The people at Carolina west was awesome they took go care if me and what I needed went to pay a bill and came out with a new phone. my old phone was five years old so it was time for a new one thanks guys I am happy with my new phone

The manager was determined that she was going to up sale us. We came in and knew what we wanted, but she would not even show us that product and kept insisting that we upgrade our service. That isnt what we wanted. She even lied and said that the product we were planning to buy was no longer supported. If I could give her zero stars, I would. We decided to go to a different location to avoid having to deal with this manager. Also to note, we had already spoken to customer service for Carolina West to determine our plan of action and had notes in the account saying what we were advised to get. Both the regular employee and the manager blatantly ignored the notes put in the account by customer service instructing them what to do.

Daniel Powell and the staff care! They not only listen but try to fit their customers with the best plan and the correct products for their individual needs. Daniel tries to take the time to answer all the questions his customers have and makes them feel comfortable!

Literally bought an iPhone 11 because they told me I could get a watch by paying the taxes.. I ordered the watch, they called me three times to pick up watch and when I showed up they tried to get me to pay $300. Went back three days later to return the phone and they still charged me the $40 activation fee (FOR THE PHONE I JUST RETURNED) I literally went to sprint and got a plan, watch, and a iPhone 11 for a 1/6th of the price they were trying to charge me and they don’t even have 5G network.Save your money and the hassle this place literally sucks, o and I was a loyal customer for over 8 years and this is how they did me.

The best Bark mobile store around.I got a new LG Stylo 4 and the $50 a month plan. The service was fantastic. Really nice people to work with.

This is the WORST phone service I ever had. I’d rather go back to metro. What’s the point of having a phone if you can’t even be on it because the service is TRASH. Phone is always on 1x & when it’s not, the service still doesn’t work. I will be going back to metro. A good place to buy a phone but HORRIBLE service!
