This store is claiming to have technical difficulties and cant update or change legal information with verification of my legal drivers license. Some how this store hasnt reported technical difficulties to technical support or whomever can fix this problem seems to be an inside job data breach/ identity theft fraud scam going on while they clone and duplicate cell phones

I went to wait activate a new line with them. They said they didn’t have the phone to come back in a few weeks. Well I went to pick it up today they still never had it. Sorry workers, never explain anything right. My advice for anyone visiting this location, don’t! Save yourself time and visit any other location, they helped me out more than these sorry workers have.

So since sprint got bought out by t-mobile i CONSTANTLY have problems with my phone service! i have to update my profile and some other update just to text my fiance whom is on my SAME plan! .. fast-forward to about 15in ago.. went into this tmobile store near valley hills mall and told the dude what my phone has been doing and apparently since i told him i really didnt like tmobile service, he says there was NOTHING he could do to fix my phone! really?! great customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TMOBILE! IT ALL SUCKS!

Setup appointment on T-Mobile website for 1800 3/17/21 arrived 1755 for appointment 25 min later 1st acknowledgement was at 1825 employee asked who was next I said I have a 1800 appointment the employee looked at me and said your appointment does not matter turned around and walked away. 2nd employee I tried several times to get his attention and was completely ignored, he never even knew I was in the store. I gave up after 45 min and left. the staff was rude non-acknowledging. I will go to any other carrier if this is the way T-Mobile treats its soon to be customer.

First off I want to say the one star is not for the people working here,they were very nice and seemed to know whats going on.Too bad they work for t-mobile.Thats what the one star if for.We tried switching over from Verizon because of the cost.They told us we had 14 days to try it.Well it took less than 24 hours for my wife and I to decide,we are going back to Verizon asap.The coverage map is not accurate at all.Says I have coverage at work,nope,not unless I use their wi-fi.Dropped calls like crazy.The Sim card has changed our phones,which we brought,so much We are having trouble finding stuff.Very very disappointed and would not recommend. Perfect example,if you pay bottom dollar for the bill,youll get bottom dollar service.

We have had sprint for 20 years. Went to the Hickory store today to exchange a phone we ordered online. We were met at the door by a very rude and loud man who pretty much refused to help us at all. Saying because we purchased online there was nothing they could do. This is after we were told over the phone that the store could exchange the phone. Very annoying.

I had a wonderful time l, ever one that works at this location is very friendly. I will never use another phone service. i want to give a special thanks Iras please forgive me if i spelled your name wrong,😀. She is the best, i have never been so comfortable, I have bad anxiety, and this was the first time I have ever went into public without feeling uncomfortable at all. Stopped by one night a few weeks ago and got their service for the first time. Two guys working were super friendly and very helpful. I was concerned about the network getting service where I live at so they hooked me up with just a couple days of service so I could check it out before committing long term. Unfortunately I got home and had no service at all and had to go to another provider but the young guys definitely went above and beyond to try and help me.

Unfortunately, we could not make a switch from Verizon because T-Mobile does not provide service at my house, but our experience with the sales associate was fantastic. The service packages and prices were amazing. I really wish we had service available and we would have made the switch!

Friendly and honest employees. Very clean store and the employee we spoke with was very knowledgeable. The layout of the phones and devices was also very good and easy to navigate. While it isnt our local store (there isnt one where we live), its worth it to drive to this store for the service.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sam for all my cellular service and phone needs. He is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely honest and patient with every question I have. My wife recently switched over from AT&T and Sam went out of his way to make sure they didn’t charge her any cancellation fees. To say I am extremely pleased with my service and the way I was treated as a customer would be an understatement. Thanks again for everything Sam!

I will say customer service was top notch! I enjoyed speaking to all of the employees in the store. It was their professionalism that actually got me to leave Verizon after 18 years. Now, I will say I am leaving T-Mobile after a week of service. I dropped my call 2 times on my way home from the store. I drop the call about 6 times on the way home from work.. one place that I lose service is literally 50 from interstate. Strange thing is, I see the tower from 100 yards up from my house and get 28/9 Mbps there.. go to my house and get maybe 3.. I never had those issues with Verizon. I really wanted my experience with T-Mobile to be good enough to stay and it is disappointing that I cant.

Sold me a $44 screen protector and its junk. Update 5/16 I guess these people arent intelligent enough to read. Mask mandate ended and they still make you wear one to receive service.

Dont do it!!! They lie about their coverage. The only time we had good connection in Morganton was when we were on WiFi! Dropped calls, no connection errors, no thank you! Put up with this for 6 months, switched to Verizon and no more worries here. What a relief. Feb 2018

Got replacement phone activated fairly quickly, only issues their unable to move for apps from T-Mobile phones (revvl I believe was my previous one) to the Samsung Galaxy S9+. Which obviously I wish they was able to do. Other than that it was good. Sam is my favorite employee of the T-Mobile store there at here does everything possible to help you & make what you need happen.

I had the worst experience. I went to the store to switch phone providers and get a new phone. The young lady (Anna) was in such a hurry to get me out of the store that she typed in my HOME number instead of my cell number to switch to T-Mobile. I had to spend over 6 hours in two days to get the issue resolved. I have a home business so it was embarrassing to have customers call and receive the this number has been disconnected message. I conversed with the store manager but of course he could not help. Save time and a headache. Go to another store or just order on-line.
