Rolando and the team at Tires Plus saved the weekend! I got a flat coming off the 826 and had to drive back to Boca. They were almost closing but said they would help no problem. They were able to patch my tire and get me all set back up to drive. Can’t recommend them enough. They could have easily said it wasn’t possible but they went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend the team here.

The worst place Ive been to for tires the guy in the front sat at the front desk on the phone and never even said a word while I sat there and waited for service I guess they must be doing great and they dont need business we own 6 cars and a commercial truck its their lost I will never go to a tire plus again not in florida or any where in the nation or recommend anyone to this company

I was having issues with my vehicle stalling due to an evaporative emissions leak. I paid a down payment for 3 parts that needed to get special ordered which came out to around $997. I called out from work and dropped my car so it can get fixed. 2 and a half hours later Max tells me that he got the wrong parts for my car and none of the pieces matched. So I wasted my day off and car wasnt fixed. What he failed to do is inform me, the customer, the parts he needed was on back order. He shouldve called me and said the OEM parts are not available. He then blames the vendor for giving him the wrong parts even though he put my VIN number for my car which makes no sense. He did nothing for the inconvenience and just refunded me. I called a Kia Dealership and they have 2 parts I needed. So Im not sure who theyre calling to get parts. Not to mention they overcharge for parts. Kia dealership were selling the parts at a cheaper price. I actually managed to find the part I needed and ordered it online. Also the Kia Dealership is willing to install parts I bring and only charge me labor unlike Tires Plus. Tires Plus will only install parts they ordered. So if you have any issue with your car, take it to a dealership service center and order parts your self to save money. I will no longer go to Tires Plus for anything besides to build credit with my credit card.

Great customer service. They quote me a price for 4 tires over the phone for generic brand of tires. When I got to the station, they realized that they had no more of the discounted brand. So they upgraded my tires to the Firestone brand that would have cost more for the same price that they quoted me. Costco was charging me $669 for 4 new tires (Bridgestone) with a $125 discount already included in the $669. Tires Plus only charged me $471 for my 4 brand new tires with a free name brand upgrade. Im glad I went with Tires Plus.

If you making appointments still have to wait longer

I went to swap out rims. Staff was incredibly rude and not wearing a mask. I walked in at at 3:45pm ( they close at 7pm ) I was told that I might need to leave my car till the following day...... to swap out my rims..... the reason they gave was that they had “ a lot of cars”, the parking lot was empty and they had 1 car in each of the stands. It looked more like they didn’t want to work. If you drive about a mile down that same street there a a tire shop that does everything cheaper

This place is a rip off. I left my flat tire to get fixed at 1pm and had to leave it there because there was a wait of an hour. When I was notified it was ready at 2:30 I came back and there was another hour wait to change it. They charge me $30 and they didn’t even replaced the spare tire. Never coming back to this place again.

Amazing Service, I arrived on sunday and spoke to Max. He was very knowledgable, and actually took the time to let me kkow the specials and what would be the best tire for me. I hd options. He advised me didnt have it in stock but will be there on monday morning. I arrived at 906 am and they were ready. My car went in immediately . This is the best tires plus ever!!! They did Walmart price match on one tire; seven months later at Tire Plus (TP) I got charged more with no reason, they simply justified their mistake instead of rectifying their mistake. By the way, 7 months later, Walmart had the same price, TP did not want to match cause they think you are locked with them. Owner, your front desk employees do not care for as long they get paid.

I received great service from the staff at this location. Steven was very knowledgeable about the products offered. I needed a front tire because it was worn. Steven suggested to get a new tire and I’m glad I did. The service was fast and friendly.

The techs were all very friendly and didnt try to sell me on things that I didnt need for my car. As a matter of fact, they told me how I could save money on multiple things which made me trust them even more. Theyre also very knowledgeable and efficient with how they perform their services. They also offer more than just tires. I scheduled an appointment to have my timing belt replaced and they quoted me cheaper than Pep Boys. You cant beat that! These guys are awesome!

Great, very fast service! I needed 2 new tires before I went to work this morning and they got the job done in less than 30 minutes.

Andy was great! Saved me money on being honest. Had gone to another tire place where they told me the tires were bad plus the rims were bent. Thankfully Andy knew hes stuff and guessed it right. Two new tires at a good price, plus quick service and the shaking and pulling insanely to the right is gone. Thank you, with three princesses always in my car it gives me tremendous peace of mind.

This place isnt a fair if you dont speak SPANISH . If you do the treatment is better with the management.

