Best service ever. Will give 5 star. They both done a great job. Was really happy with my visit. Best place to go compared to other of the bark mobile stores. Will highly recommend if you want a happy visit then you should try there!

They help me with the issues I was having with my phone.

I really like this place but it only picks up in very few places. It picks up in Hickory N.C but anywhere else you have to put your phone on roaming.

After every call I start roaming even if its just for a minute or less its still very inconvenient!! Also dont think you can go to Newton or other surrounding towns (even Viewmont) and think youll have LTE service cause unfortunately you will not! But this location could do better with customer service but I always go through the same woman cause shes the only one that speaks when I walk through the door! SMH!

Good prices. Just the best for fixing problems. Im a customer here. And had one little problem. And they were so good. They fixed the problem that very next morning. Could not be more happier.
