With us being from Nepal we were amazed to see this place in Hilo while on our vacation to the Big Island. As we were strolling in Hilo the sign that read Kathmandu caught my wifes attention and we went inside the store and chatted with the owner. He was a very nice person and we talked briefly about his shop and his visits to Nepal. Everything on display was beautiful .Definitely got us nostalgic!!

The ART gallery is wonderful, I love it very much.

The beautiful alter in the window caught our attention as we were walking by. The owner was so gracious to my family, but especially my 10 year old who had many questions about several pieces on display. He answered all of her questions expertly without talking down to her, and I was very grateful for his patience.