Apparently they look professional and great machinery, good customer service, coffee etc. . I went there for a flat tire that I had to inflate with a compressor to get there. Then the guy who attended my car showed me a huge lace embedded in the tire after having me to sit in another room out of my sight which I never saw in the first time. I was told to buy new tire(s) -they suggested the three of them ($275)- since they couldnt take out the lace according to the guy.I couldnt tell if really the lace was there or not before going but another flat tire little store did the job efficiently for just $10

I began having my vehicle serviced in September 2015. I really like the prices because they only service what you need. I went to the dealership and was told that I needed back brakes. I brought my vehicle to TIRES PLUS and was shown that I did not need ANY brakes at that time. The prices are good, they always have coupons, and the service is Always Outstanding!!!

Ridiculous. A waste of time. I came here because all the reviews told me what I wanted to know; that they would be considerate and not overcharge me for things I didnt need, and wouldnt take advantage of the fact that I appear to be someone who doesnt know the first thing about cars; which to be fair, I dont, but thats exactly why I expect my mechanics to be ethical. These people were not. It took them 2 hours just to check what was wrong with my car. 2 hours! Just to check the tires and the alignment! And after they were done they handed me an estimate for around $2,400. Everything needed to be changed. Tires, struts, suspension, alignment, and so many charges and other parts, I had no idea where they came from. They mentioned I had an oil leak, but they said all of my other fluids were fine. I decided I wanted a second opinion so I went to a different mechanic. It took him 30 minutes at most to tell me my car just needed new tires, and that these people at tires plus wanted to install parts on my car that my car doesnt even have. As in, it never had them to begin with. How do these people get such good reviews? Oh, and to add insult to injury, my car needed an oil change. They never mentioned that. Never coming here again.

AWESOME SERVICE! Came here for a tire plug after a bolt pierced the tire. Left somewhere else (tire kingdom) that was really unhelpful and disappointing, but Tires Plus changed our attitude! Great customer service, quick and easy, personable staff, comfy couches, free wifi, free coffee, etc. I am glad I did not settle for bad service because this place is so much better. Definitely recommend.

Had a blowout on the turnpike. Towed to their shop and they got us right in and put a tire on it without upselling us. All within half an hour. Everyone there very friendly. Great customer service

Ladies found a spot where you can get an honest opinion on what you need to get done on your car. So today I got a flat and i told Andy the mechanic that I needed a new tire he let me know that he could fix my tire. Awesome saved me alot of money. Go see Andy he is awesome!!!

I never write a bad review, but I’ve been taking my cars here for maintenances and tires for years. Recently I brought my car for an oil change, 4 days later my car indicates a low oil pressure. Very weird due to the fact I had an oil change just a few days ago. I had my brother in law take a look and whoever did my oil change, did not close it properly and my car leaked out all it’s oil. Very upsetting in the quality of work. This couldve cost me my engine and put me in a very dangerous situation. I called very upset and demanded a refund. I would reconsider before bringing your car here.

I spent 45 minutes today waiting for them to change my oil and they come back with something completely different... They charged me for checking my tires and did nothing i asked. The person pretended to understand my English but clearly did not. They acted surprised when i asked them if they changed the oil.. IT SAID IT RIGHT ON THE DASH AND I REPEATED IT MULTIPLE TIMES. Biggest waste of my time and money, go somewhere else unless you like low quality service and people who dont know English.

Terrible customer service. I have a flat tire and they want me to keep driving my vehicle. I stated the rim of the vehicle will get damage if I keep driving. They refuse to help me. Thank God I have American Express Platinum and their service always rocks. They were able to send someone and solve my problem. Im definitely taking my business somewhere else.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT come here! I used to work here. These people are extremely racist. If your black they will be rude to you. If your a girl they will try to charge you more fees. They also add fees when they give you estimates because its more bonus for management. I left a document which cost me money and since I called Hr on them and reported illegal things they do he threw my paper away and never gave it back. Take your car to the dealership if its new and avoid this place. Management made me put Incorrect oil on cars because they were out of stock. So once again your better off at the dealership just get coupons for service fromThe dealerships website.

Went into a simple question Rolando was rude and unhelpful. Yelled and his shop broke something in my steering after doing a simple alignment. Save your money and Bad service go somewhere else.

Very slow over four hours to change three tires

This place wanted to charge me $30 to fix a flat. I HAD A NAIL IN ONE OF MY TIRES.. When I started complaining about the price. ONE OF THE GENTLEMEN SAID $20. I politely told the gentlemen, hes trying to ripe me off. And to please put some air in my tire, so I could go somewhere else and get it fix for a reseanable price. Which I did, go up the street and got it fix for $7..The disappointing thing about, TIRES PLUS ON 183 STREET N. W 57 AVE. I purshase those same 4 tires from them for over $500.00, a few months ago, thats why I went their, which they still have over 60,000 miles warrenty still on them. And they want to charge me a ridiculous amount to fix a flat.If your a women, they will try to jip you.

I had a flat tire, went to them since I got the tire from them. They said the whole tire was messed up since I drove on it. Even though it had air, which was leaking for it and was never on steel. They charged me abt $240 to get an another tire and add road hazed. Theyll tell you anything to get your money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
