Their customer service is UNPARALLELED!! Nevermind that exceptional service is rare most places, its more rare at used car lots. Or so I had thought. I unfortunately wasnt able to purchase the due to a paperwork issue, however, they spent 2 days attempting to resolve it amongst all involved parties. I cant imagine having been treated better and with more respect at any other lot. I also had to drive an hour and half to get there, and would do it again in a heart beat. PHENOMENAL people!!

I came with my own financing which made things simpler as well. The vehicle was priced right on the nose of a great deal. She showed me right on the computer the vehicle’s NADA value. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on nice, quality Titan, Tacoma or Tundra.

Bought a truck here .I Didnt have it checked out by a real mechanic, went on the word of black tie that is it was fixed up and it is not .Planning to have some engine work done .Long story short is that they will sell you anything and will act like they know these vehicles well,but that is a lie .Do not buy anything until you have a compression test done at a mechanic shop of your choosing to ensure you are buying a solid truck. Do not use there mechanic .Good luck

I generally avoid car dealers due to their scammy and high pressure techniques. However there was none of that at this location. Danny was very easy to work with. I had cash, we negotiated via text, and he had the paperwork all prepared when I arrived. Ive had the Toyota Tundra I bought from him for about 6 months now, and am very satisfied! It has proven to be a dependable truck! I had to put on new tires almost immediately, but that was known at time of purchase. And, even with the cost of tires, I felt I got a very fair price!

Bought a 2002 Nissan Altima from Black Tie Automotive. 6400.00. Within the first 2 weeks it started smoking really, really bad. Called Lee Beasley and he said Put Lucas in it. We took it to a Nissan Master Mechanic, he checked out the car, it needs a new engine and cat. converter. Called Lee back and he said You bought the car AS IS, Im not going to fix that car. I told him he ought to have some integrity about it...still, you bought it as is. Strange that the answer first was to put lucas in it...how long does it take a car to start smoking once you add Lucas to the oil??
