There is no rating for this poor service. Every time I have called this store, it goes to a recording. Call over and over and when someone does answer, there is no customer service given. This store never has any sim cards. I was placed on hold by Wan for over 15 minutes for a simple question. Linda was another one I spoke to, no help from her. I have service on 2 phones thru Virgin Mobile and I have never had any problem calling the help line but when I have a store in my own neighborhood and they cant help, that is nothing short of shameful.
