Carlos is experienced in his craft. Hes very down to earth and makes you feel welcomed. Being a Miami native, I find it hard to find people like this. People who truly care about their craft and people. Im sure many of you can attest. My New assembled rifle fires smooth as eggs! Definitely will be returning. First-class customer service indeed.

Terrible service over the phone could not understand when he answered and then I I told I wanted to ask if he had a gun in stock and said no I don’t with out knowing and very rude thumbs down 👎🏼

Got the pleasure of using this shop for a transfer and I was pleasantly surprised. The price is very competetive and the customer service provided by Carlos is top notch.Most gunshops are full of arrogant staff thinking they know everything but this is not one of them.If your looking for a good gunshop around Hialeah Gardens area, go to this place. You wont regret it.

This place opens at 10 a.m. but I sat outside for over an hour today along with someone else waiting for him to open and he never showed. This is not a good way to do business and it leaves a negative impression.
