The service received was beyond incredible. At exactly 11 am (opening), 3 customers rushed in before me for service. Jerod was professional and solved their problems very quickly. Calm, cool and collected through all 4 customers. It felt like I didn’t have to wait. I was in for a battery swap. No more than hour later, the service was complete. This guy is the definition of customer service. Who ever reads this should know he is 1000% an asset to your business!! Definitely will come back due to that kind of experience.

The service was responsive and professional. My phone was fixed on Friday and as of Monday is still working like new. In case anyone is looking into the same problem - I have a google Pixel 4 XL, since the June 2021 security update, a lot of people have been experienceing a Trouble reading battery meter notification. I, like most people, ignored it because i was still getting good battery life and the notification was infrequent. Then, suddenly, the phone will only work on the charger, if your lucky, and spaz out sometimes when you plug it in and try to turn it on. The fix that was working was to have your battery replaced. CPR took care of that and the technician said that the conection between that battery and the internals of the phone was fraying. He said it took him longer than normal but he made sure it was all cleaned up inside the phone and the new battery was set and connected correctly. No extra charge was added to the agreed upon amount for the battery replacement. I am very greatful for the diligent work and the fact I did not have to get a new phone. I apologize for not remembering his name but, shout out to the technician working on 9-24-2021. Thank you!

My husbands phone was shattered in a car accident to the point you could see internal pieces on the back. They replaced it and a new back camera lense within two hours. Reasonably priced and fast service. Would recommend and would go back if ever needed. They have a neat machine that makes screen protectors for any size device.

CPR Cell Phone Repair fixed my iPhone 7+! Apple wanted me to replace it & spend a boatload of money. I asked CPR if they could fix it & they did an audio IC chip replacement quickly & for an excellent price. Much more budget and environmentally friendly to repair than replace!

I just stopped in to get my screen protector replaced, the guy was fast and did a good job. But it cost more to have it replaced there than to just order a new one and do it myself. So in a crunch, I would stop back, but if I didn’t need it right away, I would just order it myself and save a few dollars.

They were patient and very professional. They also informed that they didnt have the necessary part to fix my phone but as soon as it came in i would be called and it would be fixed the same day!

The service was excellent and my iPad was ready when he told me it would be, and the tech guy was pleasant to deal with.

Too expensive, wanted a deposit for looking at phone and you dont get it back if they cant fix it.

They are so expensive compared to the other repair places I called around to. Not cool in the new age bruh. $135 for an 8 Plus repair? There’s places doing it for $100 or less with the same warranty.

Fixed my phone within 2 hours

Horrible tech knowledge! Dont take your computer here unless you are prepared for all of your data to be inadvertently erased. Even when they tried to retrieve the data, the files couldnt be opened. They stopped answering my calls and returning my messages after that. Very poor customer service.
