Do not purchase a vehicle from this place! All they care about is getting money from you. Once they get your money everything else is a headache. I purchased a vehicle over 30 days ago and never received any titles or paperwork for the vehicle so at this point I’m filing a complaint as well as suing them for the return of my money! Also, before I purchased the car I looked at when I came back the next day whoever drove or moved the car damaged the rim badly and they did not make it right. The Spanish lady that handles the paperwork is rude and definitely don’t need to be doing this type of business!

Go here if 899.00 Dealers fee sound good to you. First time buyers without credit or bad credit beware. They find a bank of course charges interest. Understandable !Only way to build credit. But pay the dealers fee to show & allow a test drive& filling out paperwork. Great people just trying to earn! Unless you have half down or all cash asked & dont mind a 899.00 dealers fee. The shack is a car lot! But Ill pass.

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I went into their location and purchased a vehicle and 39 days later have yet to receive title or paper work for the car. Since my tag was set to expire today I asked them if they could provide me another temp tag until I receive the title and they refused. I called on several occasions to speak with a manager each time was told he was not available. Well I left a review on their fb page and he gets on to accuse me of buying the car with fraudulent money orders. The manager then goes to post pictures of my payment and say I purchased the car with church money. So I went online to check the status of the title myself and found out they listed their self as lien holders fraudulently because the title paperwork I signed they did not place their self as a lienholder. These guys are fraudulent people and doing business with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased this vehicle for my child due to my husbands and I work so schedule so she can get back and forth to school as well as get her siblings to places now she have a car that can’t be driven and we’re spending unnecessary money on Uber and Lyft again. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare and the bad part is they know it’s their fault but never tried to make it right! RUN AWAY FAST AS YOU CAN GI DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT RESPECT YOU AND YOUR MONEY!

My husband came to this car dealer on July 14th 2020 to buy a work van. He began negotiating and at first the interest was going to be 9.8 after checking his credit it went down to 4.29 but that entailed that he would have to purchase an additional insurance for the van costing $2,000. Instead he decided to pay for it in full and not finance it. The salesman, Angel says they cant take a company check and requests a cashiers check. Since the bank was closing soon, my husband leaves a $500 deposit for the van and agrees to go in the morning with the requested Cashiers check and take the van home. A couple hours later my husband gets a call from Angel with this STORY: He didnt know, but the owner of the dealer had a deposit for the van of $1,000 and the deal was off. Bottom line....These people cant be trusted, after 2 hours of back and fourth since they didnt finance the vehicle they called the deal off. They may have a great deal on a car but once you are start negotiating they will screw you one way or another. Quizás tengan buenos precios en sus vehículos, pero cuando empiezan a negociar te van a fallar. !Tengan mucho cuidado!

These guys have terrible customer service. I call them on the phone and they always say theyll get back to me, but never do, even after a few days. That is not the way to treat a customer who says hes interesting and willing to pay all up front for a car. The cars are cheap because theyre severely damaged. If youre seriously considering buying from them, bring a mechanic to look at the car in question and make sure it doesnt have frame damage because theyre known to lie.

I called to request a best price on a vehicle over $17,000 that I would pay cash and the salesman seriously called to tell me that its tax refund sesaon so lots of buyers are coming into finance cars and the dealership makes more money off of those that finance so he would NOT offer me anything off the sticker price since I am a cash buyer.

Wish I had looked at the BBB and reviews first. They have a F rating on the BBB. Website gives an incredible price. Went through the credit application only to find out that the price of the car was four thousand dollars higher than the listed price... when addressed they stated that there is a disclaimer on the website. No disclaimer found.

Terrible experience. My mother went to buy herself car, she liked a 15 Buick Encore with supposedly no accidents, which after checking the Carfax, had a total of three (3) accidents ranging from a major one that disabled the car to two other less impactful accidents. When checking the car out before all this (my mom hadnt gotten the Carfax yet), a piece from the rear door came off and they said they would fix it in a 2-3 day window which quickly turned into a week for reasons beyond their control. Dont buy here, dont listen to the non-one star reviews, avoid the headache, avoid this dealership.

Absolute crooks. They post sold cars on their website to get you to come in. I drove 40 minutes to find out my car of interest has been sold. Along with lying about their inventory, they also up charge their prices hoping you dont know any better. The salesman told me the cost of a car was $3000 more than the listed price on their website. Dont go here, do yourself a favor. You dont want to buy a car from a place so comfortable with stretching the truth.

Fraudulent listing - advertising internet price $11,600 for Nissan Rogue - went there, test drove it, loved it, ready to buy - told them Im a cash buyer - had cash then and there ready to buy - they told me oh no, thats for financing only - cash price is $13,250 (plus dealer fee $999) - I said please show me anywhere on your website where you say that the internet price is not the cash price - thats only for financing - of course they couldnt - they pointed to a clause whereby it says anyone making an offer with credit must be approved by their bank - so thats not remotely got anything to do with me trying to buy, with cash, the vehicle for the advertised price. They just seemed to be vague about it and not know either. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THAT THE INTERNET PRICE IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE FINANCING. I have no problem with them doing it this way but they MUST PUT A DISCLAIMER SOMEWHERE, must say Internet Price (financing only price) or something like that - or not cash price) so that people know that the advertised price is NOT the price youll pay if youre paying cash. TOTALLY MISLEADING! They refused to let me buy the vehicle for the advertised price - FRAUD! will be reporting to better business bureau. Even Jose the manager admitted that it wasnt clear - the clause they kept pointing out has NOTHING to do with a buyer buying in cash!!!! Do they think Im stupid? He said hed talk to the owner and see if the owner would sell for this price - when I tried to call him today, his phone number is out of service - so what gives? Spoke to Hansel instead who said no, they wont sell at the advertised price. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I bought a Toyota Camry 2013. Car head problems, transmission problem appeared after 1 month and car shaking, had to replace all brakes (not pads but breaks). Car cost me more than it was. They also cheated me on price. Transmission is broken. Do not buy from dealeship, I regret my purchase. Go to Toyota dealeship instead.Btw, Gabriel we talked with you on the phone. You said you will try to refund money for car repair, but you never did. I paid my money and got a bad car. It is what it is, but I had to write this again.

Please don’t purchase a car from here. I was about to purchase a car from there until I read the contract. They had added and extra $3500 to the original price we had decided on and they didn’t inform me. They lied and said the bank wanted to charge this price due to credit rating. Absolute nonsense because banks make their cut on interest. This was purely for their pockets and profits!
