Great mechanic, would highly recommend.

My alternator broke on a cross-country drive (with two dogs) just outside of Hendersonville. I stopped here because it was the closest place, and I’m so glad I did! They had us back on the road within an hour, and the price was WAY less than what I had anticipated.

On the way back from the beach and had the alternator belt break. We made it to Scot Kings and sooo glad we did! Rusty fixed us right up within an hour. Very reasonable price. I hate to think where we would have ended up if not for this place. I would highly recommend!

I got a call today from the lady that works there, she was trying to get in contact with my nephew. I told her I had not talked to him recently but I could let my sister know( his mother). She then asked for my sisters number I told her I could not give it out because she is a social worker. This woman hangs up on me! If that is the type of people you have working there, then you need to reevaluate what the standards of your business are because clearly there isnt any!!!!!

I was very satisfied with the car I bought from Scot several years ago. I was given a reasonable price without a lot of haggling. My youngest son is still driving that car.

If it were possible to rate a 0 that is absolutely the score Id give this place. We bought a car from here that my husband had his eye on for a year or more and as soon as he got the money from his settlement he went and bought it. Paid in full except for 2 payments almost $7500 all together. The car didnt even make it for 2 months and it started ticking. The only thing we knew to do is take it back 2 Scott Kings. The car has been there for about 2 months now and theyre telling me it needs a new motor and acting like me driving the car like its made of glass would be the cause. If they had any intentions of doing the right thing they would give me my money back but instead they are harassing me for the final payment.

Bought a car from car from there as a buy here pay here. Car had cooling probems, power steering problems and the oil pump was going out in it. Told me that there was nothing wrong with it. I DO NOT not recommend this place to anybody. If you want a good used car, get a car fax or go to an actual dealership Or both

They are very nice, many different kinds of vehicles. Most vehicles they have seem to have small problems though.

I owe this company an apology, yesterday i gave a poor review out of anger and for that i apologize. The owner found an error in the paperwork and swiftly corrected the issue without any further issues even though I left a nasty review. These are good people and mistakes happen

Great people. Bought a Harley Davidson from them. Bike was just what they said it was.

Worst buying experience. Salesman didnt even offer me a seat. Was lied to about stereo and navigation. Both nonworking. Salesman said it just needed recoding. They dont work at all and only a couple days after sale I brought it to there attention and was told they dont do stereo work and wont fix it👿

Had a car for over a year, within first 3 weeks wheel bearing went ( not covered under the warranty) fine I fixed it, 2 weeks later breaks and calipers went ( not covered) fine paid for it. AC went out about 3 months (not covered) fine paid for it. All the things that went wrong, battery, alternator just constantly and I always just fixed it, they never had to call or look for a payment I had it there every single Friday. Went to go get a tag on my car and couldnt for 2 months I reached out and got a smart mouth answer that they can renew it on there end not sure why I cant, while tour a dealership... Turns out they had a lein on top of the one I had against the car and I drove on a dead tag for 2plus months while paying every payment weekly of $94 this entire time never missed one single payment. I got tired of this and went and bought a brand new car for $8 a month less with a full warranty and then even gave them names of people who were willing to take over the payments on the car I gave back to them. All the time they continue to call me telling me to get my car back and they got tag fixed, sorry to late. Now they are telling a friend of the family after they fix the car (that was nothing wrong with when I brought it back to them except need to be washed since I had already put $2873.34 into it and have all documents to prove what I had to replace). They proceed to tell people how we trashed the car and dogged it out. Totally dissatisfied and thought this was a good family based business.

The owner Scott is extremely rude! he, is the type of bussbusiman that will take something from you, lie, leave you stranded and then talk you down like you are a dog! theres one thing in doing business but theres another when your just being straight disrespectful, I wouldnt by a car here if it was the last place on Earth they dont keep track of your payments and they add on more and more to the price keep track of all receipts because you will being paying for a car like you went to dodge! Plus the reason I couldnt keep up on my car payments was because I was to busy keeping up on my maintenance of the vehicleafter the first month I bought it things started going down hill like a domino effect this Scott King Auto Sales is a very unprofessional bussiness. But I am glad they did one thing right by taking a birden off my shoulders.

The worst dealership around. Cant keep a mechanic. Nothing but aggravation from them.

Bought a car from them 2 months ago, 1500 down for a piece of junk car. Kept going back every other day for multiple problems with the car, stalling issues, engine light was on all the time along with traffic control lights. Kept bringing it in and they kept saying they fixed it. But made it worse, car ran like junk for 2 months. Last time I brought it in they fixed it yet all the lights were on while I was driving off the lot and the car turned off while driving. So I didnt pay the last 2 payments cause they wouldnt fix the car so they took it and said I broke the lease. And told us that they fixed ALL the problems and that they were tired of us coming in. Lost money and time. I also bought the car without the speakers working and they kept saying they were gonna fix it but never happened. The warranty is a lie, signed 2 different contracts. Rusty and Gene are liars and sell bad used cars.

Easy to work with but they lied from the very beginning. We asked if buying the truck would go on our credit report. They said it did but we had to wait about 6 months. Two and half years later its still not there.
