This is the absolute best place for vision care! I used to go to a much more expensive eye doctor and never got service like what they provide at this Pearle Vision location. Dr. Blanc is so thorough and caring, he really takes his time to be sure the prescription is right. And the rest of the staff is AMAZING as well. They were incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the shop looking for the right ones. Every person who works there has been wonderful each time I have visited. Whatever they’re getting paid, they all deserve a raise! Hands down the best place to go, service like this is rare in South Florida!

Had an awful experience and feel badly that most people do not follow up with their insurance plan to check with them what is covered. This place especially the doctor is full of lies and his staff follows right along with him. I have never had such a horrible experience with any of my past optometrists.I did get informed from my insurance that contacts are covered. I got them elsewhere through my insurance with no problem! I feel badly for the people that do not inform themselves with their insurance as to what is covered under their plan. Its on your conscience not mine doctor.I dont recommend your place to anybody. At no moment did my insurance agent tell me contacts arent covered. You are uninformed.

I was visiting from Jacksonville for my birthday and I lost my glasses. I was freaking out because I know I have to leave in a couple day’s and won’t have time to wait. So I called Pearle Vision in Hialeah and told them my situation and they were able to get me some new glasses the same day!!! Hmm? These all around five stars reviews, one has to wonder. This place is very much overpriced. Make sure upon selecting your frames along with the lens that you choose that you are given a break down of what you are going to pay for. And if you have insurance ask questions of what is to be covered under your plan; pay attention to all the details. Not to mention any names here, but one of the associates is a clever shark.

After going to a competitor with no success of finding the right pair of glasses, I found myself at this Pearle Vision location. I must say the service is awesome everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. It felt like I was shopping for a new pair of shoes, the sales person took me and examined my face and style to see what will best represent me. He pulled out different styles that he thought that best fit me BUT I couldn’t look in the mirror until we had a few pair to choose from. When I say he was right on point with his selections. Even though I still wanted to look around his choice hands down was PERFECT. I wish I came to this place in the beginning to give them all my business. Next year I definitely will be back, they have a customer for life.

Pearle Vision will DEFINITELY give you a red carpet treatment. I have never seen better service anywhere else. Even as you wait they will ask you if you are thirsty and will personally bring you a cold or room temperature water. The eye exams are very professional and thorough, but most importantly you will walk out of there seeing the world in a brand new light.

A replacement peice had to be ordered. Because I live over an hr away (the Keys)They said I can mail them my eyeglasses and they will mail them back once repaired. The process took no time at all and I received them in a timely manner. Glasses look and fit like new! Ive never had a bad experience with them. Best in the business if ya ask me! :)

Don’t go anywhere else! My vision is becoming progressively worse so, yesterday, I chose Pearl Vision in Miami Lakes for my eye exam. From the moment I walked in, I was pleased. They greeted me with such a warm reception. It was as if they already knew me. They were very professional and responsive to my needs. I didn’t have an appointment but Madeline agreed to “squeeze me in” and she helped me try on frames while I waited. Claude, who had welcomed me into the store and offered me water, became involved in my frame selection process and I actually purchased the pair he chose. Jamarl, the Licensed Optician, was busy in the back but found an opportunity to come shake my hand. If I had to sum up how I felt during and after my visit in one word, it would be “important”. Other customers were in the store and we were all treated with the same amount of care and attention. Now, there is not enough I can say about Dr. Smith Blanc. I was clueless about how my health is affecting my eyes. The exam was very thorough. Dr. Blanc explained, in detail, his findings to me, making sure I understood. His professionalism made me feel very comfortable and that I was with the right person for the solutions to my vision concerns. I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Miami Lakes and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.
