The absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales manager has been harassing my wife since we left the dealership saying the bank wouldn’t accept a credit card pay as part of our down payment. Highly do NOT recommend this place if you’re looking for a new or used car. If I could give negative stars I would.

Blake is my son so I am probably a little biased, but the following is an honest review of my experience. I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier from Blake in September. Blake did a great job of showing me the features and pointing out the differences between the Frontier and the other brands I was considering. After talking to him I knew that the Frontier was the right truck for me and I am very happy with my choice. I also appreciate the way he took the time to ask me about what I wanted and how I would use my truck in order to help me choose the right trim level and features for my specific needs. I can recommend Nissan of Hendersonville and would strongly suggest to anyone that they seek out Blake as he goes the extra mile.

If I could leave zero stars I would! My sons spare key wasnt programed. He tried calling with no response or return call for several hours. In the meantime he had it towed to a shop so he could use his vehicle to transport his child. They refuse to compensate him in any way. Terrible response and support to a customer.

UPDATE: **Two managers called me about my review and were very concerned with the details of my visit. They were very kind and helpful. I will be back, thank you both so much!**The oil change and tire rotation was good, but the friendliness has not been there since it changed hands. I will do some of my business there as I own a new Nissan and have a limited warranty. Also found out (AFTER my car was serviced) that I don’t have a maintenance plan - $85 later.. on top of it all.

I called of Friday talked with Blake about trading in my 2013 Honda Civic for a 2017 Nissan Altima for my daughter in college. Before heading there I stopped by Apple Tree Honda ( I love Hondas but the local Honda dont have the best service) which turned into a disaster quickly. My service at Nissan was amazing with Blake and Jeremy. I hate car sales people playing games with me when Im spending my hard earned money and I know what I want. Well this is the place to go. I will be back next year to purchase my last daughter a car as she heads off to college. I must add I want safe cars for my girls so I have a peace of mind and thats what I got here. The car had everything I wanted for safety features plus more and the price was right.

And they were both AMAZING!! I really felt appreciated like a valued customer should. My truck buying experience with them was wonderful. I bought a 2020 Nissan Frontier, but had to wait to take possession of the vehicle because it needed a part replaced. When the part was delayed an extra three days, they installed fog lights, free of charge for my inconvenience. Who does that? The kind of people you want to do business with, that’s who!! I had such an incredible experience yesterday with the only female sales person in there. When I pulled up with my roommate it felt as though the vultures where circling. But that was not true for her she was honest up front and down right wonderful the entire experience I may have spent the majority of my day at a dealer ship but from how friendly and my goal oriented she was it made it felt like I had spent the majority of my day with an old friend. While looking for a car online I came across Nissan of Hendersonville, NC. This was my first time purchasing a car online. I got a 2017 loaded Ford Fusion. It was painless and my car was delivered to my doorstep in the Myrtle Beach area. Going to Nissan of Hendersonville is nothing like going to the former dealership, Hunter Nissan. I was a customer of Hunter Nissan for 11 years and always had a good experience. Yes, they do the work (I assume the same), but there is never the same service person there. My car does not get washed anymore. There is no water and snacks for customers, only coffee. Service people do not seem interested and are not very friendly. I realize things change, but some of the reasons I patronized Hunter Nissan are simply not there with Nissan of Hendersonville.

Blake helped me out with a 2016 Rogue certified car and he was awesome. He did the majority of the paperwork over the phone so that I could come in after work and get my car. That rate is based solely on Blake’s customer service, however the finance department took literal hours before I was seen because there was only one person working that side. I did not get home until after 10 pm. While the finance worker was nice and apologetic about the wait it upset me that it took so long to get seen after the deal was made and I had been approved for financing. They need more people working finance.

The sr ice was fine BUT the Cost was ridiculous high I was giving a $200 less price when I agreed to have the work done at then when I had to pay it was alittle over $200 more and I didn’t get a print out itemized bill the guy said the printer didn’t work but gave me a print out of the cost sooooo that didn’t make sense 😡🤔

I recently purchased a Nissan Kicks and Blake made the process so smooth and stress free. I was not able to leave my work so he brought the car to me! He showed all the bells and whistles of the model he had in mind for me, came to my work -TWICE!- to make sure not only I was comfortable with the price and the car, but moved MOUNTAINS to help me with my trade in! Very unprofessional! Salesperson couldn’t tell us what the $1290 in FEES included on a car price. Both the salesperson and finance manager were rude and disrespectful when we questioned FEES. We couldn’t attain a fair price. We politely said THANK YOU, but this isn’t the car for us. The salesperson replied YEP. Not a thank you or anything! He replied YEP. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle.

Don’t do business here my husband bought a truck over a month ago from this dealership and they agreed to purchase both of our cars for trade in, but still have yet to pay them off. My husband has now been up there 2 different times each time they say they are going to make the payment but the banks still have not received. We can never get in touch with them over the phone either to discuss these issues so again will be making another trip up there. This has been the most unprofessional car buying experience yet.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales guy that we dealt with was Patrick. He was awesome. My credit is not the best, but we walked away with a car. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He came back and offered me something better than what I was expecting. Made sure I was fine with everything and had me in the car in no time. Jason the finance guy was pretty informative too. Jeremy, the manager made sure that we were well taken care of from the moment that we sat down until we left. I am definitely coming back here for my next vehicle. You still have to stay firm to what you can and cannot do, but I will say that these guys will definitely work with you. I cannot stress enough how awesome this experience was!!

The worst service in hendersonville North Carolina, I cant understand for the life of me how this dealership is still in business, the schemes the intolerable smells of drugs on there employees is OUTRAGEOUS.. something as simple as an oil change and a reset on my oil light could not get accomplished three letters B.B.B.

Sales staff never answered the phone calls. From 8am to 12pm. Couldn’t get ahold of the dealership.trying to buy a vehicle. Finally got ahold of someone around 12:30. Go to work up the deal. Never hear back. I call them they don’t answer. Finally call me back 4 hours later to say the car just sold. If I was selling cupcakes I would make sure I answered the phone anytime someone was calling to buy a cupcake. If I was selling cars I’d make sure I had someone to answer the phone anytime someone was wanting to buy a car. At least a receptionist or something.

Young adult experience of first car ownership was awful. Pressured into a bad contract and decided against it. Was ridiculed, mocked with hand gestures, berated and belittled in the office. The worst experience EVER! I would not recommend this dealership.
