The experience I had was amazing. They staff were on top of everything, from helping me find the right phone to helping me finding the right phone case and tempered glass. I will honestly be back and I would recommend everyone to stop in to T-mobile!!!

SCREEN QUEEN!!! I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max which I purchased there with a screen protector with warranty, and everytime I crack it which has been like 3 times in a month. The Screen queen as she is called gives me a new one and puts it on PERFECTLY everytime. They have great customer service and will help you with anything you need .

Not sure what any of these negative reviews are about. Ive been with T-Mobile for about two years and this is the only location Ive done much business with. Staff are helpful and curtious, and have been nothing but honest with me and my family.

Went to get phone number switched and the manager doesnt know what he is doing. Still dont have a working phone. Oh it may take uh maybe a day to switch over uh Im not really sure uh but it should work. Really unprofessional. Id expect kind of service from a newbie trainee in their first day, not the manager. Call customer service and once get any that are from the right country, I speak and understand English, got hung up on 3 times, oh let me transfer you click. Not pleased at all. Manager in Hermitage didnt even let me choose my phone plan. He was saying oh uh this is not my fault oh this should work. Paid $50 bucks that should of thrown in trash can would of done the same amount of good for me.

Never again. Switching to a provider with better service. They should give this service away for free because thats how awful it is! Buyer BEWARE

Total joke. Should be a negative number. Ordered Sims cards, assured a smooth transition, nothing worked, called for help, 11 transfers and multiple hours later, still nothing, get a bill for 3 lines of 140. 00 that we arent and cant use.

There is a white guy with tsttoos there that is so rude to me i had to walk out and breath and im super easy going. He talked down to me like i was a child and then when i went back in when i was a manager back in the day for tmobile btw and had to tell them how to fix the problem. Sad day. Plus i never see there manager. He is always hiding in the office or in his car on his phone. Only person there i like is Xavier....

Worst experience of my life. I recently switched to T-Mobile in Ohio and I was in the area so I decided to come stop into this store to pay my bill. The sales rep Brianna had a attitude the whole time I was in there. She was very short with me and it seemed like I was being a inconvenience to her!!! I couldnt believe it. When I got back home I called my local TMobile store and not only did they apologize for how I was treated they confirmed that the store in Hermitage is NOT a TMobile owned store but a authorized third party retailer. I called the store hoping to telll her manager about this. Brianna answered and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager! I will never go back there again. Save yourself the issues and the attitudes and go to a real TMobile store.

Very unprofessional customer service. When I told my reason to return an item employee gave me a hard time with attitude. She was telling her manager on the phone that I have the same Scenario, which I never return anything to t mobile nor them.

Girl was very rude. Alot of missinfirnation and out right lies. Wouldnt help me. Went to a real TMobile store and they resolved my problem right away. This place isnt a real tmobile. Is privately owned. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real store. Im never going here again.
