Amazing curbside service!! The curbside service they offer allows me to get Teapresso and they were so friendly, quick, efficient and have a large menu of boba tea and coffee with alternative milk options.

Today for the Strawberry flow with Boba, I was disappointed in finding the flavor comparable to Strawberry Tobacco for Hookah. This was not pleasant nor palatable to finish. I am thankful for the free drink gift certificate, however we will see if next time get something different.

Such a perfect little spot. The menu was so big, I really didnt know what I was doing. The gal was so friendly and helpful, she helped get THE MOST AMAZING DRINK!! And now I have a new favorite. 😍😍 10/10 I will only be getting my morning drinks from here now on.

I love the boba its nice and chewy but not too chewy its like perfect chewy and there is so much choices to choose from and the miny mochy is bom af so i definitely recommend

The staff was super patient and informative in helping me pick a tea to order, and the number of options should cater any desire you might have. I normally stick with cold sweet tea during the day, but I ventured out and tried a strawberry milk tea and loved it. Highly recommend visiting this place

I like coming here for boba once in awhile. I like how much flavors they have and I used to go everyday after school when I was in high school. All the girls there are friendly and help you if you get overwhelmed by what to order.I really like their drive up option so they can take your order from your car, pay, and then bring your drinks out to you.The decoration and atmosphere in their place is so fun and filled with a lot of energy. I like the rustic aesthetic of it and the design.

Busy efficient car-hopped tea espresso boba drink shop. Perfect setup for pandemic bespoke drink pleasure!They focus on local ingredients, including pure award-winning Kona coffee! Had both their frap and Americano made from Aikane Kona Coffee and they were terrific!Apparently they are soon moving to a larger shop to the far corner of the current building they are in. Counters and socially distanced tables will be featured in the new shop. Ill be back!

Jasmine tea was watery and flavorless. The less sugar felt like no sugar. You can order from your car and have it brought out

I wanted to try out some boba tea or a smoothie and this place did not disappoint. Customer service was great! I got a honeydew smoothie and my husband got an avocado smoothie, both with boba. The smootheis werent too sweet, service was quick, and we really enjoyed our drinks.

Tea was just okay -- it was *extremely* sweet (even ordering the less sugar option) so the taste of the tea was pretty obscured. The boba are a very soft/squishy texture.

Teaspresso changed my boba drinking life, its amazing. They have about every flavor and combination you can think of. Plus they have a secret menu longer than their normal menu so youll be sure to find something you like for sure! My favorite is anything cheesecake with the avocado being a close second!

Employee who helped us was super patient and helpful. They have lots of options on their menu. I also saw them taking orders from people sitting in their cars and bringing their drinks out to them so that they didnt have to go inside (due to Covid).

I love the Honey Green Iced Tea with Honey Boba! The ultimate refreshment! Service is a little slow, but if you are patient it is well worth it! It is irresistibly refreshing on a hot day and I rarely change my order, but I have seen everything ordered from the milk teas to the lemonades and the various flavor of ice teas. There are honey boba and strawberry bursting jellies that you can add on amongst others that I have not yet tried. Great variety on the menu and reasonably priced.

When you find the place, there will be limited parking, but once there use your emergency lights to get service in your car, or you can walk in and order inside. They have alot of seating, ordering is fast, and you can accumulate a piont system for free merchandise.

Best thai tea Ive had on the island. Coffee jelly is so ono, I get it every time. Go try it. I go to teapresso a couple times a week, and every time I always get a great drink! Theres so much variety and ability to customize the drink. I love how they take orders at the car right now during covid times. Ive pulled up in the pouring rain and they are still out there with umbrellas and great attitudes!My husband loves the milk tea with rose flavor and I love the dragon rose smoothie. But Ive tried coffees, lemonades, blended drinks, and more and they are all excellent! Theres a ton of creativity in new drinks all the time!The owner is also really great, I love supporting a local ohana!

So ordering boba is a thing in Hilo. The menu is extravagant here, they do curbside delivery and the girls are speedy cuz its busy all the time here. I saw this place with customers at night here! Who needs coffee at night!?I got a cute order and then wanted more sweet and more boba and I was given no hassle just great service and more boba. Always order more boba honestly.I do miss my old place back mainland but this place gives me a smile and good iced latte w yummy boba. No problem

I LOVE this establishment for a few reasons, it has curbside ordering. Upon pulling up there all you need is to turn on Hazard signaling blinkers to let them know you need to order. Once they have noticed or finished with assisting previous customer they come to take your order. You can either pay by card or cash then finally someone will bring your order. My FAVORITE DRINK There is the Ube Latte with Ube walls and Egg pudding🤗🤤💗.

