Ehab, John Michael, and the team were great. Very professional and friendly. They were able to assist me with switching over from another network while on a business trip and they answered any/all questions that I had. They even managed to get me a $350 credit that I was not sure if I was eligible for or not. Would definitely visit again if I needed assistance while in the area.

Horrible Horrible Customer Service. Anything you need. Do over the phone or online. Your gonna spend less time initially than the phone calls you’ll have to make to Verizon after dealing with the hermitage agents to unscrew your account and bill.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Purchased new phone from 3rd party and brought it in to activate. They got us all setup on the new phone and even assisted with transferring data and off the old phone. They even helped resolve a issue with the charging port on our new device even though we purchased outside of Verizon.

Today Josh and the team were AWESOME!! Unexpectedly I had an issue with a product. Came back, identified the issue, and Josh found a replacement and had it shipped to the store. After receiving the call that the item had come in, I returned to the store to pick it up. Of course, in the COVID-19 waiting line in 88 degree weather, I expected to be there for a while for a simple swap out. Well, Josh exceeded expectations, had identified to the team i would be coming and that he had the item ready and already swapped out in the Verizon tracking and billing system. Once they identified me in line, the gentleman wisked me inside, spoke with Josh to make sure everything was good, then proceeded to help finish the swap out... if the process took more than 15 minutes, I would be surprised, and most of that was data back up!! Absolutely superb customer service and it was so nice having someone preplan for my convenience given the experience with the item as he knew how important this item is in helping keep my health on track!! Such a welcome surprise and it helped expedite the next customer into the store!! Way to go Josh!! And thank you!!

I recently switched to Verizon, using the online platform. I experienced some barriers completing the set up and scheduled an appointment at the Hermitage store for assistance. I chose to BYOD. Douglas was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. After a bit of research he found the problem and corrected it. He guided my through rebates that I was eligible for and made sure I knew how to sign up for them. I left the store confident in my decision to join Verizon. A few days later I joined a family member, again at the hermitage PA store, when she had some questions about her new Verizon iPhone. Keith worked on the issue and quickly got it working . Keith too was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m quite impressed with the technicians who work there. They go above and beyond usual customer service. They’re unbelievably patient and incredibly efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Hermitage PA, Verizon store. I’m very glad I switched to Verizon!

Verizon is great, most of the people that have been there for a few years are great, but some of the new ones are rude. We went to buy 2 new phones the guy said no deal around 80 bucks a Month we left called Verizon and got 2 s10 Samsungs 26.00 a month 13.00 each. Thats utterly ridiculous.

Good phone selection, many plans are available, service areas are better than most... I live in a fringe area ... took awhile to find a carrier that didnt result in dropped calls... I am sure there are other but I had a couple big name providers whose service was inadequate..... service is the key... if you want a phone or tablet to play games etc. They will definitely fix you up with your desired results.,.

The wait is always so long, relatively new customers and feel indifferent. Plans are “unlimited” but not really. Items like speakers are often priced way above other stores retail prices.

Customer service was pleasant enough but were unable to solve our problem of voicemail connecting up properly. Told we needed to contact real customer service to get the problem fixed. This was after they reset the phone and cleared settings with no positive results.

Good place but if they are going to close on a sunday they should change the info on their doors so you dont waste a trip down here for nothing

Very friendly staff that are always helpful and courteous. Most times there is a wait but its definitely worth it, this is the best Verizon WIRELESS store in the area.

Switched from sprint to verizon...so happy to have good cell service again. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They assisted us in getting every possible discount that we qualified for. I would recomend everything everyone come here instead of a franchise store...this is a corporate store and they are awesome!

For the most part the staff here are really helpful. They are very often really busy though, and it takes forever to get seen. Prices on accessories are super high, but Id imagine Verizon sets those for the stores. If you have time check it out, if not dial *611. Its typically ALOT faster that way.

