This was our 3rd purchase from this store. The salesman was very personable and friendly and listened to our needs. We were looking for a twin mattress for our granddaughter’s bed and he showed us all the options then gave us a great deal on the best one for her. Appreciate this stores location and will definitely be back for any of our other mattress needs.

Sales lady was exceptional. Received exactly when expected. Delivery drivers called ahead of time and were prompt in their delivery.

In a city with lots of options to buy a mattress, I highly recommend choosing this location! David was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was kind, not pushy, truly had our best interest at heart, and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service!

David the manager is very professional. It was real easy to purchase a mattress and it came in on the day it said it would. We picked it up to save the $75 delivery fee.

This was the first purchase of this type for my adult son, and Abe and David were very helpful. They were very informative, explaining everything fully before the sale. We visited a number of stores on mattress row in Hendersonville, and they were the most helpful--by far! We purchased a great mattress here at a very fair price! Our sales person, Deborah L. was great. She showed us many and we purchased. A slight problem with the mattress was discovered after delivery. We called Deborah and she went right to work on it and resolved the problem. I would shop there again.

Visited this store a few weeks ago to purchase a mattress. After a very long contract process we almost got sent out with the wrong size mattress. 8 instead of the 12 that was purchased, only after double checking with my paperwork MYSELF, I noticed it was not the correct size, Error #1. Then we were sent all the way to Bellevue, almost 1hr from said location to pick up the correct size mattress from their warehouse. Finally after spending most of the day trying to get correct item, we get home to see that the warehouse gave us a full and not a queen. We had to contact the warehouse multiple times the next day to get the information on how to exchange this incorrect item. Mind you this came in a box, so having to put it back in the way we received it was impossible. Finally after multiple calls / emails back and fourth with the Bellevue location we had been notified that we would have to bring it BACK to the warehouse, WRAPPED IN PLASTIC.The warehouse like I previously stated, is 45min-1hr from our house, but in order to receive the CORRECT item we would have to travel to this warehouse, again... even though these mistakes were caused by the employees of this company. Also, there is a Mattress King right up the road from our house however, they would not take the time needed to have the correct one delivered there and let us exchange items there so we wouldnt have to go out of our way AGAIN. We finally got the item we purchased after another car ride (2hr there and back) but received no apologies or discount etc. for the horrible customer service we received. I would not recommend this company and will direct anyone I know from ever using this company. Not pleased with the customer service one bit.

Great selection, knowledgeable sales person, and our delivery was as promised. Love a family owned business here in our backyard!

Dont shop here unless you want to be smooth talked and promised something that cant be delivered and then sued after you depend what your ordered and told they not gonna replace what you wanted or pick up what they delivered. Nothing but poor customer service. I have video of the so called store manager telling us that the mattress in his store that we choose was not even a mattress being sold and was also a fluke that it was even there but delivered something nowhere near what we chose. Bait and switch is what it totally is. Just sad! Shame on you MATRESS KING! I told you to come get this mattress you sent and you wont but you expect me to pay for something I physically cant sleep on because it is way too soft and bad for me and my sleep apnea.

I spend almost an hour in the store selected a mattress. However, they didnt deliver the mattress I purchased. Come to find out the mattress in the store was not a mattress they could actually sell because it was created in error somehow. Even though they could not provide what I purchased, it was not something they carried; they refused to return my money and take back the wrongly delivered bed. Buyer beware!!!! You may not get what you pick out in the store.UPDATE: Thank you for responding to this post. The person I had a conversation with on the phone was rude and hung up on me, so we never came to a resolution.

Great service and very speedy delivery!

The gentleman that helped us was very nice. Didnt push us into buying anything! We bought a new mattress, box spring, frame and headboard. Sadly the mattress isnt as comfortable as we thought.

Leaving a 3 year old bad mattress purchase behind we were searching again. I didn’t stop at Mattress King last time because... corny commercials. Judgmental me was wrong again. Stopped at White Bridge store for entertainment on Labor Day and had refreshing conversation with Sealy Rep and Mattress King rep. Left to discuss/research. We shopped every mattress and furniture retailer for what fit us and best price. Returned to local Mattress King store in H’ville for a nap. Welcomed again, not pushy, informative discussion and nice second trial to confirm decision. Stores were clean, purchase was smooth, best price in town, delivery guys were awesome.The 20 year Sealy / Mattress King relationship leaves me hopeful I won’t be dumped to manufacturer should I have a warranty issue. I was stuck with a forced choice warranty replacement that I didn’t want from my $3k Sleep Outfitters/dormeo/sinomax purchase. The manufacturer has zero customer incentive and if retailer / manufacturer relationship dissolves you will be stuck with manufacturer.Thirty days in and couldn’t be happier with purchase. Ashamed I skipped your stores last time and truly appreciate this purchase experience. I am the king! and a lot less miserable ;)
