I love Home Goods. Always an adventure. I always leave with something, usually a candle(s), but lots of cool stuff.

Good, clean, with friendly cashiers who were quick and accurate.

The store is lovely but when I was purchasing my items the lady at the cash register asked me if I was a record’s member . I said no, we have a tjmaxx where I live. The man behind her (he had a arm in a sling not doing anything) he said I’m sorry. I said sorry for what? He said we are so much better the tjmaxx. I said you have some of the same things here I have seen in my store. He would not stop arguing about how much home goods is better then tjmaxx. This was my first time to this store and I would not recommend anyone going there and being treated like that man treated me.

They are the BEST! GOOD STUFF AND MOSTLY GOOD PRICES!

Best place for decorating home or finding kitchen gadgets. Great prices. If you want a lamp thats special come here first.

Found exactly what I was looking for! Quisinart enamel cast iron 7qt Dutch oven! In Gray to match the others I have! One happy camper here! 😉

If I could give this store a no star rating I would. I went to HOMEGOODS in Hendersonville TN and experienced the worst customer service. I had several item in a basket and went to stand in what I thought was a checkout line. I was there alone and the cashier ask if she could assist me. I asked if I was in the checkout. She said no but you can come through because no one is here. As she said that a lady walked through the actual place where the line was and then cashier said you have to go back through the line shes in line now. I was clearly there before her. Just confused where the line was. I went to my car and called Cristina the manager who told me I should have address the issue while there. Told me to get calm down because I wasnt being very nice. She was pretending not which cashier I described. I will never shop at Homegoods Tjmaxx or Marshalls every again. I understand why the cashier was able act this way . Its because her manager had the same demeanor.

OMG!!! The finds in this store... exceptional, reasonably priced, and the store is so organized! Ill be back soon to purchase some accent pieces for my home!

Always find something I dont need

Sharp looking as ever shopper numbers in and out monitored. Masks worn well for the most part. Well laid out. Well stocked. Didnt find what I was looking for this time.

Unusual selection of items. Its fun to walk through. Some great buys and some way high! They have a huge selection of party snack items, bagged treats and drink mixers. I dont let without one!

Love home goods. Not only is it a great place to find things for your home, but its a great place to buy unique gifts at lower prices. Going to a Christmas party and need a gift for Dirty Santa or the themed ornament party...they have hand blown ornaments that are absolutely beautiful! They have the furniture pieces too.

Always new things arriving, and other items being marked down. I just bought some fun items for my patio conversion to a surf shack, including a mermaid, 3 tall metal surfboard bottle opener, and a few signs to give it that ocean feel here in landlocked Tennessee!

I felt discriminated against. The manager looked me up and down when the cashier ask for assistance. I walked out because I don’t give business to stores like this. It’s sad because my kids felt it as well so we had a conversation about it. Shopping while black is real.

I love my home goods! I found my china dinnerware here as well as Mikasa silverware. There are a lot of really nice quality items for your home here.

Weve been to this store over 5 times in the past 2 months since buying a new home. Love what the store offers, however majority of the staff Ive encountered has been less than customer friendly.I guess it starts from the top. Assistance from Barbara Mars was less than helpful as well on my last visit. It seems were a bother unless applying for a credit card here. Spent quite a bit here purchasing area rugs and other misc. items. Like I said, some are friendly, as I see in store. But my encounters have not been.

Let me say I love this store!!! I have been going in this store for many many years and have purchased many many many items from this location over throughout the years.Today I experienced some racial profiling in the Henderdonville TN location. I was dressed okay but had a hat on to cover my head. Let me tell you I have worked in retail for years and I know about undercover loss prevention and stores. Everyone knows when you go to Home Goods you have to walk and look around the whole. So let me say I never get a basket when I go to any store. I walked around looking at items as I always do I walking up and down aisle. So I came back around again getting ready to leave and guess who came up behind me protending to pick up a cup on and end cap that I just pass by a Loss Provention Specialist. He never said anything to me he pick the cup and moved on. Let me say I am totally offended...yes you dont know me from Eve...all races shop and stay in the store for hours...my point dont profile a certain race because all black dont steal and do pay for the things we want. I dont know if I will go to this store again.

Very rude considering rae Dunn is a big seller at tjmaxx. People spend good money and a fair amount of time collecting
