I only come to this shop to pick up my Wish orders, this is the only local pick up spot for Wish items around. But you can walk straight in and pick them up with no wait and walk out. Easy!

I went today to get my daughters screen replaced on her IPhone 6s Plus. Let me just say it was busted and pieces missing and I thought their was no hope for that phone. Michelle told me to bring it up and they could fix it. We weren’t there 5 minutes and Josh had the screen switched out and the phone itself looked like a brand new one! I was so impressed and amazed how quick and how good of a job he done! I highly recommend them!!

I WOULD NOT recommend doing business with planet wireless cellular & repairs!! I took my BRAND NEW Stylo 6 to have charging port fixed, when I got my phone back the back was cracked. Of course I didnt notice the crack until later. Few days later I had to take it back. There was an echo n my phone and they was suppose to put new speaker n it but instead shattered the back, cracked the face and it still has echo. That was 3 weeks ago, I have tried contacting the manager but apparently he is still on vacation.

I took my stylo6. Which I just bought. Brand new not a scratch. One i paid 80.00. To have a charge port put in phone when I got it back the back was brocken. So I took it back. An the Indian guy keeps tell I g me that Josh was on vacation ..Now 2 weeks later my phone echo s want charge rite

My husband & myself have been going to this place for about 5 or 6 years.. They have not failed us yet! And I know they wont.. We love every phone we have ever purchased from them from a Note 3 all the way to a Note 9 & 10..

My experience has been that the staff are very responsive and work to help you resolve issues that come up with your phone. It’s often my lack of understanding of technology that has me stumped. They are always patient and helpful.

Just came to get my phone turned on as well as a new phone and I honestly can say this was the best....Better than any place I have been too any and josh were a great big help I would highly recommend everyone to stop by and check it out

I really dont like giving BAD reviews but this one is Soooo necessary..I asked the owner in person to fix her EMPLOYEE or Random guy she allowed to work on my phone transfers TOTAL MESS and she was BELLIGERENT AND NOW I LOSS MY PHONE NUMBER I HAD FOR 5 YEARS..now I ask if this was done to her how would she feel?? 1 guessPoor service..Poor management..Poor store

I broke the screen on my phone and due to age of my phone I am out of warranty. I was expecting to pay over 100 anywhere I went and that it would take a while. I was able to get it replaced at a very reasonable price and in about 20 minutes I was on my way! The gentleman that helped me was very nice and professional! Planet Wireless came highly recommend to me and I also highly recommend them!

This may be a local place, but it feels like home. The customer service is excellent. Repairs are made quickly while built to last even though they are not expensive compared to large companies. You definitely get your monies worth. I highly recommend coming here for all of your repair needs.

Awesome service!! My iPhone screen shattered after I dropped it. I went here and she was upfront with me saying there was a chance it couldn’t be fixed due to the touch sensor. They were able to completely repair it and at a reasonable cost! Thank you guys!!

My Mom & I desperately needed new batteries for our iPhones & Planet Wireless helped us out SO MUCH!!! $40 for a new battery, SOLD!! They even gave us tips on phone chargers & charging cords! I recommend this place!!!

These people are Honest fair in pricing& will help you with every need you have they do repairs, on phones, computers, laptops. All calls are going to fax machine Spectrum keeps telling them they are working on it yet come on people they are supposed to be the EXPERTS It should have been fixed A long time ago go by there. The lady that helped me and 2 other customers yesterday (03/10/2019) was extremely rude, called one customer a liar multiple times, tried her best to argue with me (didnt work because I wouldnt argue back).
