He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He asked us questions to see which mattress was best for us. He then showed us each mattress he thought would work. The employees of Mattress Man on Tunnel Rd are professional and very easy to work with. They scheduled our delivery when we needed it and were knowledgeable about everything concerning the sale and delivery. We are pleased with the 2 mattresses we ordered.The owner of the store was there when we arrived and he kindly introduced himself.

Adam did a great job. No pressure approach, patient explanation of the technical aspects and construction of various mattress options. Assisted in evaluating pros and cons associated with each choice. Final prices (king and queen sets) were very good and beat most of the similar options at other competitors. Delivery was in two days and set up crew were very professional and helpful. They even relocated bed sets from where new beds were headed to other bedrooms.

We have only had the mattress a few days but it seems to be a good choice. We were very pleased with the buying experience. Andrew, at the Hendersonville store, was knowledgeable about the mattresses in the showroom even though he has only been there a short time. Not pushy. We were in a bind to get delivery as quick as possible and he arranged that for us. There was a mix up on the frame size when it was delivered, but the guys went right back to the warehouse and brought the right one within an hour. We will definitely shop there again if the need arises.

Wonderful experience. A lot lower pressure and better business practices than nationwide chain down the street from them.
