Young kids working dont even know how to make the products that are being sold I know they are kids but at least train them it was unsatisfying

I think this place just changed the ownership around a year ago or less and the quality goes south. The taste of the ice cream is not as good as used to be. We tried several times to make sure and the ice cream did not taste that good anymore. We decided to go to different store. I hope they will improve the quality.

She made the milkshake for me and then told me that it was cash only and then offered no solutions to help me. Drove out of the way just to get a milkshake. What kind of place only takes cash?

This baskin Robins was very disappointing. The girl didnt even push the ice cream into the cone.My husband and son both ordered a shake, my sons was half full and my husbands was filled to the top.One and a half shakes and a sad bit of ice cream on a cone cost me over $16. Wont be returning!
