terrible.
This dealership was great, it was very busy the day I went and I can see now why. The service was excellent, they really try and work with the clients and give them the best offer. Jorge Garcia was great he showed me the car I wanted to see and was very knowledgeable. Then mike the finance manager help me walk out with a car that same day. Just purchased a 2015 Honda Civic great price very easy to drive. The Staff at Millennium Honda are so professional and so nice lead by Ravel we were taken care of by Mario and Franklin. Super Easy we were in and out in no time Highly recommend Millennium Honda.
Bait and switch experience. I was given paperwork indicating that I would be purchasing a Honda CR-V 2022 and told the car would arrive in 10 days. I was called 2 days later and told the car had arrived, that was pleasant but that was the only pleasant experience. After signing the paperwork, the financial manager, Haresh, said something and I responded it’s a 2022. He then stated that they did not have 2022 cars, the salesperson Zeeshan, did not say anything when he called or when I arrived. I then requested to speak with the manager who identified himself as Maurice. His behavior was the worse, it’s was a “take it or leave it” with no apologies. They take advantage of people’s need for transportation. Really disappointed and as far as I’m concerned they were all in on it. I feel sorry for them, having to get up everyday and deceive people to make a living.

Got my lease with the assistance of Juan V. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this dealership. Due to the Memorial Holiday weekend, it was very busy which caused more of a delay, but I went in expecting to be there for awhile. So with that being said, I definitely recommend, but go in expecting to not leave right away or see if you can do most of the work without physically being there until you have to.

They were able to help me with my vehicle issue. However, they left the engine oil cap off. No idea what they were doing in there, since this was a brake job, but my vehicles still in one piece…for now.

Sale consultant is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, however the prices are ridiculously expensive. Note: All NYC dealership is using the chip shortages as a way to go $5000 to $8000 above MSRP, but I found honest dealership away from the city..currently selling at MSRP with no haggling...they will provide you with out of the door price for any vehicle at their location right over the phone.
Yesterday 9/3/20 I went to Millennium Honda to Finance an Accord for my Husband, glad I picked this dealership! I was immediately given all the info on both a finance and leasing process. Justin was my Salesman and Warrell was my Finance Manager. What a great duo! They answered all my questions and concerns, and got me the best rate and price. Their attention to detail is amazing to say the least! I was very happy with our purchase and they helped get me in and out as quick as they could. Felt like I knew them for years! My husband was also thrilled and Happy with there expert customer service and his beautiful vehicle. I will be referring all my friends and family to them.
This place is horrible where do I begin. First they are unprofessional Santiago and his boys which it seemed like instead of a sales team was too busy trying to watch the playoffs instead of selling cars. First trip I was quoted a price for a vehicle that they didn’t have in stock then they tried to upsell me to a higher priced vehicle. Second trip after me doing my own research I found out the specific vehicle was coming in, which a professional sales rep who wants to sell a car would’ve followed up. After that contact I was told to leave a deposit which I gave my credit card information to do so and then that’s when the real circus started. Instead of it being a simple deal to match what they advertise they pulled a bait and switch and tried to justify charging me $100 more per month for a specific color that was only $395. After walking out the sales rep then called me saying he would meet me half way and made up a number in his head which I declined. I called him back and suddenly the vehicle was sold. I then called back again to check and another salesperson offered to get the vehicle, asking to speak to a manager the call dropped. I then called back again and spoke with someone else whom then spoke with the original sales rep and the sales rep then sent me a text saying he got a deal approved by a manager and needed a deposit. After calling back to try to give the deposit he didn’t answer, called again and he said he would call me back and never did. 3 days later I’m now told they can’t do the deal and to go to another dealer which I want I don’t even want to deal with Honda as a company anymore .....stay away this place is horrible and the company as a whole...

I wish I ready those reviews before I went there myself to experience horrible customer service. Not only during the sale and finance process but so much trouble after I bought the car. They misinformed me about everything. Each person says different story. They dont know what theyre doing there. Everytime I call and speak with someone, hes a manager. Then when I call back and ask for that manager they say they dont have a manager like that. Told me I can service my Honda in any place since Im buying extra insurance and warranty from them, now few months later they call me saying I have to go back there for next year if I want free service. The warranty only works with that location. Reading other peoples reviews how they screw up their cars and my past experience with them I better go somewhere else and pay than return to that location. I hope other people read the reviews and dont but cars from Millennium Honda. It will feel like youre taken care of when you go there, but it is not worth the stress and trouble later. Hope they close that location so they will stop screwing people. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Avoid this place. All good talk in the beginning when purchasing their vehicles with good pricing but service afterward is terrible. Always wait more than 4 hrs for the service that they promise to offer when purchasing. Brought a tire package and was told everything is cover with the tire but it’s not. I would rather pay a little more elsewhere and get better and faster service. Another issue I had was with the recall. Was told it takes the whole day to fix but when I schedule it at another Honda service, they fix it in less than a hour. I hate this place and regret so much for buying a Honda here.

