First rate customer service, I break one or two screens a year it seems, been here 4 or five time now....its always a pleasure and its also nice to work directly with the name on the sign...not a chain. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a great find here in town. After a total runaround from Apple repair stores, I found Julio. He replaced my battery and replaced my charging port. Cleaned the phone and put a new screen protector on. I spent less than $150 and phone is now like new. Quick turnaround and a very friendly helpful atmosphere.Sam G

Great place great service always been a fan of this place the guy Julio is awesome and is it real respectable I highly suggest if you have any cell phone issues or just need any accessories for your cell phone hes the man to call or just show up hes there every day take lunch between 3 and 4 I believe and just all-around highly recommend going here for any cell phone needs

I broke the screen over the camera on my phone. He ordered the part, I came back 2 days later, and he fixed within 2 hours. Very friendly and affordable.

This review is hard for me to write. I dont like to leave bad reviews on small businesses, and I could see that he is a father and I dont want him out of business; but I simply cannot recommend Julio for phone repair. I gave him my iPhone 7, and he said he will contact me with an update once he has figured out what is wrong with it. He didnt. So, I decided to call him after 4 days of waiting. Nothing. I tried calling him multiple times with multiple phones, and yet over the two weeks, he did not pick up even once. The only way I was able to contact him through the Google Maps messaging feature, as he did not respond to my Facebook or Instagram messages. When he called me, he told me that he was not sure if he would have been able to fix the phone, but it would cost x amount and have a 50/50 chance of working. I told him to proceed with the repair and let me know what happened. He didnt. I tried to get in contact with him repeatedly with every form of contact available for the next two weeks. Nothing. I was unable to see him in person as I was currently working at a summer camp and we have strict COVID procedures. When I was able to finally see him, it took him longer than 10 minutes, no joke, to find my phone. When he did, he told me he was unable to get it working.This was 4 weeks of wasted time. I wish I had have gone to someone else that has better contact procedures in place. Even if he is a skilled repairman, which he may be, he cannot be contacted, and will not contact you, unless you go into the store and see him face to face. I hope that this changes, as his business will suffer if more experiences like this happen. Julio, please never do this to a customer again.

I called when I shattered the screen on my iphone. Julio gave me the option of a new screen or a like new screen. He checked my phone for further damage, replaced the screen, and put a screen protector on it. He was nice, professional, and got it all done in a few hours. I was very happy that I went to Julios Shop for cell phone repair!

Needed a broken screen fixed. Got the phone back the same day and he was even able to save the screen protector for the new screen. I now have a local cell phone shop that I can trust. Thank you.

There is a nice environment along with the people who work there. You can get any device at a reasonable price, which is good. I have concluded that this is a good shop.
