Had an issue with my service. Went to Hermitage store to try and have it resolved. After speaking with Joe, I realized the problem was with my phone and not the service. He gave me useful advice on how to fix the problem and offered me an upgrade. I wanted to try to take steps to fix my current phone (these things are expensive). Had a couple of laughs talking about how junky modern electronics can be. Hands down, talking with a real person was much better than doing it over the phone. Yeah, maybe my phone is busted, but its also 3 years old. But the experience was so much better with an actual person. If I do need to get a new phone, Ill be seeing Joe. He made a joke about how Casio watches used to be cool, but now no one wears them. Made me think. Maybe my IPhone is the current Casio. Great service.
Joe is so helpful to us every time we go in. He goes above and beyond, helps us figure out what makes most sense. We specifically drive to 45 minutes to the Hermitage store to meet with him. He never really pushes things on us, but makes reasonable suggestions. Def recommend going to see Joe!!
Visited the Hermitage Store (Tuesday 10-12- 21) @ 6:40 pm, there were no customers in the store only myself & 2 sales reps. When approached by Joe, I told him I was there to upgrade 2I- phones to 13’s. He started by taking my information, asked if I knew what phones I wanted, memory, color, etc. He then asked about the insurance & gave an overview of what it covered. When I declined the insurance he went into pushy salesman mode. Then he went on to tell me about setting up the phone myself, I told him the sales Representative I talked to last week said the would help us set it up at the store. Joe stayed Verizon stopped assisting customers with set-up. I really don’t even know why that was relevant since I am an AT&T customer and have been for years. I have never had such poor service from reps at this store.I’m very disappointed that I could not purchase the phones this evening, but was not dealing with this arrogant, condescending sales rep.
Went in to look at switching cell carriers and walked out new, happy, AT&T customers. The entire experience was excellent and seamless and our representative was Joe. I will absolutely be recommending my friends and family to switch to at&t as well as Joe to help them make it happen. We live in a rural area and now receive much better coverage and in 5G! Previously with Verizon for 12 years, with the switch we got a new iPhone, better service, more bang for our buck on the data plan and our monthly bill will be less now with AT&T!
If I could give negative stars I would. I am extremely upset with the way I was treated today when I went in to get a new phone. I was called stupid, told my decisions were stupid and that I was wasting my money. all of this was said to me by Mark. he was extremely rude to me and made me leave the store in tears. I am switching carriers and will not ever do business with AT&T again. I was so embarrassed being in there today. I do not recommend this store to any one. ESPECIALLY when Mark is working.

I went to Att in Hermitage to obtain a new plan with two new phone lines. You would think the employees would be jumping st the chance to help secure a new customer. This however was not the case. After running my credit score, which is no less than 800, I was told that in order for me to walk out with two phones I would have to pay over $400 down as a deposit. I was given no clear reason as to why and the gentleman did nothing more to try and assist me. He simply stated I dont knw, thats just what my tablet says here. Clearly frustrated and feeling profiled... I ended up going home and calling ATT customer service. They indicated that with my credit score and being a new customer, the store requiring me to pay that amount of $ for a deposit was completely false. They offered to wave a few other fees and provided me with the service I foolishly expected to receive in person at the Hermitage Location. In person service has gone down hill. What a shame.
I always feel so at home in this store! Love the environment and all the mobile experts! Joe was exceptional like always! He always knows what is the best deal for me. He’s outgoing and friendly! I highly recommend Joe if you stop in the store for anything!
I was so disappointed to be treated with a patronizing attitude by Steve and another individual who would not provide his name. I was actually planning on getting a new phone…now like the customer who left before me, I may change service providers.

Had a Great experience here yesterday getting my parents and fiancee on my line. Adam was an amazing representative and super helpful. My family and I reflected on the fact that this was honestly the best phone services we have had. Adam was patient with my not so tech savvy parents, helped up with getting accessories on all our devices and finding us the best deals. Thank you so much Adam!! It was great meeting you.

