Great place. The receptionist was amazing. She offered my son and his friend freeze pops while we waited outside in the sun ( by choice). The time it took to replace the back glass in my van was minimal. I couldnt believe how fast they were. They really got-it-together. The waiting room was spacious and the receptionist made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you All Glass!!AND... The price of service is outrageously affordable!!

Be a hell of a place to open a glass shop. Ive called about frosted glass. None in stock. Cast acrylic? Clear or otherwise? Not here. They didnt even know the difference between cast acrylic or extruded.Went to granite hardware instead and they actually had what I needed.

I needed a piece of glass to replace a window I broke in my home. I thought it was a standard 12x24, it wasnt they sanded it down after I bought the wrong size from them. I called before I went to see if they could cut a mirror. She was very nice and told me the price. They cut it while I waited. Good job at good price. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I asked if there were clips in the box to hang it. I had not opened the box and he taped it back up. He said no so I bought clips from him. There were clips in the box. I think he did not see them. Still liked the place and will go again.

My day started with Brian from All Glass window contacting me via text to say he was on his way to my home and would be there at 9:10a. He actually arrived a few minutes earlier than that. He was very pleasant when he greeted me and was ready to work. He kindly placed up a covering to my window to preserve my heat (I so appreciated that). He had my window replaced in roughly 30-35 min and even put my screen back in for me. He was totally Awesome sauce!!!! Well actually every one I dealt with at All Glass, Brittany, Ted, and the other young lady whose name is escaping me at this moment, im so sorry :(If you are looking for a window replacement or and kind of window work, PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ALL GLASS. Went to them to replace a back windshield. Before coming to them my trunk opened and closed with no issues. After having them replace the glass it made a awful crunching sound when opened up for the first time. the top panel on my back windshield fell off while driving down the road and when this was brought to their attention they took no responsibility. I was able to open the trunk while the glass was out without a crunching noise or any issues. The glass also rattled very loudly while driving down the road after installation. Very unprofessional.

My family had a great experience with All Glass. Everyone was extremely helpful. I ordered a piece to protect my mothers dining room table and once I got the piece home- I realized I gave them a measurement that was 2 inches longer than needed. As a moving company we sometimes break some glass. Everything from glass shelves to window panes, we have seen mishaps with it all. We like using All Glass to supply us with replacements due to the fast turn around. Customer service is professional and upbeat and the staff members are friendly. Prices are also very reasonable. Can’t say enough good stuff. Was recommended through my insurance for a motor home windshield replacement, which are tough jobs. Great communication from the start of the claim, through when the glass arrived. It got rough when they found some rust in the frame. But All Glass over delivered by fixing up the frame and setting the glass ahead of the schedule they committed to. Can’t thank them enough and would recommend any and all jobs to that crew.

They do great work and personal customer service! I called their competition Safe Lite had to go through endless phone prompts and endless reminders that you can visit their website. When I finally got a person on the phone they asked for my zip code? I asked her is this not the Hickory Store? She informed me that no this is corporate call center! I dialled a local number! When I told her what I wanted, she then had to transfer me to my local store to get a price and availability! Whats the point?? Then I was told that they do not install a window I bought at A Plus Auto salvage! Take your business to All Glass. Trust me...

Just got back from picking up a truck I am restoring. I called a couple competitors before finding All Glass and ultimately chose All Glass to install a rear sliding window. They were able to beat the competitors price by over $100. They were able to get the parts with no problem. They also got me in and finished the time they quoted me.Upon arrival I was not able to open the rear glass. I just had All Glass to replace 24 18by18 panes for my picture window, which was over 60 years old, and 2 side lights. The people were great; especially, the owner. They were very productive and neat. The owner was extremely helpful with ideas on what to do and the cost of the project was very reasonable. I have always used them to purchase glass but never to actually do a project. It took me 10 years to finally decide what to do and who to do it. I am extremely pleased with my new windows.
