I had a great experience here. Was able to get someone on the phone on the first call. Friendly and informative. The price he quoted me on the phone is how much it actually cost. The repair was done in an hour. I fixed my iPhone XR screen for $175. The mall place quoted me same but it was more convenient for me to quickly drop/grab my phone at cellular enhancements. I’m glad I went here. It’s a bummer to have to pay for these repairs at anytime, but the service was friendly/professional and I would use them again.

Went in today because I was having trouble reconnecting my iPhone... went elsewhere 3 times with no luck at all... within literally 2-3 min Johnathan Koshi fixed my phone!! Excited as this was still a brand new phone and I had to buy a new one because I couldn’t get back on the old one!! Life saver I tell you! Will be recommending this place to everyone from now on!! Koshi is very knowledgeable with any kind of electronics - smat guy !! Fixes phone fast and waaaaay cheaper then any place else in Hilo that’s for sure ! Recommend goin there to fix your iPhone.

Went to this place about a week ago as I was so upset from another company in the mall near here so I went in and was greated with a smile as I just need a solution for my phone and thank you guys for starting me in the right direction even though my situation did not get fixed by them they deserve credit funny how the employees can differ from one place to another thank you for great customer service they made me so much happier and that ment alot!

They replaced the speaker and glass back on my Samsung S9 Edge. They ordered my parts called me a week later and fixed my phone. Speaker sounds brand new and the back isnt cracked anymore. The price was great!

I would give this place zero stars if I could.First they told me it would cost $200.00 to replace my iphone screen. When I returned, they charged $250.00 because of after market something. In the end, it cost me $270.00 to get my phone back. Apparently, my camera that didnt have a problem suddenly developed a problem and needed to be replaced. Funny that when I couldnt pay, they asked how much money I have in my account and asked for that amount.Be warned, this place will extort money from you.

Went in to get my phones screen fixed... They offered to replace it and did so. However, after replacing the screen, and charging me $100+ for the screen and labor, neglected to tell me that replacement was worthless because of water damage. Ive got a new screen now, but its useless and am out $100.Additionally, the store did not inform me that getting a replacement screen from a non-apple store invalidated the warranty.Pretty frustrated with my dishonest and deceitful experience here.
