September 11, 2021. $180 for replacing the back of phone. Wait is 2 hours. Trash job my internal screen is damaged. He glued the phone back together… glue was not dry… my phone would not stay togethe. Don’t buy or let this man touch your phone. It will be a bad out come.

This place is a joke-when the so called tech finally looked up from his phone after he saw me standing in there I asked fir a price for an iPhone 8+ to have a cracked screen he said 100 and I said that’s out of line for that repair he then said 90 acted as if he could card less. His dad must own the place because this guy is a joke the date was the 13 th of May at 11:30

Not the place to go.In November took my cellphone in to have a crackedscreen replaced. Before agreeing to have the repair I told the service tech that I needed certain information printed on my receipt in order to be reimbursed by insurance policy I purchased when I bought my phone. I even showed showed him the email from the company stating what was needed. He assured me that I would receive all of the required information.Needless to say none of the required information was provided on the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and the owner of the store came out and promised to email a receipt with the necessary information. After 2 weeks I still had not received the promised receipt so I sent a follow-up email to the the address on the business card. It is now mid January and I have not heard from them.The owner was rude and threatening and it is obvious he had no intention of correcting the situation.

Paid $214 for the wrong screen. Was told it was the right one. I argued with the person that repaired it that it was not the right one. My wife didnt want to start trouble. Phone is not work at all now after repair and went in for cracked screen. THESE GUYS ARE SCANNERS AND LIARS TO GET YOUR MONEY. DONT GO THERE!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE.

If i could give a NEGATIVE review i would!! I paid 96.80 for a new screen and it hasnt even been a week and ive had to take it back twice. The 1st time the spearker they broke now today i go to plug it in and the scrren cracks. They wouldnt fix my scrren without me paying $96.80 again. Un no dont think so. Had receipt and where i purchased on my debit. Plus my cash app and venmo accounts were open when i returned to pick my phone back up.

Please do not let these guys work on your phone Got my screen replaced here and was not impressed with the quality of there work the screws beside the charging port were not put back in completely n they wud not do to fix it

No where is it posted that no refunds only exchanges until after purchase is made and you get your receipt! Will never do business again. $85 lesson learned that could have gotten from Amazon for $20! Beware buying local doesnt always pay off

Unfortunately I did not read reviews before purchasing from Cellaxs. I had a similar experience as the other one star reviewers. They are very overpriced for cheap plasticky products. On Saturday I purchased a case and screen protector for my phone, which he insisted putting the screen protector on, which now I know it was so I could not feel how cheap it was. And I paid 25.99 for it, thinking it was a glass protector. It was not! Then two days later, the screen protector just fell off. I realized it was thin, cheap plastic. Also, I realized that I cannot plug in an auxiliary cable with this case on my phone. It is so thick at the hole, the aux just wont fit in all the way. The case, is super cheap, not worth more than 5 dollars. But they are charging 30 bucks for these wonky cases. I was just so dissatisfied and disappointed when I looked at my receipt and saw No refunds only exchanges within 7 days. I have no desire to exchange this for more junk! 60 dollars down the drain! Dont make the same mistake! WARNING!!!

Great option for anyone who doesn’t have insurance on their $1500.00 iPhone that they just accidentally dropped facedown on the concrete!! LoL They really do a great job repairing your broken Apple/Android/etc. Cellphones, & for a decent price too!! They are located inside of Valley Hills Mall, Hickory...at the far side of the food court on the left. You can’t miss ‘em.. Their walls are lit up, with probably a zillion different cell phone cases on display, floor to ceiling!! They can fix/replace your shattered screens, burnt out batteries, bad charging ports, antennas, cracked cameras, etc... They work pretty fast too, so you can drop your broken device off with them as you enter the mall, go shopping for 30mins-1hour, then after you’re done shopping, just grab your finished device on your way out the door!! Pretty simple and definitely beats having wait around forever without a phone while you have yours shipped off to, who knows where, to hopefully have it fixed, by who knows who, before it’s finally shipped back to you weeks later!!

I liked a case i saw. The guy put it on my phone and then charged me and refused to take it off or give me my money back.I just wanted to see how it looked. I was charged 54 bucks for a 5 dollar case and a 5 dollar screen protector that broke the next day and also broke my phone with it. The guy laughed at me and said for more money he could fix the screen his case broke

The battery in my iPhone 6 was going bad. It was swelling and actually opening up the sides of my case. Stopped in - even with having to take extra time due to the situation - and they still had me out of there in 25 minutes. I paid $60 so I’m not sure if their price was good or not, but the battery is working great and they got me out of there in great time so I was happy.

I came to get my iphone digitizer fixed. He said it will only take about 5 minutes. But, it took him an hour to fix it. He said it has 7 days warranty but no refund. When I got home, I noticed there’s a crack on the home button. The next day I went back to him and showed him the crack on the home button. And ask him to replace it, coz it’s under warranty. He won’t replace it, but instead he accused me of dropping my phone that’s why it got cracked.I hate people and businesses like this! That won’t follow there own rules! I won’t go back or buy anything from that place again!!!

Place was very reasonable! Fixed it within 25 minutes. Highly recommend.

It’s right place to replace your phone

2nd time did the charm for my Note8. First attempt took an hour, left for home and texts were hit or miss on going through. After getting home, I realized that I couldnt make a phone call or receive one, but they were closed. Next day, they denied me stating Network was the problem.. An hour at Spri t and multiple Sim cards later, no change. 3rd day returned to this store, argued a bit, asked they take it apart and look it over... Bingo, small wire not fully engaged! They got it right but pretended they were perfect the entire time. Cant admit you made a mistake, Ill try someplace else b4 returning.

Beware of this place. These guys are scammers of the worst kind. They belong on the streets of Bangladesh selling their garbage.Paid $60 for a knockoff Otterbox (first mistake) also bought a screen protector. After only 1 DAY the protector fell off. They will do nothing but offer store credit. Now, why would I want to buy anymore of your JUNK...I pray you all go out of business and go back to India with your stank, dishonest business practices.. dont say you havent been warned.Update, the $25 screen protector fell off the first day in use. Just fell off, no reason. I applied it correctly and it was not dropped.Ive used them for years and usually replace them when Ive gotten my use out of them. Not in this case.I pray you go out of business, SCAMMERS!!

If I could leave no stars I would. These guys are huge scammers. Marketing their products as the same as name brands. Pulled a bait and switch on me. And would not refund my money. Store credit.If you dont have what I want ask for, then what good is store credit... STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Disapointing, herrassed to pay for their over priced products. Told me it was 40, i lowered it to 15. They claim its high quality thats why its so expensive. Idk if mine was applied but i no longer have mine, condensation in screen weakened adhesive. I no longer have my screen protector bc it fell off. It only lasted me about 1 week

My mom got her phone there at 5:50 and when it says “We repair it in 30mins” is a lie it is now 7:40 and he is watching videos how to fix her phone because he broke something in the inside, DO NOT GO HERE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Awful customer service. After paying 70 dollars to replace the camera screen the camera still shows cracks in the pictures. Told I would have to drive 2 hours back to hickory for them to look at it again with no guarantee of fixing it. This place is a scam!