I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T and am exceptionally pleased with the process from beginning to end. From my first telephone conversation with Manager Tom Kay, who very professionally addressed a concern I had, his referral to Rolando Alfonso, Sales Consultant and my final sit down with Mario Garcia, Finance Manager, the experience could not have been more pleasant and consumer friendly. Rolando went out of his way to provide a extended test-driving opportunity and explained all of the Touring options in clear terms. My wife and I decided on a particular color that was not currently in stock at Millennnium and Rolando assured us that he would locate a car at another dealer as expeditiously as possible. Rolando and the floor manager were receptive to negotiating a final price. Throughout the process, there was never any pressure to buy! We were delighted to hear from Rolando the next day that he located and picked up our car of choice. Final visit with Mario to confirm purchase was also quite pleasant with no pressure to buy additional insurance and warranties. Our Touring was ready as promised with the entire process completed from test drive to delivery in just four days. While I will probably be in touch with Rolando again to further explain the vehicles many advanced options, I can without hesitation recommend Millennium to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda.
Given the day and time of what the world is going through, I cant complain. I went for a oil change and found my self back for a tightening up a bolt and staff very friendly and love JOE, ASHLEY, Pdiddy and the crew..ty guys keep up the good work. Service dept
We would rate the experience at Millenium as unpleasant. Even though Jorge who attended us was polite, willing to answer our questions, and tried to negotiate a deal with us we had a very unpleasant and difference experience with the manager. We realized the down payment they were requesting was outrageous and we questioned it, at this point the manager came in. The manager (which I do not recall the name) was condescending and rude, at one point he was screaming. When we communicated that we would like to hold the deal and see other options in other car dealers his answer was “you can go and ask around but you will come back to request this which may not be here, I know what I am saying and people come crying and begging me for the cars. There is car nowhere.” Since he was so rude we decided to leave. Went to another car dealer on the same afternoon and the experience was 100% different. We got the exact car that we wanted with half the down payment they were requesting and no additional fees (Millenium was charging a lot of additional fees). The treatment and experience was so much better, we are happy we left and followed our gut. If you can GO SOMEWHERE else.
My wife and I bought a 2020 Insight and leased another 2020 Insight on the same day. Everyone was nice. They only had 1 key for one of the cars so we were told we had to come back for the other. We made a appointment and brought the car in. They said it would take about 2 hours to have the new key fob programed. After 45 minutes we were told they didnt have the key in stock. The service manager was very nice about the whole thing and I have no issue there. I called the sales department to complain but they havent returned my call as of yet. The way I see it they havent completed the sale. I didnt get what I paid for. They made the key my problem to deal with. I have leased and bought 8 Nissans in the past few years but havent been happy with their quality recently so we decided to go to Honda. Ill be sticking with Honda but will find another dealership to do business with the next time .
This is my second Accord from Millenium Honda, the sales representative Juan Valderrama always with that positive attitude towards all my inquiries. Juan always been in contact with me since I bought my first Accord and always helped me out with everything about the car. He’s not the type of guy that sell you a car and forget about you. I went back again to Millenium because of his honestly and professionalism. Ask for Juan.
We traveled from South Jersey to New York to look for a new Pilot. Our experience thus far was not good. We decided to try Millennium Honda it was our last stop before going home. Well, lets say it was last but certainly NOT least. The customer service was outstanding! Our salesperson Juan Valderama was very attentive, and friendly. He very informative, straightforward, and polite. He answered all questions and went over and beyond to make sure any concerns I had were rectified. I would not hesitate to recommend Millennium Honda and Mr. Valderamma to my family and friends.

We recently purchased a preowned vehicle at Millennium Honda and we are so happy with our purchase. Juan went out of his way to get us the vehicle we wanted for a great price. He stayed in contact with us until the purchase took place. He did not try to push us into buying a car, but rather he gave us the space to make the decision on our own without any pressure. Though we test drove multiple cars (some with less milage or lower cost) from various dealers, we ultimately ended up making our purchase here because of Juans professionalism and the fact that we were able to have the peace of mind that we were purchasing a good vehicle.

I received a refund check from millennium honda. . Went to deposit in my bank account. Found out it was already cashed. I called the issuing bank, which said honda has to call them to find out who cashed it. Honda doesnt seem like they want to do this. Maybe protecting someone. (Who knows) Something fishy is going on at this dealership. Becareful when receiving refund checks from this place. Now I have to take time off, making police reports about this and calling banks.
Love was an exceptional salesperson, she really is outgoing & made my process at dealership very easy & comfortable. She truly is a person too look out for.

