AT&T (Kilauea Ave.) provided great service recently. The employees are all very cordial and very helpful and they are also ‘very patient.’ We would highly recommend this store for all of your needs re: cellphones, iPhone supplies, etc. You won’t be able to get excellent service from any of the other locations @ Hilo. Kudos to all of you @ AT&T Kilauea Ave. store.

I went to AT&T to setup a new plan and to buy new phones. May, the representative I spoke to, was very helpful! He set me up with a great payment plan, and was very patient explaining things to me. I am impressed with the quality of service that was provided to me and was left feeling satisfied with my new iPhones and plan. Thanks May! 👍👍👍

After experiencing difficulty getting through to a rep by telephone I decided to go down to the Hilo office on Kilauea Ave. for help with our phones. I was surprised that with their busy schedules it took only about 15-20 minutes of wait time. My experience with the service that Dane Masuda extended to me was excellent. He really knows his job well. All 4-5 problems were resolved & I walked out totally pleased with the excellent service experience Dane provided! Thank you Dane & ATT Hilo store for your excellent service!

I asked for my son to have his own account separate from mine. They switched my name for his and I was no longer authorized. When I tried to correct it they ended up giving my son my account number that I had since 2005 and gave me a new account with the 4 of my devices. 2 years later when I try to add a line in my account I am told I cannot do it because the other account in my sons name is delinquent. They let him have my account using my social security number. I am unable to resolve this. I have spent over 10 hours trying to resolve it and being treated the rudest I have ever been treated. One employee would not listen but interrupted and spoke over me the whole time. Help.

I had a great experience switching from Verizon to ATT. Fred guided the process, which took two hours and lots of steps, efficiently and with a friendly flair. The store has a great location in downtown Hilo, easy parking, and it’s open long hours. I made a phone appt and was admitted upon arrival at the appointment time. It’s generally across the Kilauea from the Starbucks downtown Hilo.

Jeremiah was the Sales Rep who helped me. He is very professional, knowledgeable and mostly what I found very assuring is that he really listened to my needs and what I looked fir in my new phone.Mahalo Plenty!Paul

I went to the nearby ATT, which was still closed, and decided on a whim to drive to this store instead of waiting. I was helped right away by Quaede (sorry if misspelled your name!). After I told him what I was at the store for, he was extremely helpful. I was honestly dreading switching over phones, and worried that the process was going to be complicated. He made it as simple as possible, and was also very friendly. He took the time make sure I had everything I needed, and set me up with the best plan possible.Im glad I went to this store, and will only be coming here from now on for my phone needs. Horrible curbside service. I called to say I was there and no one came out. I waited for half an hour until I got tired of waiting. Go to the door and the person that was suppose to check me in when I called never checked me in. The gentleman that assisted me was awesome but the Oops on the person answering the phone was unprofessional.

Att has been working on my texting issue for several weeks. I have to send a text 3 to 6 times befor it is sent. Att sent me to the store to replace my sim card to see if that would fix my issue. The staff was great and worked with att prepaid on the phone to get my issue resolved. Texting started working but failed befor i got home. I returned to the store and again the rep worked really hard to resolve issue. Worked on my setting and texting worked great untile the next day.

Brittany was super helpful. Best technician I have ever had at AT&T and I have had at&t for years. Could not have asked for a nicer or better person to help me. It was the best experience I have had in the store. I have owned a business for many years and she is the type of employee that you cherish. Thank you

My experience in the Hilo store on Kilauea Avenue was pleasant this time as opposed to numerous others. This gentleman treated me with respect & was kind patient and caring. He assisted me as if I was his family member. He was young & of younger generation but respected older retiree as myself with great compassion. If I knew his name I would name him. This is how all other Hilo Reps should be.

The staff here is awesome! They know customer service very well and being an AT&T customer, thats important to me. I had a somewhat rare situation and no other carrier could help me. To the staff at AT&T it wasnt even an issue...minor they say. With that being said, and having the best signal on the island, Im glad I switched carriers to AT&T.Keep up the good work yall!

An associate was quick to greet me, and ask if I needed any assistance. Once I explained what I was there for, he took me directly to the items I was looking into and showed me their selection. I chose my accessories and he cleaned my phone and replaced my screen protector. We had a great conversation while he worked on it. He was professional and personable.

Hmm, the wait time is getting a bit long, 45 minutes, not that customer friendly. We purchased a phone and just need it activated. A customer waiting in front of us and few people waiting after as well. If you think youll be in and out - not possible. Will update when were actually helped. :)UPDATE: Once we were seen, things went smoothly and quickly. I added a few stars for that, going from one to three. If they improve the wait time this would be a definite five star. I saw and heard other customers voicing their concerns as well, with Panda Express opening across the way, Im sure their foot traffic will increase, so theyll need to improve wait time.

Very pleasant staff. Brought my phone in that wasnt charging due to moisture alert and the employee cleaned the charging port and found a charger that would work and gave it to me. Great help.

The staff there are always very helpful. I have been with AT&T since 2002, and the company has always treated me well. Once I went WAY over in my minutes, and they allowed me to retroactively change plans, saving over a thousand dollars! I HIGHLY recommend AT&T!

Nice, clean and friendly service _ my phone still doesnt work but I will accept 70 percent of the blame. I have to go backI went back after not having a working phone for 3 weeks - they were not friendly very difficult to get help. First person could not figure out my phone and the next person helped me - neither person smiled - or made me feel welcome - I was very happy to leave - I do not want to go back - I still have to reformat my phone - I did not want to stay and ask - I will search the internet for directions -

Very disappointed. After spending 3 hours at the store and signing up for a plan, 3 days later none of the equipment will work and my plan has been deactivated. When I call for support I am told that I will have to pay $75 more per month than quoted to get the same plan and it is too late to return the equipment and I am locked into a 2 year contract that ultimately will cost me $1875.00 more than I was quoted. This is fraud!!!Everyone at the store and on the phone was very nice and apologetic but there nothing anyone can do. Apparently AT&T doesnt think it is their fault that they committed fraud and are not willing to fix it.

Folks who work here should not be working around technology. they know about as much about their products as a rock-no offense to rocks. the only thing they know how to do is sell poor quality products they dont stand behind. this place is AWFUL and i encourage others to go elsewhere

This review is for att as a whole, both business and consumer sides. While the reps in this store are the most helpful Ive found thus far, do yourself a favor and switch to T-Mobile. Theyll pay off your device no questions asked and if youre stuck in a contract, pay your early termination fee. So far weve been all over the big island with very few signal drops.I got tired of all the bill surprises with att. T-Mobile includes all the taxes and fees that cant be quoted in their pricing, so what youre quoted is what you pay. Always.I dont work for either company, nor have I ever been affiliated with either company. Just an everyday human that got tired of the games and constant broken promises.Signing up with T-Mobile was SO easy, and the reps were going out of their way to help me get the lowest price on my new devices and my bill. I also love that in the T-Mobile app, theres 24/7 support via chat that can actually help with anything I throw at them, account stuff included. Trust me, Ive tested that one alot, and I continue to be pleasantly surprised.

My son was mugged, needed a new phone fast. Staff wouldnt wait on him because he didnt look presentable (because hed just been mugged!). I have ATT, my son is a subscriber on my account--where I pay for 6 phones. Really, you want to treat customers this way and not even wait on them? I tried to call, and they kept disconnecting instead of answering. This is not how you treat a customer, ATT!
