Kyle at the Hilo t-mobile is amazing and deserves a raise! I walked in there with issues that were not fixable by t-mobile customer service or hours on the phone with apple and he fixed it within 10 minutes. Thank you so much Kyle.

It wasnt until T-Mobile was I able to get wifi calling on my OnePlus 7 Pro. This is a game changer for me!

My 78 year old grandmother and her agonizing hip pain have been sitting on the sidewalk outside of TMobile’s Hilo store for an hour, because absolutely no one who works here has any interest in helping us or, you know, finding something for an elderly woman in pain to sit on.

We just had the most pleasant experience for something that should not have been. The woman working today was so helpful and friendly and kind. She was just a wonderful person all around.

Theyre not honest about how they pull your credit report. The manager trains the employees to tell the customer that they will be doing only a soft credit pull, as most utility companies do. However, this is not the case. They do a hard pull and it affects your credit report. I would avoid this tmobile shop until they find good honest people to guide their staff. The staff is wonderful but the leadership sucks.

Nothing against the store but switching to t mobile was the worst decision I ever made. Being ex military the representative convinced me that my bill would be 40$ a month including the phone but that was a huge lie. Plus their coverage sucks especially when I have to go on base. All in all learn from my mistake hope t mobile sees this.

One of the best and most complexion experiences Ive had with a cell phone company but was taking care of five star rating for customer service 🌈🌴

Fast awesome customer service without the LAG of tech snobs haha. However TMO! HAWAII was the first US market you entered but our service is the absolute worse! Dear corporate dont forget about us. Better reception more sales!! Ayeee ayeee. I came from a store where the laziest employee took home $2,500 a month commission I think the employees here deserve the same opportunity. Theyre just lacking the support. You guys could seriously dominate Hawaiis market if you just invest in more towers or leases... And it would be greatly appreciated *wink wink* *nudge nudge* plus the amount of the customers youd gain would make up for the money you put out. Just saying! Anyways keep rocking Hilo TMO!

Went in to exchange a Note 7 based on info I got from customer support. Turns out the info was wrong, but Matt, the manager, followed through anyway. Nicely done Matt and T-mobile, thats why I keep my business there!

Took my phone back to factory default after backing its contents up, getting rid of all the spam ads arriving continuously via Chrome, and reactivated it. Problem solved,!!

Worse service in Hilo. I been with the cell company for 6 years and the staff at this store has been historically worthless.

I am really dissatisfied will T-Mobile. The rep at the stop rates a 5 but the company as a whole is barely past a ONE rate. Nothing but problems and still try to get things completed.
