Technician went above and beyond replacing a windshield on my vehicle. I would highly recommend safelite for auto glass replacement...

The first time I went here I was late not only were though super professional but they were also very kind. The lady at the front desk is very nice and will try to help you as much as possible with the price. The second time the same thing from the office staff to the technicians as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle a technician was there asking what was going on I showed him he pulled it in and began working immediately although I was 30 minutes early. Great people with great service highly recommend them

Even though my insurance messed up the work order the team here worked quickly to get me a windshield and create a work order on the fly to get my car back on the road. Excellent customer service and very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend!

My second trip to Safelite this week. I was very disappointed that the person working on my first visit did not do what was necessary to get my replacement windshield ordered. Now I will be making a third trip to Safelite. On a bright note, Craig was awesome, very apologetic and made me feel more comfortable by his kindness. He shared the computer screen with me so that I could verify he had it handled. Hopefully all will go well and I will have my new windshield tomorrow!

Safelite is amazing to work with, they are very quick and simple to handle and the technician Timothy Velez did more than an outstanding job fixing my wifes front windshield, He was in and out with no issues in 1 hour. I highly recommend this business and Timothy to everyone I know.

Super friendly staff and excellent service! Walt let us know that at worst our new windshield would cost over $500 if the rain sensors couldnt be salvaged but hed do all he could to save them and in turn save us money. We were prepared to spend the $500+ and were pleasantly surprised when we went to pick up our Land Rover LR4 that the price was much less. They even washed the rest of the windows in the car after install!

I had Cody as my technician and he was awesome! Not only did he call me at the beginning of his route but he stayed in touch with me the entire day updating me in case weather was going to be an issue. Cody went and picked up another technician to help install my windshield safely and faster to beat the rain. He also installed new wipers and vacuum out the glass that had fallen inside. He went over the top very professional, I give him a 15 out of 10! I will definitely choose Safelite again if I ever need it. And will recommend Cody as your tech! Thanks again 💪

These are good, honest people. I filed a claim through my auto insurance and had the work done at Safelite in Hickory, NC. The entire process from start to finish was quick, friendly, and painless.Walter was the person who I talked to and helped me throughout the repair. He explained the repair process, gave me descriptive precautions on what will come from the repair, and finished off the whole ordeal by kindly cleaning the outside of all my cars windows and vacuumed the floor mats. That was a very nice gesture to end the whole experience which was nice to begin with.The crack on my windshield is now repaired with virtually no signs it was ever there to begin with, and I have peace of mind knowing the crack wont spread/become a bigger problem any more.

I requested Safelite come replace my windshield at my own residence due to a rock impact. Rick with Safelite came to the rescue and tended to the issue in less than 30 minutes. He even cleaned the exterior of the back glass and side windows (not replaced or repaired). He was polite, courteous, respectful and again, just super fast. They are so nice and the service work is done well

The day before my service was a Sunday and my seven year-old grandson was visiting. It had snowed and our cars were covered with snow. Santas little helper determined to clean the cars off using his little, metal, toy hoe. He came walking into the house stating in a downcast manner, something happened....What had happened was his hoe had holed the rear window and a shower of glass fragments was snowing into the car (he had gotten the real snow off). I went online immediately and contacted Safelite, making an appointment for the next day literally within minutes.On Monday, Richard, the Safelite technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly, personable and extremely professional. I dont think he wasted a breath or a movement. He explained everything he did and was doing, clearly and understandably. And he replaced the window in just under an hour, right before my unwavering eyes. He did a terrific job and I couldnt have been happier.I have an older car and was concerned that perhaps my window wouldnt be in stock and it would take a few days.... Not to worry. My window was replaced in less than 24 hours and I was back on the road.Thank you Richard, and thank you Safelite.

I was at safelite a week ago to get a windshield replacement after a rock flew off the back of a pickup truck. They were so helpful and they got me in and out in an hour. Everyone was so friendly and my new windshield looks great! They even found me some discounts so the replacement wouldnt break the bank for me.

Well I sent my wife to have her windshield checked....Of course it needed replaced, but for a new windshield it cost $600. Insurance is $500 deductible. Call another company same windshield for $400 installed at my house. Shop around they seem to want to file insurance claims.

Very poor company that doesnt allow you to speak with someone on the phone

Got there almost 30 minutes early for my actual appointment. The woman at the desk was on the phone with a customer so one of the guys in the back immediately came in to help. Even though I was okay with waiting until my appt, he took my car back there early and was done in 30 minutes. While I was waiting, the woman on the phone apologized for not being able to say hello. Very helpful, very nice people. Easy to deal with when it came to the insurance etc. Would go back again.

Technician came at an earlier time which was great for me. He explained the process to me, provided me windshield options that could save me money, and installed my new windshield quickly. It was a great experience from start to finish!

No one enjoys dealing with a broken windshield, but they have replaced two for me and both times have done so quickly, have communicated very well, and have been thorough with the specs of my car. Highly recommend!

Brick came through the windshield of my service van Friday at 2:00. Monday at 1:00 had an appointment to repair it. Being a service van means I need to get it back on the road as quick as possible and they certainly did that. They did what they said and in a timely fashion and cleaned up beautifully. They replaced a window in my car only to scratch the interior severely and they had to replace the parts they messed up. I will say the manager DID take ownership of the mistake his employee made and immediately did make it right.

Had windshield replaced and they messed the seals on the sides of windshield up, they state their work is covered but when I called them about it, I was told that is just something those hondas do and refused to cover it, the seals were perfect before I had the work done and after they fell off and funny because I have two other hondas that the seals have been fine

Having about 6 windshields replaced over the past few years they have always done a great job. This last time it was a Bmw and i was told that the rain sensor would not work unless it was a Bmw windshield by BMW. Well I went the 300.00 route instead of the 2,100 with the dealer! I was offered the BMW windshield for 800.00 by safelite but chose the 300 dollar generic and everything works fine and as always looks and works just like the factory one. Have drove it in the rain for 2 hours at 70 and 80 mph. wipers work great and no leaks

I was told somebody needed to be at house to sign receipt unless I gave worker perm to sign reciept. Never once said anything about a waiver or chance windshield could crack. Only told that there would be a little blimish, not 100% inv... I told work just sign reciept and leave on windshield. I come home to 4 in cracks in windshield now they said I need to buy a new one . Im telling everyone I know and Facebook and Twitter.
