After calling (or trying to connect with other glass companies), Tri State had a live person answer the phone, polite, precise, helpful, professional. Got a schedule done quickly while I was waiting online in another companys que. The service came to us, and again was quick and professional. Called before appointment. Arrived on time. Could not have been more pleased. Definitely have put Tri-State on list of vendors to use when glass or window is needed.

Very good experience with Tri State Auto glass! A couple years ago they replaced my windshield and did a fantastic job! I was having some troubles with water leaking into the car from the sunroof and they drove all the way from Hickory to Raleigh to help me resolve the problem!!! The man who came was very nice and so helpful I will definitely be using Tri State Auto Glass again!

Greg came out to replace my windshield. He was kind and willing to answer all my questions. He also helped me save some money due to realizing I did not need the calibration due to having a mirror replaced. I have nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend this company.

The glass looks immaculate and four days later I’ve taken it through the car wash and absolutely no leaks or any issues. Greg was our technician and he was absolutely perfect! They said they would be at our house between 2-4 and pulled in our driveway at 2:12. There were two of them working on the car, and they were done by 2:35. They were very nice, very professional and did great quality work. Will definitely use them again if we have anymore windshield issues.