Went in on Saturday 5/1/21 to see about getting a new lease as mine was ending from KIA. Get what I thought was a good deal on a brand new 2021 HR-V, wait 4 hours for the car we signed up for to be “serviced” and brought out just to find out next day when it was 80 degrees out the AC doesn’t work!!!What were you doing those 4 hours with the car and I thought it’s brand new?! Thanks for nothing...
Went to this morning for routine 5k mile on 2021 Honda Pilot inspection which was just oil change, was told that needed 2 new rear tires. Of course the tire warranty had just expired and Honda wanted $572 to change 2 rear tires and they showed me a picture of what looked like a nail and another piece of metal. NO WAY!! Pressure sensors on car did not read that car was losing pressure??Took the car to Mavis Tires, they checked the tires and one was a piece of metal in between the groves of the tire and the other is a broken penny both did not puncture thru the tires.If Honda had actually taken the time during the 2hrs I was there for an oil change would have realized that. Ridiculous!! If it wasnt for the fact that car get services for free there I would never take my car again. BE CAREFUL!!

Client are asked to ware masks, but half of the staff have their masks off! Not impressed. Have enjoyed beautiful service in the past but not so much today!!! I wished I had picked up the odyssey the last time I was there. Mr. Francisco Abreu was such a great Consultant. I told him I would be back, but when we called Honda, we were told he no longer worked there. What a shame. He is such a great sales person.
Not sure why workers think it’s professional to be smoking cigarettes right outside the doors. Nobody want to come here and get secondhand smoke in their lungs right before walking in, or sitting outside to wait. Seems like management is okay with it since they do it pretty often. The street/sidewalk is literally right there, not hard to just walk off the premises to have your lung cancer. On top of that, only having to deal with it because of you’re waiting for the long/unprofessional service across the street for 4+ hours.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I had a specific trim package in mind and Millennium was the closest dealership with the Cr-V I wanted in stock. I put a retainer on the vehicle prior to going to LI to be sure it wouldn’t be sold. I went to the dealership a few days later to purchase the vehicle and the sales associate tried to tell me the price of the car was $1000 more now than it was a few days ago. I was able to get him to honor the price I had seen originally, so that was the right thing to do but it all ended there. Whenever I was dealing with the finance manager I told him I could put down a certain amount, including the retainer I had already given them, he assured me that would be fine. When it came time to sign the paperwork he told me I had to pay an extra $500 for registration fees. It’s been 2.5 weeks and I still haven’t received my registration when they assured me I would receive it in no more than 3 days. On top of that the car had 8 miles left on it until the gas tank was empty when I left the lot, and the remote key batteries were dead. I asked them to replace them, they took the keys inside and I thought they were replacing them, however, the next day they were both dead again so they must have put old batteries in them. There was also a small rusting crack in the paint as well as a dime sized dent, the sales person argued with me that it wasn’t rust and that it was normal, finally he said they would put touch up paint on it. The touch up paint they used is a different color than my vehicle, I would have preferred them not touch it if that was going to be the case. I have called the dealership 11 times since leaving the lot and I still haven’t received a call back. Prior to purchasing the car the dealership called me daily but now that they have my money they have no interest in answering any of my questions or returning my calls. Overall, the people who work for Millennium Honda have no interest in helping their customers once they receive payment. I would suggest purchasing your car from anyone other than Millennium Honda, I wish I had.UPDATE: I emailed the dealership at the address they asked and no one has reached out. I called again with no call backs. My temporary registration expired without me receiving my new registration so I had to get a duplicate registration in order to put my plates on my car and it be legal to drive.
This is the second time my car had to be recalled and I had to bring it in for servicing. Kept getting notifications that it had to be fixed due to my safety and a notice by mail that it would take only a bit more than 1 hour. Made the reservation and my husband went for me. I ended up renting a car to get to work. The dealership turned him away and would not honor his appointment because they were behind schedule. They have no consideration to call to let us know that they cant service us. Plus the recall is the companys liability.
Great experience purchasing a CR-V for my son. Jose Villota took great care of us and made the buying experience stress/haggle free by giving us a competitive price up front. The Finance Manager Haresh was also great. He finalized the deal without pressuring us to purchase any extras in the back room. Would definitely return.
Great experience purchasing 2021 Honda Accord Touring at Millennium Honda yesterday. Carlos Rodriquez was our salesman and he did a great job getting us in the car same day. He demonstrated the car, went thru the purchasing process and delivered car all in same day. Great job!!
I had a great experience with Honda Millenium. They were fast, efficient and given a good deal. I love my car. I was unaware weather mats were not included with my van. When I went back to purchase the mats, I spoke to the manager Matt about the confusion and he gave them to me at no cost! He made my day. I will definitely be back when my lease is up! Thank you Matt and everyone who helped make this a smooth process. Definitely recommend.
I went in today with my father to purchase a 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid touring and I was assisted by Aneudys Vargas and Justin Preval. Let me start off by saying this was the best car purchasing experience I ever had. They were straight to the point no hassle and quick! I told them exactly what I was looking for and my father was able to drive off with the car he’s being wanting for so long within a couple of hours. I would recommend this dealership and these guys to anyone don’t take my word for it go see for yourself and ask for them!!