They never seem to be able to help with problems but are quick to sell you a new phone.
Our experience here was terrible all they wanted to do was sell a phone not help us with our problems told us we couldnt do what we had done it other AT&T stores ended up leaving in an upset manner wont go back

I want to say thank you to the whole crew over there at this location! Yesterday my family and I stopped in not sure if we were going to switch to At&t, Adam made the transition very easy for us. We did have 1 minor issue with a phone not having service at my house(not their fault I live in a valley) so I went back to the store tonight and the whole crew there helped get my issue resolved and were amazing!! From the reps to the manager there(Sorry didnt catch most of your names) I couldnt believe how awesome they were! Definitely glad I switched companies

Everyone was very helpful. The gentlemen waited on us name was Joe was very very helpful and pleasant to work with. Had a problem with phone company we were leaving since we changed to AT&T. Had to go back to AT&T for help. The two clerks that were there helped us with the problem and were very pleasant. Helped us solve the problem. Very great full. Thanks
Not sure the point of the stores anymore. They dont seem to want to help you with anything. They only want to sell phone and to be honest they arent that good at that. Many things they straight wont help. You have to do it over the phone.
I stopped in the store on 10/05/20 to ask about the firstnet that they offer. When I walked in I was greeted by a older lady. She took my info & did something on a tablet,after she did her thing on the tablet she look at me and said that I have to wait for a person to come back from a break to be helped. How on earth are you going to tell someone that they have to wait for someone to come back from a break before you can be helped. Seems to me she should have did her job and helped me out!!! I will never go back to that store again!!!
Had a great experience. Stopped in to buy extra phone cord. I thought I picked out the right one, but thankfully the young lady that waited on me checked it out to be sure. I really appreciated her help and she was nice and patient.
Friendly people and an ATM.type of machine to pay your bill. Wish I owned 50 of these machines so people can pay their bill anytime..
My girlfriend and I attempted to enter this store tonight to get her a new phone because hers stopped working.I have a plan with 3 lines on AT&T. She has a plan with another carrier that has 3 lines for her kids.We had our masks on and there was one customer in the whole store.They refused to let us be there together and wanted us to go in and out as each of us were needed to complete this transaction.We got frustrated and went to the other carrier store. They let us complete the transaction together and I cancelled her line with AT&T tonight.After many, many years with them, seriously considering closing the other 2 lines with them as well.Please try and use some common sense in these times. When you have one customer in your whole store, you might want to welcome 2 people who want to purchase a phone on the spot and continue doing business with you.

I had an issue with my old iPhone 6 and I was looking to add my wife to my account but I wasn’t looking on paying for two phones. Brittany hooked me up with the buy one get one free and also gave me discounts on accessories! Highly recommend this store and go in and ask for Brittany!

This is my local AT&T and Ive been using them for years. My favorite tech is Derek! Hes amazing and always helpful...I buy a new Note every year and many other goodies! I havent met anyone unfriendly at this location, like some others. AT&T has the best customer service hands down...just wish their monthly bills would come down some... but who doesnt!
Excellent service. My husband and I went with our two kids. They had frozen on and offered to turn up the volume so the kids could watch while we browsed. I bought the note 9. The salesman made sure I got the color I wanted, understood how the phone worked, how to set it up, port over things from my old phone and even switched the sim card for me. He checked to make sure I was up and running and looked for any discounts he could offer. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this store.

Went in because I thought Id lost my photos. I was also surprised that I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. Mark was extremely helpful, he found my pics & condensed & cleaned up my pages. Now my phone is less cluttered & faster! Thanks again, Mark!

I stopped by the Meadville store, & received exceptional service in a fashionable & timely manner.This was unfortunately one the worst stores I have had the worst customer service assistance at.Customer enters, stands around for an unknown amount of time, youre asked a few questions, placed on the waiting list & then you set for an unknown amount of time.

Great, if you can stop in when a manager-level staffer is there, as they can do more for you. Try the evening, as more likely higher level person there. Others will just redirect you to ohines you dont want when they dont have your desired item.

Derek the Area Manager is arrogant and rude. Once they make their sale - customer service goes out the window. My mom and I changed our plans from Verizon to AT&T! What a mistake! They could not be bothered to assist my mom with a problem concerning the phone she purchased two weeks ago! His response to me - it’s not our responsibility to explain the Apple policy ageement with the store! Really - you had no problem accepting our money! Don’t make the switch! It’s worth paying more to be treated with respect and decency!!!!

Not enough help. We had to wait in our car, meanwhile the employees were out back taking a break. There were about a dozen people waiting. Got tired waiting and left.

This is the AT&T store to go to in the area if you need fast, consistently good assistance and want to deal with a knowledgeable staff.
This place is a total sh*t show. Don’t waste your time coming here for any kind of support. I’ve been here three separate times and each time they have an excuse as to why they cannot help. Unless of course I want to buy something!
I only come here because Derek the salesman has helped me out for the past 5/6 years. Very good guy and he will go out of his way to get you what you want for what you want to spend.

Another giant corporation that seems to have a difference of opinion than I do of what the meaning of customer service is. You used to see a number of promotional ads with discounted phones and plans but any more they seem to want top dollar. Maybe its time to go with another carrier?