Though were unable to enter the shop. The business created a pull up service where you place your blinkers on for service. Ive gone on a busy time and not so busy time and the workers are very quick and efficient.Love this place

Coffee was good. Decent price but spilled everywhere when I put the straw in because it was overfilled. I would still go again for the coffee jelly.

The curbside pickup is awesome. Just drive up and flash your lights and theyll come out to take your order! We got lemonade in two flavors, taro tea with boba and a frappe. Everything tasted good, but we were disappointed that the straws were regular size, so the boba didnt fit. Frustrating for an hour long car ride!

Teapressos one of my favorite places to get boba in Hilo. Their curbside ordering is convenient and efficient, but you can also order inside at their new location just a couple doors down (where Subway used to be) where its much more spacious. Baristas are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about their menu and ingredients. Most importantly, their boba is amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good boba fix in town.

Ive gone 3 times now in hopes that someone will take my order. The first time I was ignored trying to order while sitting in my car so I left. The second time I forgot what happened to me the first time until it happened to me again! Just watched the workers go in and out of the store so I left. I later discovered youre supposed to turn on your lights (hazard/blinking) even though Ive spoken to other people who have said they get helped quickly without any blinking lights. So to be fair I give it a third try. I parked in a stall, turned on the blinking lights and waited a total of 8 minutes before leaving empty handed. It wasnt the 8 minutes but the fact that no one came to take my order. I watched the workers walk in and out helping two other cars. And then I see a third car getting helped but wasnt sure if that car was before me or not. A car pulled up next to me and a worker came out immediately and took their order!!! In addition to all this these workers see me and I see them. None of them greeted me, told me to hold on, nothing. Just looked at me and kept moving in the manner that I can only describe as Im busy/Im helping someone else/I can only do one thing at a time. The boba isnt that great, its expensive, and now terrible customer service. Maybe Im the only one this happened to but before I put out this review I gave it three tries. Three tries navigating into a stall there! Sorry! But Im gonna have to pass on spending my money at Teapresso from here on out. Theres always Ding Tea!

Gabby was amazing at customer service! She was very positive and helpful with our questions, she made the best of a situation when one of the drinks was too strong and fixed it without complaint. Would definitely make the trip again all the way from Kona for her great service compared to the other girls working that day.

It seems expensive but it is delicious. The staff earn the five star for me. Friendly, aware and quick. I love that.

Good drinks, clean seating, and friendly staff; however, they can be a little slow at peak times and the drinks are a tad expensive. The stuff they cant control is the lack of parking. But if you time it right, its a non issue.But the drinks are really good as I mentioned before and the staff are very nice; the service is worth 5 stars.

Stopped in en route to Mona Loa tour, this place has a huge variety of coffee and unique tea options, both hot and cold, with precise levels of sweetness to choose from. The folks working here are really nice and help facilitate your transaction without seeming to rush you through it. Music is good too, stop in here yourself!

Interesting flavors. I tried the peach cantelope tea and it was great. I shared with my wife who also enjoyed it.

The lemonade here is quite good but i feel as if the prices for the drinks can be a little pricey, Ive seen many places who make their drinks fresh and are able to offer a little more affordable price. If it werent for the price Id gladly go there more often

I tried their Taro milk tea with Boba, and my first impression was that its not too sweet like the ones sold at other places! I was kind of disappointed at first, but on second thought maybe its good for my health. Ill try other drinks on my next visits.

Taro Milk tea iced is my fave. They can be ordered in couple different ways...iced, ice blended and also with or without boba (tapioca balls) The only down sides of going here is the line and parking.

Yummy!!!!! Would be great if there were different size options for drinks and it was hard to understand the menu and how to order (as a newcomer to boba.) But love it!!!! Such a welcome addition. Cant wait to try again soon!!

I gave them 5 stars because they are super nice. The milk tea is very delicious and the kit kat frappuccino also yummy but one think they forgot that i paid already they forgot to put the black tapioca I hope when i come back they give me free.

I specifically ordered a tea with lite ice. Driving away I realized the drink had too much ice (deluting the drink). I called spoke to Destiney assuring they would remake the drink if I was to come back. Keep in mind the drink does not have a standard lid (its a peice of plastic glued to the rim) I came back in 25 to 30 mins while running my daughter to ballet. When I inquired on the drink I had a chance to meet Destiney. It was a waste of my time she informed me she was only giving a credit back and wanted to see proof of the old cup, even though she admitted on the phone the new cashier made a mistake which led to this. I asked to speak to a manager to which she asked me to step outside. Only to go down a couple of stores get on a phone and tell a one sided story to a supposed manager. The tantrum was unnecessary by Destiney the lack of customer service is evident and no accountability. This is an entry level job, and boba merely a fad how long will it take for a so called manager to reconize the importance of a customer.

I got a green milk tea, was quite surprised by a very flowery flavor that I did not like much. Aside from that the tea was pretty good, it was a bit of a wait but totally worth it.