Nice friendly workers but very poor quality of service. 2 days, 3 hours wait each time for a flat tire. No social distancing, some workers dont wear masks, no paper mats on car floor, poor detail to customer service, left a dirty mask on my dash board, did not return my cap to tire valve, no paper write up, car was returned dirty, no followup just a text. I would give it NEGATIVE stars, I would NOT RECOMMEND.
Horrible. The manager wanted to charge 8,000 more on top of the sticker price for a 2022 CRV because of shortage.
Zeeshan and Mario were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible on my new car! Very personable and very friendly. They made sure everything was clean and sanitized. After some negative experiences at other honda dealerships in the past, I will definitely be back to Millennium Honda!

Price not accurate they will raise price lest second before final deal in the name of the law after having u come back a day later with no that u going to pick up a new one and making sure u bring cosigner with u after that they hold us up fo 3 to 4 hours even we told them that it holiday a day before and then they higher the price and they take or leave it option
Just leased a Pilot from Millennium. Our best experience to date with a car dealership. We recommend Millennium. Because of the pandemic, we were able to negotiate the lease terms with Patrick over the phone. Once we agreed on numbers, we made an appointment to come in and finalize the papers and pick up the car. Zeeshan took us through this process. Both Patrick and Zeeshan were excellent! Easy to socially distance while there, including waiting (at our option) in outdoor areas from time to time. Mario (in the finance department) also made the lease signing process easy. I imagine well be back when our least is up.

I came in to get my wife a car, specifically a Honda Insight. I had been to this dealership before to purchase my Honda Accord hybrid and I worked with Zeeshan. I am so glad I worked with him because he helped me get the best deal possible for my Accord and was extremely trust worthy. This is why I knew that when it came to purchasing a car for my wife, the person I could trust is Zeeshaun. And once again, he did not disappoint. My wife got a great price for a car that they did not even have in the shop. He said that it would be 2 months before we would get the car and a few days later, the car arrived. My wife was so happy and I know if I ever have any troubles with my car or my wifes car, Zeeshan is always there to help. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a car salesman they can trust!!!!!!

Worst place ever make an appointment and tell them what service I need for my car, never mentioned anything I have to drops off the car for 24hour. Only when I went there then they said that. Waste my time and energy for nothing. When try to speak to manager one of the customer services girl told me manager is in meeting with his manager can’t talk. LOL. Not surprised they all need big time meeting how to handle customers.
From start to finish, my experience at Millennium Honda was AMAZING. The staff at this location were very friendly and attentive. Sales manager, Justin, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, making us feel at ease throughout the entire leasing process. The finance manager, Mr. Wilson was also very kind and professional. He stayed after hours to get us through the paperwork process and into a brand new car, as quickly as possible! Both went above and beyond to make our first experience there an exceptional one.I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease a new ride!

Ive brought my car here a few times and received good service but this time it was exceptional. Mrs. Munoz service was superb and her knowledge was refreshing. M. Honda is the place. Check out the showroom they stay updating the showroom with different car styles. The Large use car lot, special deals, pricing along with the milage is A+. As a first time car owner, I could not be happier that I decided to go to this location and work with Zeeshaun!!!! Zeeshaun was so amazing every step of the way. When buying a car, you deal with a lot of bs some times and you can potentially over pay but with Zeeshaun I know I got the best deal for my 2021 Honda Insight. First off, he was very honest about the time line. He said it would take about possibly a month to get this car. Not even a week went by (just a few days) and I was able to get my dream car in a color that was extremely difficult to find. Second of all, he explained everything very well and made sure that I was buyin the best car for me/ that I would got a great price for it. My experience with purchasing my car was a very friendly environment. I was able to test drive the vehicle. Moises was patient as I decided on my final vehicle. I would say the processes was very long since it was the end of the year, it seemed many people were purchasing cars. But overall my experience was good. I would recommend Millennium Honda.

The service department lied to Honda corporate telling them my car was modified in order to deny a warranty claim. They are crooked and liars and will rip you off. Don’t go here.
