Hands down best customer service EVER! When I walked into the store, they seemed a little bit busier than usual but that didn’t stop them from providing amazing service. Tyler was busy helping a customer in front of me, but smiled and told me that Vanessa would be right with me. Vanessa was an amazing phone tech and definitely knew what she was doing. She was very fast and so so sweet. The whole experience was under 30 minutes, unlike other competitors where you have to sit and wait forever. Very fast. I love my new phone and all thanks to Vanessa and Tyler!! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!

I was more than satisfied with the service at the Verizon store in Herrin. Jenna was the most helpful representative that I have met. She has the best personality and is more than helpful. Personally, I found this to be the most enjoyable experience I’ve had buying a new phone ever. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted in a kind, calm atmosphere. Jenna Shadowens helped me tremendously in picking out in the process of switching carriers. It was also a breeze to pick out a new phone and get it set up! I’ll definitely return to this store again.

Tyler was the most helpful, kind-hearted young man. I went into the store with my grandmother who was sold a phone beyond her capabilities with NO instruction at different provider. He took his time explaining EVERYTHING under the sun and was so patient. He treated her like family and even let her check out his tattoos when they were finished LOL! Ask for this wonderful young man and you will not be disappointed!

This Retailer is one of the best to visit. When Im in town I always stop here when I have phone issues. The young lady Vanessa that helped me was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the product.

Great place to upgrade your phone or tablet. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful! It beats going to the regular Verizon locations by far. They are so much more helpful and take their time with you.

The staff are always helpful and courteous. They stay with you till the bitter (or better) end. They do not force feed you or pressure you. I appreciate their help.
