This product came well packaged but here were two screws missing. I was able to scrounge up a replacement from my shop.Once the side rails were installed I began to attached the gate/gantry to the side rails and had trouble with one side hanging up but I was able to file the plastic tip of the locking arm so it would clear when the lock level was pressed. Now it slides perfectly.Its good to go and looks awesome in my new 2021 Ram Rocky Ridge 1500.

I placed an order on 3/20/21. I received the order on 3/26/21 - however - the package was incorrect and missing 12 of 16 parts. There was no telephone customer service available, so I submitted a request via the website and via email for replacement on 3/28. Finally received a return shipping label and promise of replacement on 3/31 after requesting the label twice.On that day, I was told the part was reordered and would be shipped ASAP. On 4/9 I emailed to request an update. Was told part was “en route” to them and would be shipped “once it comes in”. On 4/17 I again requested info via email - never once did they contact me to say there was a delay. On this day I was told it was in the warehouse and would be shipped immediately. On 4/23 I had to ask AGAIN ... waited another two days for a reply and was AGAIN told they would ship it immediately.I finally got a shipping confirmation this time. Over a month after my initial order. At least the part was correct and complete this time.I understand covid is an issue, but if your employees are working from home, better communication between your departments and customers needs to be established.I won’t order again because of a month long ordeal of me BEGGING to be shipped my $500 part CORRECTLY. I only gave two stars because the agent was at least polite in their responses.

After I first submitted my order I received an email that my order was delayed because they thought my order was fraudulent, so I had to provide them with a copy of my drivers license. Parts took about a week to be shipped, but they shipped me the wrong part. It took close to three weeks with multiple emails to finally get my correct part shipped. There is no way to communicate with them by phone, only email. Their customer service was very friendly, but their processes can be improved.

The Jeep Wrangler JK parts I ordered were shipped quickly and arrived via FedEx in perfect condition. Even though sometimes Mopar products can cost a little bit more than product from other sources, I think its really important to always try and support American companies. Because that means we are all helping support American jobs for Americans. Thats why I buy Mopar, Cooper Tires, etc.

Box received had obviously been opened, not repackaged correctly, missing parts, missing all paperwork/ directions, and poorly re-taped closed. Took multiple pointless emails for them to confirm I ordered the correct aftermarket tail lights when the problem was what was missing from opened box. After dealing with an ignorant person on other end for long enough, finally just asked for return label. They DID have somewhat timely response times.

Parts shipped more than 3 weeks after order was initially made and was missing 2 vital component’s. Took another 2 weeks for that to be shipped. Only positive thing about this purchase was the prompt communication from Lou . I highly recommend you look elsewhere for Mopar parts because it really shouldn’t take a month and a half for my $500+ order to be fulfilled.

Needed upper half doors for factory lower doors on 2008 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. Bought the wrong ones from competitor as open box and they do not fit. I am st I ck with them. Got yhe correct factory style from you. They are PERFECT.

I ordered a front hood air deflector. Ordering and delivery was seamless. The item arrived without a problem. During installation, I discovered that one of the clips had a factory defect. I reached out to Mopar and their solution was to uninstall and return the entire kit, then place a separate order for a new product when all I needed was a single clip. It would have been easier, faster and more cost effective for them to simply open a kit they already had and send me a replacement clip.

Honestly I wish I could have found your website before shopping on Amazon. Just by chance I discovered you guys when I was looking for a extra Wheel for my 2017 Jeep sport 4x4. As you know the sport does not come with side rails. So that started my search. So I bought side rails, crossbars and a roof basket off of Amazon. You guys were actually cheaper on the side rails..... I even looked on Amazon for a wheel as well but they didnt carry any. Long story short I bought the wheel which is exactly like my other 4 from your site. Your shipping was extremely fast. In the next week or so I plan on buying my filters off your site as well.

I ordered a 2018 jeep renegade front grill cover. The part was delivered in perfect condition. The holes were to big for the driver side and passenger side small lights. The top of the will not stretch over the liscense plate cover.

I ordered from here two different times. The first time they gave me a wrong part and it took months to get the correct part. The second time I again got the wrong part and it has been a week and I still haven’t heard from them after tying to get the right parts. Once the right parts are here they are good quality. But I won’t ever order from here again.

Pricing for original parts is already offensive. A JEEP fuel door cap $130?! Made me cringe. BUT then paying $18 for regular FedEx shipping (5 days ….) is unacceptable. Oh.. do you have to return? My item was delayed in shipment by 6 days. It took multiple phone calls (to a line that I found out doesnt even work) emails and chat messages to get a reply and a correction here. When the item finally arrived it had clearly previously been opened as there were smudge marks on it and missing pieces vital to the function of this multi-hundred dollar NEW item. Buyer beware, poor customer service and questionable business practice selling previously opened items as new.

Shipping was extremely slow. Calling was pointless, because a recording would tell you that staff was working from home without access to the phone system. Email was answered only after a day or two. My FedEx tracking number was for someone elses package heading to a different state. Product arrived poking out of the boxes. All in all a stressful experience.I still gave three stars because, despite the condition of the boxes, the product was intact, and because the price was better than others.

I ordered OME floormats, complete set for my 2021 80th anniversary edition Jeep Wrangler. I was very satisfied with mat. Fit perfectly. I would put up beside any on market. Would have given you a 5, but I was disappointed that my order was charged to my card, while the mats were back ordered. Usually on back orders you are not charged until shipping occurs. Other than that I was well pleased.

I dont enjoy writing negative reviews but consumers must be warned about ordering online from this store. You have plenty of options to order your Mopar Parts. Dont make the mistake of ordering from All Mopar Parts. It took 2 months to receive my shipment after they confirmed all items were in stock. I then receive the shipment and due to poor packaging and handling by the carrier, most of the parts came in damaged. After sending photos, they tell me, its only a scratch. After offering me a small credit which I rejected, I requested they send me a replacement part that was not damaged. Since then I am forced to send emails on a daily basis only to be ignored. Not sure this is how you treat an online customer that purchased $3000 worth of parts from your location. Do yourself a favor and go to your local Jeep dealer and order the parts from there. Their shipping costs are astronomical. You want to make sure you order from someone that is going to provide service when something goes wrong. Clearly this is not their concern.

Since Ive been a Jeep owner AMP has always been my first option for sourcing parts. Theyve always had what I needed and Ive had instances where multiple parts show as compatible for my vehicle, and theyve notified me of the proper part #. If a particular part turns out to be on backorder, theyll e-mail ASAP and ask whether or not Id want to proceed. Other suppliers have kept me waiting without notice. Customer service is fantastic.
