We had a great experience at Leicester flooring! Not only were they very knowledgeable but we received our carpet 3 weeks earlier than expected.

I’ve just recently had hardwoods installed and existing ones refinished by Leicester. They did an AMAZING job. Jeanne was our salesperson and she was fabulous! Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. The installer was also incredibly professional. He matched up the new floors to the existing floors so perfectly that you wouldn’t know that they were done at different times. I would not hesitate to use Leicester again...and they prices were also very competitive. Excellent experience. Thank you!!!

I worked with Mike to get 315 sq. ft. of Bruce oak hardwood flooring and moldings installed in two bedrooms. The price we received was very competitive and the installation was flawless. Leicester sent a three-man crew who removed the old furniture, removed and disposed of the old carpet and installed the floors in about 3 1/2 hours. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Leicester again for future flooring needs.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed this week. I am beyond satisfied. I am thrilled with how the installation turned out. David and Kristina, the installers, did a meticulous job. Great location with LOTS of choices that are made in America! We appreciated working with Jeannie Edwards and were allowed to take larger samples home to make color decisions. Because its made in America we only had to wait a few days for the luxury vinyl plank and oak flooring to come in. José and his crew did a fantastic job and even worked through some of the unanticipated complications for our thresholds. We are very pleased with the results!

Tried numerous times to get someone to help us at Lowes so we went next door to look around. Jeannie greeted us within minutes and was very knowledgeable, we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for so she was able to provide us with samples very quickly. We took the samples home, called her back with the color & style and she said she would check on the schedule and get back with us. The next day she called and we lined up a date for measurement, once they measured she called me with a price which was lower than what I estimated the cost to be at Lowes. We ordered the carpet, installers showed up on time and did a neat, clean & professional job. I would definitely use them again!

We needed to replace a kitchen floor that had been flooded due to a dishwasher failure. Jeannie assisted us in ultimately selecting an Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) has the beauty of tile but with a much warmer and softer feel underfoot. When we had a technical question regarding the ability to use some sound deadening underlayment, she brought in the team members to quickly address that as well. All around excellent experience.

We have purchased flooring twice and both experiences have been very smooth. The staff throughout the purchases were very helpful with choosing flooring, scheduling install and followup.

It was time for carpet replacement. We visited Hendersonville location and talked with Jeannie. She helped us select carpet style, color and flooring selection for an entrance way. She scheduled measurement and within two days of our visit the quotes emailed to us. We had a second quote from another supplier but choose to use Leicester carpet based on reputation and staff. The carpet was ordered and within 4 weeks installed. The installation crew of four experience worker was fast, efficient and friendly. Our experience with Leicester Carpet Sales was both wonderful and extremely disappointing. Although I visited the store in February, 2016 and confirmed an installation of mid-April by placing a small deposit for a full house installation of laminate flooring, the installation was delayed two weeks because the materials had not arrived. A second payment was made three weeks before the proposed installation date which meant 75% of the total cost was paid three weeks prior to installation when, again, the proposed installation date in mid-April was confirmed. It was extremely upsetting on the business day prior to our proposed installation date to receive a call stating that our materials had not arrived. My husband and I had boxed and moved most of our home into storage plus we had moved 95% of our remaining belongings to any convenient shelf, cabinet or vehicle that we could in order to clear the floor for installation. We were sleeping on the couch and loveseat and unable to utilize our kitchen when we were told at the last minute of the delay. In addition, the following month we had two out-of-state trips planned that could not be changed or cancelled. Thus the two week delay was very disappointing and inconvenient in many ways.The store manager did call the day before our actual installation to confirm and stated that he would check back with me to be certain everything was to our satisfaction after the installation. He stated we would not be required to pay the balance owed until we were completely satisfied. To this date, he has never called back as promised. Also, two days after the installation I stopped by the store to pay the balance and, even though the store manager sat within view of me as I spoke to the sales person, he never spoke to me nor acknowledged me. Leicester Carpet Sales did give us a discount on the total cost of materials to compensate for our inconvenience. While this discount was nice to receive, if money/cost had been the issue in choosing Leicester Carpet Sales, we would never have sought flooring from them in the first place as we could have beat the price at a box store.However, the installation crew arrived on the rescheduled date and the team of five men were awesome!. They were very hard workers, knowledgeable, polite, constantly clearing with my husband or me any questions they had, and professional in every way. They worked very hard for two long days as well as late into the evening both days. They left everything clean and perfectly installed.We love our new. beautiful laminate flooring and were extremely pleased with the product and the installers. The service from Leicester Carpet Sales, however, was most disappointing. We would not give a positive recommendation to a friend or family member as to our experience, nor return to Leicester Carpet Sales again.
