I was with all the other providers and was very dissatisfied, especially with all the hidden expenses and charges. And their phone prices were outrageous ! Cricket offers a variety of phones from ancient flip phones to top of the line galaxy and iPhone. And plans to fit the customers needs. I have the unlimited plan and am very happy. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, I went through a few phones in 2019. They all met their demise in various ways. Cricket has been a reliable and affordable cell phone service for myself and my partner. Weve had friends visit from overseas or the mainland (who are with a phone company that does not get any service in our area) and jump on our plan for the duration of their stay for only an extra $10/month. They cancel their service when they leave the island, whether its been two weeks or three months. After going through a couple of phones I was not excited about shopping for another phone. I have to give major credit to Daynna at Cricket. Shes awesome! My partner also needed a new phone in 2019. She spent at least 30 minutes setting everything up for him and showing him how to use his new phone. She has been super helpful, positive, informative, and fun to talk to each time Ive had to go into the Hilo location.

The large woman with piercings was no help at all. Lazy! Didnt want to answer any questions or try to help me. To busy looking at her phone to help me

The last time I was here I was helped by Chad, God bless him, he has so much patience and tolerance for deliberately ignorant individuals that frequent this place. My friend and I received excellent customer service. The services provided by this carrier I have had no complaints. Definitely recommend.

Long wait times to pay your bill, but the girls are really friendly

My wife switched to Cricket at this store, she was happy with the help she got there and later I got switched bringing my own phone for a Cricket SIM card. The employees there do seem a little under trained but they are friendly and trying to do their job. The Girl there did make a mistake by misspelling my last name, I didnt notice till later when I installed the Cricket app and it showed the wrong last name. I called the store next day and they fixed it over the phone in less than 30 seconds, got a text from Cricket for the account info change and it was all good. Just like any job, no ones perfect.. They try and they are friendly thats what counts with me.

Workers always come and go at this location. Seams like every time I go theres new faces. But rarely have I had bad customer service. Kind of slow if your in a rush. But they work at getting you tooken care of quickly when needed.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Just spent 4 hours on xmas eve, attempting to activate a phone. Son wanted to keep old #, and ww couldnt access account # online (none found in account after he logged in). So the activation part kept looping between these 2 things.Got on chat, it asked the same THING--PIN #. After a lot of back n forth, and them not being able to help, it tells me to call activation phone #. It should have told me to do so from the very beginning!!I got on the phone with a live person. She was able to activate with a new phone #!!DO NOT BUY CRICKET--I paid for a cheap $50 phone plus $40/month, only to spend a total of 12 man-hours attempting to activate! Im moving my son over to T-Mobile this afternoon. Cricket wasted my xmas eve morning.