I have been using Verizon for years and never had this kind of unacceptable customer service like I did at this store. This is the second time I have left very unsatisfied. I will be selecting another store who actually appreciates our business accounts in the future.

I dont particularly care for Verizon, however the service I received was satisfactory and the staff were respectful.I am however a bit disappointed in one of the workers here when I got my new phone, she claimed to know what she was talking about, and she answered nearly all of my questions incorrectly.I guess it doesnt matter much to them as long as they make a sale.3/5 Verizon is a necessary evil for quality cellular service despite their shady practices.

Been going to this location for years. Its convenient when I am in Hermitage and the staff is generally good at answering my questions and fixing my issues when they arise.

It all depends on when you go, sometimes you can start talking to a rep right away, sometimes it seems like it takes hours (but you get to play with all the demo phones while you wait so - for a gadget geek it isnt too bad). The Reps at this location seem to be fairly knowledgeable and are happy to help out when you have a problem, or help you find the right phone/plan for your needs. Luckily I dont need to rely on them very often, but when I do it is always a pleasure.

I went in and right away someone came up and put me on the waiting list system. Told the person that I needed to buy a new charger for my S7. Problem was that the couple that came in after me was waited on first as they wanted a new phone. Shouldnt matter what you are there to buy, why even have a list. I left after 15 minutes, all it would of taken was a minute to make sure I had the correct charger. We pay almost $300 a month for our plan and get treated like paupers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I was sold a defective Note 10+ and upon speaking to the manager about it, they will not honor their 14 day return for any reason policy. VERY DISAPPOINTED by this sales team and felt very disrespected and disregarded by the manager. They also sold me their highest plan and did not offer any other options and would not even help me set up the additional features that the highest plan included! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible! Made me wait 30mins and then asked for drivers license just to get a quote for a new line. Told the representative that I spoke to someone else who did not ask for ID and the told me that the location i was at previously is not an authorized Verizon store, but just a verizon hub. Horrible customer service at any location.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Can get pretty busy inside. they generally want to try to sell you a Motorola Droid but go with what you want. But if that just so happens to be a Motorola Droid phone then you are in luck.

I purchased two new phones with bundle packs over a week ago. These bundle pacjs alone were 89.99. They did not have my MOD speaker with Alexis In the store so the sales rep Jeremiah told me he would ship the product to my home. After waiting a week to receive it, it never came. Called the store directly and it transfers me to a Verizon help desk in another state because no one there ever picks up!!. This accessory was paid for so imagine my surprise to see that the order was never placed by the sales rep at the Hermitage location. Three phone calls and several long minutes later, I still have NO accessory nor any resolution.

I was promised a Moto Z4 for 18 more a month and it was to be shipped to me by Saturday morning and no shipment was ordered or sent call Verizon they said I can put ck it up in hermatage store but they would not or could not give me the same deal. So Im no longer buying my phones through Verizon.

Overpriced & understaffed all the time, every time. 2 hour wait while employees stand around and play with speakers. 1 technician, 3 salespeople just hanging out with people talking about irrelevant things, and 2 greeters just putting in their time hanging out joking around with each other and texting on their phone and playing with speakers.

Terrible, chaotic, unreal. People were frustrated, nobody seemed to have an answer. The guy I dealt with was polite and got me what I needed... a final bill. Lol glad I dont have to deal with that ever again.

Staff are helpful & have updated phones & tablets .they also have classes for beginners on how to set up & uses of your phone or tablet.

Pressured into things I didnt want like all Verizons. Did a poor job of solving my problems.

This place will lure you into a plan and/or products and not tell you about all of the hidden fees/costs/etc. Dave was the salesperson and lied to me and my wife about the cancellation plans available for their HUM car device, they signed us up for multiple insurance plans and extras without asking us or informing us, and when we called to complain, Verizons response was oh well, you have to keep paying for 2 years or else well hit you with a cancellation fee. Customer service, both at the store and on the phone with the 800-number, were horrible, rude, and just unprofessional crooks.
