We purchased area rug pads which were custom cut for us. There were several that we required. We were a drop-in customer and they were able to cut them all for us within 24 hours. That is very reasonable. EEs wore masks, store was clean with many offerings, and salesfolk were polite and knowledgeable. Give them a visit.

We needed a new floor in one of the bedrooms, not only were the sales staff very friendly but also very knowledgeable, installation was done within the week, the installers were fantastic, polite, well mannered and didnt mind when we got under their feet to check progress (ok, we were snooping on how it looked!) a great overall experience and we will use them again for the next area that needs renovations!

We love buying carpet here. This is our second experience and we love dealing with Steve. I wasn’t at home but my daughter was and she said the guys that put the carpet in we’re very nice.

Dont usually write reviews and especially this long after the fact but...when we were renovating the rooms of our Inn 2017, we used FA WNC and had scheduling mistakes and even delivery of wrong flooring. All overcome but we didnt have the greatest experience and were not considering them for upcoming projects. Flash forward to July 2018 and wouldnt you know it but the flooring my wife wanted for the kitchen in our house was only available locally at FA WNC so we reluctantly signed on again. The subfloor in the kitchen was very uneven and we discussed them using leveler compound as necessary for a solid installation. Installers arrived and immediately proclaimed leveler unnecessary! We had to trust they knew what they were doing. WRONG! When you walk across the new floor you can feel the dips and even see downward movement of the new floor in spots as you walk. Calling the office it was like pulling teeth to get a response from the owner. When he finally called it was to say he was too busy and would get back to us another time to come out and look. Its now a year and a half later. We never heard from him again and Im aggravated every time I walk on my expensive kitchen floor that was installed incorrectly. Thought about it again today and decided to write this review as my New Years closure. Id pass on FA WNC if I were you.

Great selection with large rolls of carpet to be installed, great prices, wonderful salesperson Steve made it happen with our schedule, two installers got the whole job done in one visit, they cleaned up, could not visibly find the seam. Plan on using the same sales and installation team for other rooms in the near future. Our large living room looks fabulous!

Flooring America WNC was very helpful when my wife and I decided to upgrade to wood floors in our kitchen and living room. They is so any choices that we were completely overwhelmed until we asked for help and several people gave us great advice and personally showed us different products to take home and see how it would match our house. I would recommend knowing what type of flooring you are most interested in by researching it (wood, vinyl, bamboo...) and then have the salesman show you items in that category. The store also runs products at a great sale depending on how they want to move products, so ask about any sales or any products that they are trying to move.

Whenever I have flooring needs, I always turn to Jason and Flooring America and they never let me down. I was out of town when the installers arrived at my personal home project and my wife asked them to add a few items onto their order. Without skipping a beat and without any complaints, the installers complied with my wifes wishes and finished another fantastic project. I will ALWAYS turn to Flooring America for my flooring needs.

I contacted Flooring America WNC based on another professionals recommendation. They were great. The time schedule for this flooring repair required that it be done on a Saturday (non work day). The job was scheduled for 8:30am. At 8:25am I arrived, John was waiting. The job was performed to my expectation and everything was clean and neat when finished. I recommend Flooring America WNC.

I have been renovating my NC home for the last 2 - 3 years - sometimes remotely from NY, and they are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Their showroom is well stocked with anything and everything you might be looking for, from hardwoods to laminates and luxury vinyl planks to stone and tiles in all the latest trends. Their advice is spot on. Their installers are polite, and on time, and their work (and clean up) is meticulous. I recently gutted a 40+ year old bathroom to install a curbless (Handicapped) shower and their installer knew exactly what to do and how to overcome different floor height issues making it walker and wheelchair accessible. The entire tile job, from subfloor to finish was completed in 2 days and looks fabulous. Theres no one else I would go to for a flooring or tiling project. They are the best.

Just got a home in the area, looking for different flooring for the home, I am a disabled vet I was in my vehicle with my wife and two kids both under 6, I pulled up to this place and some sort of flea market? Was going on in the area my wife was interested in what it was so I pulled my truck up and searched it quickly, within 3 mins the owner came out and threatened me and cursed me in front of my kids, did not even question if he could help me or ask anything, he assumed and cursed out a potential customer and his family, this is obviously an establishment you want to stay away from, Find a place where the people at least seem to have some kind of decency .......STAY AWAY!!!
