5/5 Stars is not enough! If I could give this place 10 or 100 stars out of 5 I would! Manny is extremely intelligent and well versed and I was able to pick up about his passion for firearms within 5 to 10 minutes of talking to him. His wife and him provide exceptional customer service. I have decided that I will no longer shop anywhere else, no more gun shows, no more gun bros, no more bass pro. I will now only shop at this place just due to the fact that the customer service is amazing. The selection is quite frankly amazing. I was actually able to pick up a few weapons that I had been searching around for. Prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great shop! Most shops make you feel like an idiot for asking questions but Manny and Silvia are patient and have no trouble with offering guidance. I’m glad to find such a great family owned gun shop locally. This will definitely be my go to shop from now on.

Maybe because I arrived late, but I didnt experience a peaceful and welcoming environment. The gentleman working there probably thought I wasnt willing to purchase anything, but I was searching for specific makes/models and he didnt show an urge to help. Its cool... theres other gun stores.

As a first time gun owner, it was essential that I found someone who was honest and would give me the right information in order to make the important decision of buying a fire arm. I have no words to describe the excellent service, great prices and most of all, the responsible manner and knowledge that Mr. and Mrs. Fernandez treated me with. I did not only buy the fire arm I needed, but also took the concealed weapons permit course with them and man, what a great class it was. If you need anything fire arms related, this is the store to visit.

Rudest and worst customer service. Horrible attitude. You have to basically ask specific questions which will only aggitate the man working there. Offers no help, nothing. I have spoken to multiple places and this is the only place that actively acts as if they dont want your business.

Idk what those other reviews are about, but this place is honestly great. The prices are more than fair, the customer service is super friendly (they attend you right away and are super friendly), and theyre very knowledgeable about firearms in general. They definitely maintain a very family friendly feel to the store which makes it very comfortable to visit, unlike other shops where the owners couldnt care less about you. Definitely recommend this store to any serious collectors out there.

I bought my gun here not long ago and the service was great!! The staff was very helpful. The owner gave me a great price for my gun compared to other shops. I shopped around and visited several gun shops in Hialeah and the Miami area. I also checked online, but with what the gun shops wanted to charge me to receive it, it was not worth it. I definitely recommend this place!!

Bought a .45 Springfield XDm and the only complaint I have is the cheap box that Springfield is giving out with their MATCH grade pistols (they previously gave out amazing boxes). The staff (Manny) was good and my questions were answered and honestly is not anything like some of the comments make him out to be. Overall it is a small gun shop with a pretty solid variety for its size and he will order a weapon for you if he does not have it. Would def buy from here again.

I went there today and actually found a part that I had been looking for since 1981... guess what_Manny had the part, which is like brand new. Lucky shot, I guess. I must say that despite some negative reviews that I found in a number of posts, I left with a very positive experience; the owner, Manny, was first and foremost very knowledgeable, and the service was great_I really do not understand what the negativity is all about, but I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a hard to find piece or any other firearm, and the prices are very reasonable.

The staff is very rude. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a gun shop. I really felt like I was unwanted and needed to leave immediately.I left within two to three minutes.*like another reviewer here recommended, if you really want guns and decent prices try Lous.

Ok so i know that all guns have to be visible and unloaded before going in,I take my holster by itself on my hands in plain view to aks the owner if they had something similar,next thing i know the person behind the counter (white hispanic with a beard) is in a stance about to draw his weapon on me, he said that i was holding a weapon!Threat your customers more respecfully.

Gave the cuban guy 2 boxes of 9 mm for 4 0 bucks and when i asked he the price he wanted 30 $ for a box wtf...Will never spend my american money there

I came in looking for a tactical light only to be harshly addressed and not welcomed. There was a crowd of people joking about with the workers and I got bad service because of it. They might as well lock their doors because I cant imagine anyone leaving pleased.

If youre in Hialeah, theres only one place to go for guns. Lous Police Supply. Dont waste your time anywhere else, such as SAAR. Youll only be disappointed by rude staff and high prices.

In this business the key is to greet, listen to recommend and report on the product and be cuts without asking personal questions, only those required in case a sale is made. But when you enter this place and talk to the gentleman at the counter, you get the impression of having entered the C.I.I.C.E bureau ... Intergalactic Intelligence Command Against Extraterrestrial Attacks. He knows everything and what he sells you is the best and blah blah blah, and if you talk with weapons connivance and deny something or contradict him you are already an alien infiltrator and the sale is not going hahahaha, half paranoid.
