Good coffee, great service. Sign says comes with your choice of milk type and flavor but it doesnt mention that its an upcharge for it so its a surprise when its time to pay.

Try the iced oat milk latte with barista recommended English Toffee flavor. They made my drink quickly, staff was very friendly and it looks like they have great hand made/mad eto order sandwiches and bagel sandwiches. There is usually a line because it is one of the few drive through coffee shops in Hilo.

I ordered a deli sandwich with turkey, bacon, avocado, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato with mustard and mayo. I got onions in my sandwich which I hate. Theres no avocado and they put America cheese instead of Swiss cheese. I shouldve asked the boy if he got everything I said because at one point he stopped writing and I was wondering why. The wait was long enough to have made my sandwich correct. We also had the chicken Mac nut wrap and it had cartilage in it.Im really disappointed because that is my favorite sandwich to get there and theyve never got it wrong before. I just feel like this boy was rushing us and did not pay attention to my order. 🤨😤 Im pretty irritated.

We picked up coffee and hot breakfast bagel sandwiches at this drive-thru 3 of 4 mornings we were in Hilo. Also ordered mac nut pesto chicken salad spinach wrap to go for our picnic later. Delicious. Perfect start to our day. Staffed by friendly teen girls who would memorize your entire order! (Got it right every morning.)

Went about about 3 to 4 times with great customer service. However today was disappointing. Wanted to order an egg sandwich, and came at 900 am. When i got to the door at 9:30 CSR ignored my vehicle and went to the car behind me. They dont know how to keep track of which vehicles enter first. Very disappointing especially when you are waiting in line at the door for 30 min and they take an order from a vehicle just entering the business complex. I could hear them laughing after complaining about the issue with no manager on site. Luckily short and sweet was closed today.

Surpassed my expectations! We drove up and ordered, and I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. They remade my drink and didn’t charge me for the mistake, and multiple people were very friendly and helpful both times we ordered. We’re leaving today, but I’m so glad we had such a positive experience on our last day, and I’ll highly recommend this place to my friends who visit the big island!

It was honestly a little disappointing. It was kinda like a Starbucks flavor of coffee, that burnt beans taste. Some people like that. For me it was just ok.

I stopped by this place for evening coffee. This is a small local cafe. Not much place to sit. The coffee is okay, but the muffin/ biscotti and danish they were selling, were actually the ‘Costco’ one 🤫😂 May be they are not so big to bake their own goodies.

First time here and I ordered a Chai Tea. Wanted to try something other than their coffee. They have a good selection for a small spot.

There are quite a few servers that come to your car and take your order. The quality of the cup you get depends on the server. Most are in a rush to bring it out and move the line. Since the order taker also fills the order the quality is uneven and at times pretty bad. But if you are lucky and your order is taken by Emily, Fiffe or Sarah you get excellent coffee and very pleasant service.

Cute place with great coffee and cool vibes. They have a decent amount of parking and a drive-through if you are in a hurry. But Id suggest to take a break, order a coffee and sit an enjoy the humongous banyan tree view !

We discovered Just Cruisin’ while on vacation two years ago and still talk about the Mac nut pesto sandwich. While we were in Hilo we had to go twice it was so good! The coffee and sandwiches are amazing and we will definitely go back anytime we are in Hilo

We stopped here during a busy afternoon Easter Sunday, lines were wrapped around both sides of the building but the staff was working diligently to provide great service to everyone present. The milkshakes are too notch! From taste to texture its 10/10 I had oreo, my wife had amaretto, and my mom enjoyed the kalua! All received great feedback! Im addition I ordered a bagel sandwich on everything bagel with swiss, bacon, egg, and red onion. The bagel seemed to be made in house or from a local bakery! The eggs fluffy and filling and it came together as the best Ive had on island! This place is truly a gem! Dont be turned off by the wait! You have to wait for EVERYTHING on the Big Island! Oh! The young lady took our order BY MEMORY! They were not wearing name tags so that could be a suggestion for management!

Awesome customer service. He quickly came to us upon entering the door. Very welcoming atmosphere.. we played connect four while he made our Oreo shake and caramel frappe. It was so delicious I ordered another frappe before leaving.

The lady taking our order was very kind, the speakers were playing Selena’s music (which created a fun, playful vibe during the short wait), and the shakes were absolutely delicious to say the least.

Great concept of a drive up coffee shop. The young adult staff had smiles and greeted accordingly. Ordered and paid premium for a hot Matcha Latte and a hot Chai Latte, though both tasted of a cup of hot water with half a cup of syrup, non frothed or blended, perhaps a dash of cinnamon. Had to discard. Also with order, a vanilla shake. This was also not edible as it resembled a cup of whipped cream and pure sugar. Had to discard. If you are a Latte aficionado and want quality, head over, way over to Kona...Kona Coffee & Tea, for a delightful surprise.

I really love the workers there because their so sweet and make you feel like theyve known you for years. Their tapas are fairly good. Small yet savory, great for breakfast and brunch. You can choose your frappe from 20+ flavors!There are also other kinds of coffee and sandwiches to choose from, including a vegan option.Its drive through but also has a parking lot from where you can walk up and order. Its within walking distance of the lakes and art center nearby, perfect to chill with a coffee in the hand.Did I mention that the girls from the coffee shop are super nice?

Super friendly staff! Best coffee in Hilo and great sandwiches! Especially the macadamia pesto sandwich. Only reason I took away a star is because the latte is not consistent. Sometimes the latte is sweet and other times its more bitter. I do add flavoring but the sweetness is different each time. The frappe is pretty good if you have a sweet tooth and expect a more consistent drink.

One time a young guy with a flowery button up made me really good espresso. It was creamy and not bitter. I come here all the time as an avid espresso drinker. Its almost never been good, (I suggest an employee training day on espresso)however their prices are just right. And the food they serve is seemingly fresh and well priced as well. Shout out to the young man who got it right for me. Mahalo for your services.

Cutest little coffee shop... mostly a drive thru, all women run, great options for food. Coffee was great. My husband and I ran across this place while exploring the island. This was great! Plus buddy the pup was a great attraction while we visited.

You can tell how good this place is by the constant line of cars. Mostly a drive through but has limited seating inside and out. Drinks are amazing and its staffed to the max and well organized so wait times are short. Highly recommend.
