Others Are a ScamThere may be a wait of a day to get your phone fixed here. I went to Island Cell in the mall and they scammed me. I ended up paying about $20 less only to have to pay Levi to fix my phone and show me how I got scammed.My screen went bad again, and Levi fixed it, no questions asked, no money out of pocket.He cares about his reviews, and his reviews seem real.

I was in a tight spot when my phone was water damaged during a recent storm, and needed it for work during the week. I was surprised to find out Levi had the whole screen assembly for my android galaxy s10+ in stock and needed less than 48 hours to turn it around. Im writing this review now on the device they fixed. These guys are top shelf, would recommend to anyone on the big island needing phone/tablet repair.

I had my phone screen recently fixed by another cellphone shop, but one small drop left my phone screen ruined again 2 days later. So Ive decided to look for another cellphone repair shop and ran into Hawaiian Cell Phone Repair here on Google and decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION I HAD EVER MADE. I walked in and Levi was very friendly gave me options on the type of screen I wanted for my phone and educated me a little on the screens to help make my decision.It took no less than hour to fix my phone and it was looking as good as new. Levi also informed me that the previous screen that I had on (the one I just replaced) was a cheap LCD screen that they just over priced for me. He also informed me that those types of screens could easily burn out my phone. SO they practically saved my phone from getting anymore damaged.I highly recommend these guys to fix any phone. Theyre very honest, reasonable, and very professional about their work and know what theyre doing. This place was an absolute life saver. I had got salt water in my phone and the gentleman there was refreshingly honest with me about the fact my phone may not be repairable. He even showed me some other phones I could snyc to seemlessly in case my phone was too damaged. But he did a wonderful job fixing my phone and it was super quick work too, was able to go have lunch and it was done before i got back. Hopefully I wont need to but if I ever have a phone break here again I know where Ill be going. Thanks again!

The owner was very informative. The repair process was fast. The only downfall was a small chip on the bottom front of my cellphone, I guess when he needed to remove the screen he needed a little force to get the screen off. I’m happy with the result my phone looked brand new. Happy customer!

My iPhone has been dying quickly and not holding a charge... I figured it was due to my 2,000 photos and 78 videos of my 2 year old grandson🤣so I started offloading apps because memories take priority. In two visits Levi quickly diagnosed my headphone connection problem and repaired in a Manhattan minute. He checked the battery life since the phone is 3 years old and recommended changing out the battery in the not too distant future. His charge to fix my connection was very reasonable. I had already planned to have him replace my battery very soon mostly due to his very professional way of handling the business side of the transaction and most amiable side of the personal interaction. A month later when I returned to have my battery replaced he had two other customers not surprisingly in the shop. He managed all three simultaneously while prioritizing each of us by the time of our arrival. He even went so far as to give me a coupon for a cup of soup at the cafe down the block while I was waiting to have the work done. All in all I can’t recommend Levi and his services with anything but superb and excellent accolades. Hilo needs a great phone technician. And now we have one.

My last visit was for a battery replacement on my son’s phone and Levi got it done while I waited. I got recommended by ATandT to repair my phone which had battery charging issues, a cracked protector screen, and touch screen problems. The repair cost me less than I would have paid had I used the phone insurance and paid their deductible. I finally gave up looking for the best price to get my screen replaced (iPhone 7plus). I happened to be driving by and saw this shop open. What a great place. Fast, friendly, and affordable. Dropped off my phone a little after 10am, came back 30 minutes later and it was fixed. Almost didn’t recognize it, it was clean. Looked better than when I left it. Cracked screen not included. He polished it up and made it look new again. First time I’ve ever replaced a screen, I usually go through carrier insurance. But now this is my go to spot. Much Mahalos.

Had to repair my sons phone. Took it somewhere else to get fixed but told that one of the tabs were too short. So left with the phone in pieces. Figured Id try this store. The gentleman was very informative about the work needed. I then found out that the tab that was short was accidentally ripped. (previous store was only time the phone was ever opened) Im really glad he was able to repair the piece along with other corrosion & stuff. He fixed everything to as good as new. Prices are so reasonable. Take your phones here before trying anyone else. Youll save yourself a lot of time!

Had a difficult time trying to set up a mail in repair with Samsung and also to find a repair shop on the Island that was capable of replacing the damaged/discolored screen on my Galaxy Note 8. After searching everywhere and reading numerous reviews, I stumbled upon Hawaii cellphone repair and called right away. Levi was very much helpful and although he didnt have the part on hand and would have to order it over the weekend he was able to make it work for me. He gave me a call and even sent me a message to inform me that the part we were awaiting had come in. I wasnt able to make it in as soon as I had wanted but he was able to accommodate me and work with my schedule to some extent. The repair was considerably quick 2-3 hours and so far my phone looks like it should and works just fine, I havent had any issues to date and am extremely glad I found Hawaii Cellphone repair!

I dont know much about smartphones so I called in here to ask if I needed a battery replaced because I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 that I bought and never used and sat in storage for 3 yrs and I recently charged it to 100 and powered it off and let if sit in my desk for 1 month and powered it back on and it dropped 16% and wondered if that meant the battery went bad. The man Levi that answered my call told me that is acceptable and I wouldnt need a new battery. He could have told me I needed one and I would not have known the difference. I appreciate this mans honesty and respect that he has.
